I am new to this and i trhink i made my first error Installed cwm recovery and did a backup. Using cm10.1 now cus something went wrong when i did backup of my original stock. Did say something like md5 checksum error. So i need a stock rom for my LG Optimus 2x P990.
Looking for european version
Andriod version 2.2.2
Basebandversion 1035.21_2011405
Kernel ?
or newer version of android

So i actually have a P999 from Vidéotron (Canada) , but the problem is , i wasnt aware that i was a P999 and i flashed a P990 rom in it , now when i want to install a P999 rom (Stock or Cyanogen) i get errors. I tried with Clockworkmod and Nvflash , none work but if i try with P990 it works but i dont have signal. Any tips ?

what happened is the LG called their (G2X)p999 to optimus 2x p990 and you flashed a 2x rom in it so it changed your baseband
the only ways i read to fix it is with LG Updater Tool for pc. im not sure as i never done it. but if it helps keep us post on what you did to fix it

is it so easy to flash a 2x baseband over the g2x why it aint to go back?
I have a sprint optimus s and i want to install a ICS rom. my phone is already rooted with a zvj radio. I just to just flash the zip but i got an error. one thing i noticed about this site vs android central is they tell you what radio you need to be on, this site doesnt, is there special i need to before i flash an ics rom and what ones do you recomment for the optimus s. i also have the hydro kernal installed
Hey guys! I'm new to this forum and I had a question.
So I have an LG Optimus T p509 and I flashed Clockworkmod through ROM Manager and managed to install the Cyanogenmod 9 ROM. The only problem is, I don't have service. I heard that I should update the baseband, but the last time I did that I semi-bricked my phone and I don't want to have to go through that again. Any answers are appreciated. Thanks!
Go to the following thread and click on "Old Baseband Fix". Download and flash the file

You will have to flash that file for all new baseband roms.
I had newer firmware of Lg Optimus EX Su880 : Android 4.0.4 V20c (2013-02-05). But I can't flash it, who can help me?
I try using LG Kdz_fw, Uptest, Smartflash... but the phone always stuck on LG logo?
