PHN (Netherlands) firmware langauges - Galaxy Tab 4 General

Can somebody with PHN firmware please let me know if German or Czech Languages are listed in this firmware? I have a Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 from the US and would like to flash a firmware that contains ideally both languages. I could not find on sammobile any other European firmware for this device. http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/1/?model=SM-T330&pcode=0#firmware Many thanks.

Ok the thing is that I have the SM-T330NU US version of the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 WIFI and I would like to get other languages into it so I'm trying to flash the European firmware that contains German and Czech. Now it is giving me error saying "secure check fail sbl1" on the tablet and Odin is saying

I`ve changed PCs or USB ports, nothing changes , I am gonna crazy about this ,man !
I am in China . Could this contributes to the problem? Like special bootloader or sth like that?:crying::crying::crying:
check sammobile
go to sammobile.com
register.
then search for the austrian 4.0.4 firmware page.
see the additional files that are there under the firmware download, that has links to the correct drivers / version odin and a manual
it also has a service manual whose passwords is samfirmware.com
use all the tools provided there and check if it works again.

Mine is NE1. Same question. When did it come and which carrier was it from? Thanks.

What does non-hilOS mean? Do I have to flash both or just modem? Thanks.

Wondering if flashing this would fix my 5GHz wifi having terrible connection. Assuming the modem includes WIFI stuff, I have no idea.

So which modem are you using, NE2 or NE3? What was your problem? Thanks.

The problem was uploading the file was corrupted, now I'm using the NE2 telcel.
The modem is the newest CLARO NE3
The files and work perfectly and again apologize to everyone.
First picture with modem TELCEL
Second photo with modem CLARO NE3
New NE3 works for me after the first flash. I haven't seen significant change yet.
Thanks.

I had to use the older Odin 3.07 to get it to "stick".
Instructions I followed
1. Unplug phone from computer or any charger, etc.
2. Remove battery from phone, wait 10 seconds, re-insert battery.
3. Power up phone holding the volume down and home button until warning screen, hit up volume to continue.
4. Plug USB cable from computer into phone, wait 30 seconds.
5. Launch Odin 3.07, put a checkmark beside phone, pick the modem.bin file extracted from NE3 rar file. UNCHECK auto reboot, then flash.
6. When flashing is complete close Odin.
7. Unplug USB cable from phone.
8. Wait 10 seconds, plug phone back in.
9. Wait 30 seconds, open Odin 3.07, put a checkmark beside phone, pick same modem.bin file, this time leave auto reboot checked, flash away.
10. As soon as screen on phone goes blank unplug USB cable from computer and let phone boot under its own power.
I flashed it probably 10 times and it never worked until I followed those exact steps. Not sure if it was removing the battery before starting that is the trick or not.
Check out the release date on the kernel!!! Bleeding edge baby

Jamie,
How about signal strength and battery drain on the new NE3 and the latest GPE ROM? I found my battery drains quicker than previous one.

Lost my baseband and IMEI on my j710fn

Hey!
I decided to install the Resurrection Remix rom on my Samsung J7 2016 (SM-J710FN). But after i flashed it I noticed my IMEI and baseband had disappeared. My phone doesn't recognize my SIM card and my cellular data no longer works. I didn't have a efs backup too. I might have wiped the system partition in my twrp recovery.
If you could help me I would really appreciate it.

find the version of official firmware you had on it last, if you try to flash the boot with an older version of the firmware it will fail. Here is a link to the latest firmware for the 710fn from India https://drive.google.com/open?id=1f_C8REO2ZRwiqBegUGEnUer9DcWy9adR
if i try it this way i get an "PIT" error on my phone in ODIN MODE
Never mind. I took the phone to a Samsung shop and they fixed it.
i have the same problem and I can't find the right FW.
all i know is, that I previously had the last available OTA installed.
when trying to flash the FW given above, i get the error: secure check failed (pit)
I have the same problem now. I've tried many available firmware versions and none of them work. Is there anything I can do to make the phone usable again?
