E dual dosent have network

Hello.my Xperia e dual identify the SIM card but cant find network so i cant call

1) Are you sure it's not a carrier problem?
2) Did you try to put the sim in the second slot and see if it's working or not?

Try the second sim on the first slot bro and see if it's working. Also, try to contact your carrier from another phone to see if there is a problem with the network. You have to do all these tests so you can be sure that is not a carrier problem but a phone's problem.

THE PROBLEM NOT FROM THE carrier becuse i tryed all ways change sim, put sim into another device, put another sim in device

In this case the only solution I think is the Sony service center mate.

i am in iran and in my city we dont have sony center. but the netwirk of device have conect and lost again. is there any app or flashs?

You could try using pc companion to fix you phone mate and see if it's working.
You have to take a backup though because probably will loose all you data.

i flash it by the same rom 4.1.1 and the problem is still

It's a device problem then bro (hardware).
You did everything. You tested your sim in another device, flashled the rom again, changed the sim to the second slot. The only thing left is the Sony service center in my opinion.
Try to contact sony via Facebook and ask them where is a service center in near your town.

Download Sony update service and follow the instructions bro

i take it to repairman and he said the problem is from the serial num

That is not device problem. I got the same issue with Xperia Tipo Dual after installing MIUI rom. Tried several builds - SIM not detected. The solution is to flash original firmware back. Now SIM's are recognised again.

HEy guys
im using sony xperia J i rooted it and flashed a custome rome but when i used the 3g internet on it a title appeared that ENTER THE NETWORK PIN: so i thought it was my pin code. but every time i entered the pin it didnt work. so i flashed it several times and times after. i went to some repairing services in my own city and nothing....
the sim card is just gone and says that Invalid card and Emergency calls .....
every time i flashed the ICS or other roms all the features work except sim card.
as i figured out the problem is about sony security system that cant accept the sim card.(i should say that the phone recognize that there is a sim card , for example it asks for pin code)is it any way to solve this problem?
i saw all the forums and i saw an other tip that maybe it is for trim area or TA but as you know im not this much experianced to know about these thing.
anyway if you guys know a solution plz plz help me

Try this :
Flash STOCK ROM and wipe all data/stats/cache
Restart your device and try few other sim cards! See if the problem persists!
If it does, kindly write back and we will look into it in details!

i think that there was some problem in the "Phone.apk" of the custom rom you used. i have seen such cases in the forum before. Now your mainboard has to be changed

Same problem here. I got my update through PC Companion just now and now phone won't connect to my home network. It is Generic and unlocked to all networks. I have issued this SIM card just for this phone from my service provider because old one was miniSIM. And it worked well before update. I tried reinserting card, it does recognize SIM, it does find my network, it just refuses to connect to it.
Any thoughts?

Then downgrade back to 4.3 using the 4.3 ftf file accordingly via flashtool

Fix
Just flash baseband from 4.3 and everything is back to normal i fix it that way.

Ok, thanks for possible solution. However, I replaced my SIM card with card from another carrier. It is prepaid card so it is inexpensive to buy a new one. Cards from two different carriers are visually identical, but old one does not work, while new one does. I like new number (starting with 666 ) so I will stick with the new card.

Download 4.3 ftf for xperia m2 (check your proper version in settings) and download flashtool ( google it ) and when you open the app you choose flash mode and choose the 4.3 ftf but uncheck everything on the side excepted baseband and voala when you boot it works. To enter in flash mode you restart your phone and hold the volume down key and connect usb in same time. you have tutorials on youtube you can check. hit thanks if i helped

Huawei Shotx ath-ul01 sim problem.

hi reader. its been almost 1 month since i bought a second-hand Huawei Shotx ath-ul01. when i bought, it was on android 5.1.1, EMUI 3.1. and update was pending for android 6.0 . On first 5 to 6 tries it did not update and ended with error. and when it finally updated successfully it was unable to read both sim cards. and after rollback it even got worst . now when ever i insert a sim card it asks for PUK code and doesn't even accept the real PUK code for my SIM card. i have also tried changing SIM card but the problem is same wit every SIM. Please some one help me through this. i'll be very thank full.

Has the device been rooted ever before?
If you have not any better idea, try to perform a factory reset(wipe data) + wipe cache partition after a full backup. Good luck to you.

I have literally tried every single thing form factory reset to trying flashing other firmware, but all in vein. some people it might be country lock or something. i wish you could help me batter.
also im unable to unlock the boot loader but the huawei website is not working . :crying: plz help i dont want my phone to just end like this.

to what build number you Rollback?

build number right now is -- ATH-AL00C92B190 -- with this build i can use only second sim with 2G, and with ATH-UL01 i cant even use second sim.

now somhow i managed to install ath-ul01 but the problem still exist. now i think i just have to flash modem.img somehow, but i cant do that, my bootloader is unlocked but i cant perform any command related to MODEM. like FASTBOOT ERASE MODEM or FASTBOOT FLASH MODEM MODEM.img these commands wont work.
system related commands work like a charm.

Need Solutions For Sony Xperia XZ SOV34 With No Service Carrier

Hi everybody,
I still have a problem with my carrier signal.
1. Sony XZ SOV34 has SIM unlocked
2. Already unlocked bootloader
3. Using Global ROM and already using ExistenZ Oreo
The problem that makes me confused is imei and baseband, there is no problem, but the sim carrier cannot register.
From this problem what should I do?

Hello can you check your apn settings for your operator? If they are all setup correctly try selecting network manually.
Note: You need to search your own mobile operator's apn settings I can't really help with that.

You see my attach i can't write access APN and my Fido keys is not provisioned but safetynet its ok. So what i should do now?

Fido keys doesn't matter for network connectivity. Since you can't setup APN thats the reason it is not connecting. Are you sure that you are not running dual sim version of Xperia XZ? Can you also try tp flash stock rom without exitenz mods? To see if it changes anything.

My Xperia XZ single sim not dual idk what happen with this. Since i unlock this bootloader from tool S1 Network tool
My sim carries change to "No Services". I'm tried to re flash back to Japan rom and back again to global rom but same just "no service"

Can you try to flash your device with Sony's emma tool and see if it works. If it doesn't fix I don't know what will because this doesn't seem something about software nothing like this happened to anybody I assume.

Ok i will try

After flashing the firmware..Try to reflash baseband(modem) only..I got this problem back then when i downgrade to marshmallow..and update to nougat via OTA...i lost baseband and imei number...but it's all fixed after i reflash baseband..
NOTE:BASEBAND MUST BE THE SAME AS YOUR ANDROID VERSION!!!

If your baseband and IMEI has gone just flash the 39.0.C.0.282 AU either with flashtool. Better option is xflasher
