Guys and gals, men and gentle-ladies, can anyone help me find a solution?
Check out this video I've put-up to send to OnePlus support, but they've very slow in responding.

Not able to get to fastboot (vol+ and power). phone only boots into stock recovery. adb sideload works. installed stock cm11s via that the installation was successful but rebooting the phone takes me back to Stock Recovery (CyanogenMod Simple Recovery). This is a defect and OnePlus should be replacing my phone but, they are being very slow to respond, so I'm looking here for alternative solutions. It's a beautiful phone, but it just doesn't work

I never had such an issue so wait until more savvy people chimes in. Anyways it is really strange
hope so
Hmm. Not getting into fastboot is weird indeed..
Did you try another recovery? Did you try to adb reboot into booloader (fastboot)? Maybe the volume up button is not working..
Actually it looks like I may be in fastboot, but fastboot devices doesn't show anything. I tried the ColorOS install method in this thread, http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/help/wrong-kernel-black-screen-fastboot-adb-t2835696 and looks like I've installed ColorOS, but instead of my previous problem, now I am stuck with a ColorOS Recovery Bootloop

Is fastboot working? Unlock bootloader and push custom recovery there. Go to adb sideload and that should work eventually. I had an issue with HTC One M7 - someone deleted sytem, and cyanogenmod installer helped, because it pushed CWM recovery, maybe try that one as well?

Don't give up.... I was in the same position like you for a couple days....and now is fix by my self..... If you unlock your bootloader try to lock back (fastboot oem lock) now try to flash via fastboot Philz Recovery ( try until is rebooting himself into recovery) .... After that put on a memory stick the new system .... You may need to mount the USB flash drive ..... That's exactly what I have done....Good Luck ...
It is damn near IMPOSSIBLE to actualy, truly "brick" these devices. There are way too many safeguards in place.
Be careful before announcing that you are "bricked". Bootlooping (which is what your device was doing) is not "bricked". As long as you have fastboot, you can always reflash recovery, and then use recovery to reflash your custom ROM (or you can bypass all of that and reflash the factory images from fastboot).
Don't panic, you know more than you think you know. Just don't get freaked out, and read. You'll be fine.

Having the same problem. The phone only reboots into twrp recovery mode, yet shows no errors when re-flashing device with most recent version of sense ui.
I'd really like to be able to use my phone.

I tried that. My computer is no longer recognizing the device at all. I thought I was making progress through the first part of the day, but for some reason, usb recognition seems to fluctuate.
I'm normally pretty alright working with this type of thing, but this phone has me completely baffled.

I supposed I should have been more clear. Fastboot will work, but all of the adb commands fail as the "device not found". I have tried restarting everything multiple times, updated all of the drivers, deleted the drivers, re-installed them, and while it makes the chime noise when I plug the phone in, all I can do is look at it in device manager. I'm running windows 8.1 and twrp 2.8.5.0, by the way.

Wait, what? I can flash images like twrp to my phone via fastboot, but the only ruu's I've found either have executable wizard files, or are self extracting. How can I flash a rom or update utility using fastboot?

Connect phone in fastboot mode, run RUU, click next plenty of times, and done
If your phone is S-ON, flash stock recovery first and relock the bootloader before running the RUU
I may have bricked, want to know what went wrong and if it's permanent. Thanks, here's how it happened.
I was running one of the Omnirom nightly builds. I got a notification saying there was a new build, I decided to try it hoping it would improve my battery life. I had TWRP installed so I thought it would be ok (I chose to let it update automatically which I guess was my mistake). It did the update or tried to at least, but when it tried to boot it just gets stuck on the Asus screen. The one with the loading bar. Volume up or down with power button does nothing but get back to the same screen. Reset (using a pin) and volume up or down does the same thing. I thought the only way to permanently boot was doing the wipe option on the recovery menu, but maybe I am wrong. Is it possible to permanently brick doing what I did? Thanks. Any possible solutions?

Unlikely. What always works, if you can put it into fastboot, is install the Asus stock ROM. That will reformat/reinstall every partition.

My bootloader is unlocked, unless I am misunderstanding what you're saying. On the Asus screen it says this device is unlocked. Not sure why I can't access any of the options though, unless my volume buttons is busted or something.

First step: Install new TWRP
1. Download TWRP recovery from here: http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/tf300t; I would advise v. 2.8.4.0
2. Put 'openrecovery-twrp-2.8.3.0-tf300t.blob' in fastboot folder of pc and rename to twrp.blob for faster typing.
3. Put tab in fasboot mode and connect.
4. Use command
Code:
fastboot -i 0x0b05 flash staging twrp.blob[enter]
fastboot -i 0x0b05 reboot[enter]
5. Let tab reboot to OS (will stay on ASUS screen, because you don't have OS as of now).
6. Reboot to bootloader screen and go to recovery (RCK); now you can flash any custom ROM you like.
Good luck!

No! Recovery comes way after fastboot mode. Recovery is loaded from your memory card. But something went wrong with your memory card, so you can't load that.
Once you booted your tablet into fastboot, type :"fastboot devices" on your PC. If it shows your tablet, you can easily flash a new ROM.

I was trying to get the latest twrp '2.8.7.2'. I downloaded it and flashed the img to recovery and nothing seemed to happen so I tried flashing it to boot then I tried to reboot the system. Now when I try to turn it on I get stuck on the Google like it is turning but it just gets stuck. I tried Charging it now when I charge it I get stuck on the battery logo. When I try booting it Booting it into recovery(twrp) I get a black screen. I can tell the Screen is on because of the dim glow it gives off but it is not doing anything. Note: I am some what of a noob when it comes to this stuff, My nexus 5 was running Marshmallow, and I was running the Xtra smooth rom (it is very close to stock). Plz help. I have also just found out that the reason im getting the bootloop is I flashed the wrong version of TWRP need a fix PLZ HELP.

All you have to do is boot into your bootloader (Power + Volume Up + Volume Down at the same time) and flash the stock recovery.
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Chances are you flashed an incorrect version of TWRP meant for another phone hence the boot loop.

Can you please explain to me exactly what to do. thank you. also my bootloader is unlocked. I also can get to fastboot so what is the diffrence between bootloader and fastboot.
Hold down the volume +, volume -, and power button. You'll be taken to a screen with the word START at the top. Now, connect the phone to your Windows computer using the USB cable, open a command prompt and type "fastboot flash recovery nameof twrpfile.img", press the enter key, use the volume button to select recovery, use the power button to enter recovery, press the power button, press volume + button, and you should enter TWRP.
Thank you but I do not own a windows computer
Then look up the respective commands. You flashed twrp over your kernel, you need to flash a proper boot.img (kernel) if you want the phone to boot. Fastboot is ran through bootloader. Flash the proper kernel in bootloader using fastboot.

It might not have been working because I did not enable USB Debuging. :crying:
USB debugging is required for adb commands. With fastboot mode, debugging isn't necessary.

Hey guys,
I wanted to flash a custom ROM on my Mi 9 SE, for this I installed TWRP (3.3.1-3) and Booted into it normaly. After wiping the phone I mistakenly restarted it and now the phone instaltly goes into fastboot mode without a chance to enter TWRP. I tryed to reflash TWRP but it did not work. I can't use adb as the phone only enters fastboot mode. is there another way to enter recovery mode? I also found the software MiFlash from Xiaomi but I only get the error "can not found file flash_all.bat"
Edit: Got it to work now, this is what I did:
Download MiFlash (from here: c[DOT]mi[DOT]com/thread-1329226-1-1.html [can't use links as new user ¯\_(ツ)_/¯])
flash stock ROM (from here: xiaomistockrom[DOT]com/xiaomi-mi-9-se [same])
it did not work with the stock ROM found on Xiaomis Website but only with the one linked.
