I go build prop and edit wifi.supplication_scan_interval=40 i dont understand. wifi get often scan or less scan?it good battery or not? please help :good:

Bu I found noting for diamond pro or WM 6.1.
I'm trying to increase my battery time. So I need a monitoring program which can record the powerconsumption (in mA or mW) for all the day.
It would be pointless to export the curve in csv format. Then I can import it to Excel .
Do somebody know a programm which can do this.

Hi, I'm new here , I'm from Romania, nice to meet you all, I've seen youre collection of app/tricks/tips/etc, and I liked some few apps, in aprox. 1 month I will make a credit card so I can use PayPal and I will be glad to donate.
If I opened a new thread in the wrong section please excuse me. I told you, I'm new.
So the question : I don't know what I did but my battery icon is gone, I installed some apps with taskbar but the battery icon still doesn't want to appear, I don't want to reset the hard, for some personal reason.
Please help me.

Hi, if you have still not fixed the problem. You could maybe try finding a registry editor application. PHM Registry Editor or Total Commander would do the job.
Change the following to 0 or 1 (0 for clock or 1 for battery).
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell" "ShowTitleBarClock"
Or you could try Schap's Advanced Configuration 3.3 and under the Today section change to what you require. Just search XDA forums for more info, Hope this helps.
have a x10 mini pro U20i
now i have froyocomb 2.2.1 and i´ll install a new ROM cause i got a lot of problems here as:
1 - my bluetooth just works when it wants to!
2 - the camera can´t record video and audio with sync...
3 - my hk can´t work properly... have no backlight anymore and the Ç (i am brazilian and needs a portuguese hardware keyboard...) and á, â, ã etc... does not exists!
There are some more issues... but smaller things.
so, here are my questions:
I learned a lot about android system in last 3 days... but i don´t know if i try:

or
GingerDX ???? (and if this is best ROM for now, what version do i install?)

What is the camera resolution for both ROMs?

when i use stereo bluetooth (HBH-970 model) why does it pitches the sound??? Sometimes it looks like faster and other ones slower and the pitch changes... i am a musician, i can clearly listen that issue! Can someone explain me so i can try to fix the problem?
I´d like to have help from u guys, who knows, tomorrow i can became a new developer... hehehe

As some of you may have tried MIUI JB by UFO and may have noticed that it is lagging big time on our MS2, so a thought crossed my mind to make it "slimmer" in order to make it run a little bit smoother on our device.
I have also added poll to help me decide whether it is worth an effort to try to do something like this.
I did some research and from what I understood this can be done by removing some "uncessary" apps and "less frequently used" languages from framework-res.apk, if anything else that can be done to accomplish the goal, please, let me know.
So here is my list so far
I will be updating the list based on user inputs.
Languages to keep:
English
Spanish
Porteguese
Russian
French
German
Chinese
Apps to remove

Sorry for the noob question... can the framework-res.apk be prepared in different versions for post install? Would it save some extra space?
I.E. one pre-installed in english and others, each one with one or two languages, to overwrite - so each user choose framework-res with your language...
I really don't know if is a good idea, or how much work it will spend.

Theoretically it should be possible but it has to be tested, honestly i dont really know if excluding languages will make it smoother, and on the other hand, framework-res.apk will need to be recompiled for every language which takes time and i will have to know for which language i am compiling.
I think at the moment Wajk's MIUI rom has 40 something languages, reducing it to 8-10 can make a difference.
I will see which way i am gonna take it...i will test the rom before posting anyway...so expect delays and failed attempts.

I love so much my tablet (me301t) but the battery smelts like ice in front of sun ... i saw on htc one site that the nvcplsvc.apk is responsive of the tegra3 gesture and battery.. ok ... i have it in system/app but in rootunisnstaller application when i click on nvcplsvc its tell me the application is not installed anymore ( all others are ok) . I noticed that there is not odex file anymore....
So i would like to know if you have the same problem or if i made a mistake?
if all is ok for you, can a big hearted geek put these files online? (Asus signed)
