I'm having an issue where the ESPN Scorecenter app is not compatible with my TF700. It is rooted and running zombi-x ROM. Can anyone tell me if they can install the app and if so, what ROM are you on?

What DPI and RES did you choose?
Apps will only be fully compatible if you choose 240DPI at the natural res (if they are actually compatible with the TF700). Or you could search for the multi DPI playstore on XDA and install that instead
Standard stock and default 240. When I go to the play store via browser, and select to install to device, all of my previous TF700s show as incompatible
Also tried the "Play Store Fixes" xposed module. No fixer.

shows as update from market, but i get a "package signed error" when trying to update it
apparently the existing has a play in HQ option in the settings
how different is this from hd?
I would assume HD is 720p and HQ is like 480p

HQ on android's youtube app was crippled - it was 480p.
Not sure what it is now, but it's quite nice.

I will need to play it on my 1080p TV to be sure if it 720p or 1080p. But the youtube version 2.2.16 is able to stream video up 1080p to my TV. I have been using youtube version 2.2.16 ever since i got my note.
Only one thing . It only support Hd on wifi connection, still hq for 3g even my 3g speed is quite fast, I am dying to know how can I enable 3G hd youtube, I mean in stock app, not tubemate

Use Titanium Backup to force remove it, reinstall it from the Market and make it a system app (again with TB).
Can confirm that when on wifi the quality is much higher than usual HQ on mobile, later will test to make sure its true HD via HDTV

I had that problem with many apps after restoring a nandroid backup, in order to fix it I just wiped the dalvik cache in recovery and I don't have that "incompatible" message anymore

I have tried your solution and find out that after uninstalled old version, I have to reboot device then it will be able to install new version from market. Otherwise, installation will fail.
I installed a new ROM and when I go to Google Play, certain apps that I had on the stock version aren't compatible with the new ROM.
Is there any way to get rid of this error, so I can update apps that I paid for that are no longer compatible with my ROM?

you can download free apps from play store to your PC by using APK Downloader. then you get your apk file, install it.
of course it can't download paid apps, just because they're NOT free.
I know they aren't free. I pay for mine I just can't update the ones I paid for through the market

I recently flash CM10, and I lost all my stock GS3 applications that came with my s3. I would like to know where I could get them all and how to install them, Because I know they will not install just by putting them on the SD-Card and trying to install them that way.
Thanks In Advance...

Pretty sure you can't use some sammy apps on cm10 you'd have to flash back to stock.
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda premium
did u flash gapps package after cm10?
I think he is looking for touchwiz applications that will work with CM10, if im readin correctly.
go to the "My Apps" on Plat store then to All Apps and it they might be there, most of them were for me.
If you want TW apps don't flash an AOSP ROM...
New here?

If you are running a custom ROM, some will allow Google to redownload them through Playstore, but some dont. I was using SynergyRom and I had to re install all of my apps manually, but Ive since switch over to CleanRom 2.0 and when my phone rebooted, it already started downloading and installing my apps right away that I had on my Stock out of the box Rom. Everything you download and install from PlayStore is backed up on Google servers(If you have the option to back up apps checked in settings) for easy reinstall on a new or different device or if you have to do a factory wipe.
check play store alot of verizon apps are there
In a previous ROM I used (unfortunately I can't remember which one) there was a note taking/notepad-like app that had handwriting recognition and had a very simple interface. I'm thinking the icon was red and white maybe??
I realize this description is rather vague, but does anyone know what this might have been called or if there are any such apps available? I have searched the google store and none seem to work the way I remember the app working.
Thank you,
Zack

What Rom are you running. I am on SlimBean 2.9 and installed it straight from market. Could be because of the multi DPI market in Slim Bean Rom, but if you downloaded it before on stock rom I am of no help currently.

JB Aokp.
I can download it from the market just fine. When I open it, it says it won't work with my phone because of my small screen size.

Its a decent app and I bet its the DPI difference between us that allows me to run the app. I believe I am at DPI 182. Are you at factory 240?
For taking notes (or saving stuff like pics, screenshots, files etc.) just use Evernote.
If you want a text editor, I'd go with jota+.
I know adobe ended flash support for anything higher than ICS and I found a thread saying it was still possible to get flash to work on jb but I can't figure it out. Is this possible?

I've had flash player working on 4.2.2
Sent from my One XL using XDA Premium
Just use the site search function, and search for "flash player jellybean" and you will find step-by-step instructions. Or just Google it.
All you really need is the apk, and it install just fine. You just can't get it on the Play Market or from Adobe anymore.
CleanROM 6 r2 has flash built into the default web browser... That's what I use.
Sent from my HTC One X
Also when you have flash player installed, you will need another browser. I use Boat browser, which can be found on the play store for free. Just make sure to enable flash in the settings. This is the one tbat works well for me.
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
You can download the apk from Adobe too I believe. I think it was under legacy or developer downloads, something like that.
Sent from my One X using xda app-developers app
Or just Google adobe ICS flash apk. That is what I did. Its still on my SD card, but cant upload from app.
