Hello fellas I am SeaSkyways , a small dev running through xda-forums... I present to you the ROM with iOS interface and based on the famous CyanogenMod 7 , A.K.A JoyOS ! Especially made for the Desire !
The SeaPath|JoyOS 1.2.1|Desire
This is a Nice Rom for the Desire , however , I don't have this handset , thus my development is totally blind , but still though I Know what I did (partially)
CREDITSS
This ROM was designed and made by the chinese developers of JoyOS , so all credits return to them , but all i get is for tweaking and Sharing​

ABOUT
JoyOS is a Rom developed by a Chinese team . JoyOS is based on the CyanogenMod 7 | Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread . Joy OS is special for it's iOS interface with most of the Android Goodies (Drop down notification, support for normally supported apps , etc ) . JoyOS's interface , is not as what you might expect ( a themed CM7 ) , it is a Very True Interface resembling iOS , Flash and you see !

Instructions​
First , you'll need to go through the S-OFF process
Second , Root your phone anyway you want ( See Visionary+)
Third , Grab CWM recovery ( or any other recovery )
Fourth , Download and Copy the zip file (Down in the Download section)
Fifth , Reboot to recovery
Sixth , Make a backup ( Backup and Restore > Backup )
Eighth , wipe data/cache/delvik cache, Install Zip
Ninth , Reboot !
AFTER INSTALLATION
1- GO TO SETTINGS , YOU SHOULD SEE BETWEEN ALL THE CHINESE LETTERS AN ICON WITH "Aa" I GUESS FROM THERE YOU CAN CHANGE THE LANGUAGE TO ENGLISH , AFTER CHANGING TO ENGLISH REBOOT FOR THE ENGLISH TO APPLY WELL ...

@vijendrahs , I don't have the handheld , but as far as I know , any hboot that supports CM7 will work since this is based on CM7 ...

well I have some questions , while setting it up , how many languages does it state ? many or just a couple ??

Open Language and IME in Settings, no keyboard exist there mate...

Then i will be fixing this , try installing a keyboard from the market for now , use voice recognition to insert the word you want in PLay Store
But you didn't tell me , the languages , are they a couple or more ??

Try using iLauncher for a nicer iPhone UI !! The one in the Rom is not so good + it has chinese :/

I will tell you before I even have the handset , it is HIGH , because first it is not running Sense which is known for battery consumption + specially tweaked for a higher battery performance !(more than original CM7)

you cheat...this is a ****...it does nothing more thn consuming my phone battery to a greater level...i flashed 2 times on 2 diff roms hopping to see some gud results but all in vein...i wasted almost 10 days on ur **** jus to see the battery drain change and hoping to see something gud but id doest show any positive signs

yes i am using it since yesterday
its android 4.3 with 3.4.5 kernel
i partitioned to 7gb internal which is working, so every other should work as well
have not tried otg but the wifi and wifi tethering are not working
there are 2 buttons even with one sim
xposed module gor greenify and extended power menu wrking, rest i havent checked
havent tried touchwiz
havent had much time to test the dpi effects as well

how did you partition storage? if you meant the 2 call buttons seen in the screenshot in op, i think the left one is for video calling.
if you try gravitybox, please finalise your settings, save the log and post here.
you can get the log here: /storage/sdcard0/Android/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/files/

There is no issue of internal storage.
It will work on ur phone whatever the partition is.
It must be at least 1gb which is by default.
Gravitybox is incompatible as with all samusung/touchwiz roms.
Havent tried changing DPI yet and OTG.

Downloaded it and installed a few hours ago...
6mbps download speed from the google server...thanks for uploading there....
kindly dont get offended by my review as it is my personal opinion and it can only make u better if my observations are right....
The rom...is a hard work which turned out to be very fruitful. Almost a stable rom. Im gonna use it as my everyday OS till theres a better one by avi.
Everything works even the Wifi too as thats the main source of connectivity for me lol.
Things that im facing issues with:
Wifi tethering stays stuck on turning on. Tried thrice.
UI is a little bit laggy which im sure avi can rectify in no time.
The weather wigdet when deleted got my launcher to crash. when tried to get it back to the home screen it plays up.
Theres an option to change the colour of the network icon for each sim however the colours stay white....doesnt bother me.
And finally the bugs mentioned in the OP.
The rom is very nice....just minor bugs which i can live with. I love the interface. Will use it as my everyday rom as it is a lot of hard work put by Avi and i respect that.
Totally satisfied with the efforts and looking forward to more Custom Roms frm Avi and Puduraja.
What would we do without you guys.

- Its the issue with nvram and need tobe done separately for each phone by changing some hex values.
I will post that tutorial soon.
The weather widget itself is a bug
because of it app drawer crashes and launcher too
u can still use it..
I am trying to update it also.
Can u test following things for me please-
USB otg (please use FAT32 formatted usb drive)
just goto setting storage - preferred location of install - internal
now install xposed and gravity box
see if it works (gravity box - center clock and all)
Right now I am working on other roms (MIUI, xperia, Flexi, Stock tweaked, colour OS)
MIUI, xperia finalized and uploading.
SO i have less time to see each rom's issues.
I will surely rectify or try to rectify all the issues u all encounter.
Please keep on giving ur valuable feedback and solution u found so i will add it in OP.
Please also comment on battery life (I feel its very good - better than stock)
Have u felt any improvement in visual aspects.

Just got this when i was tryin to send a text message....was tryin to send a text using Sim 1 which is a Reliance Gsm Sim.

Regarding the battery....before goin to sleep last night at 12am the battery said 65% and at 7am it woke me up with a low battery 14% continuous beep lol....
Phone was on standby....no processes running....
Avi please do something abt the Battery.
Will not install gravity box as i was never a fan of gravity box.....always felt it screws ur fone royally.
Usb Otg will be tested today as my otg cables are doing rounds in my locality getting used by friends...

i haven't tried this rom yet; i'm not a fan of most things '[email protected]'. i do like the rosemary font and the dual-sim dialer available for a few phones. but, i'm surprised about the battery drain. hope the dev has the answer.
it's not my experience that gravitybox 'screws ur fone royally'. use gravitybox on 'vanilla or close-to-vanilla AOSP ROMs' and you'll see it 'turns them into feature-packed "non-flashing" custom ROMs'.
cables? you have a few? i'm not surprised. costs less than inr50/piece.

i'm interested in Stock tweaked - the tweaks, actually. or anything lightweight without 'too many bells & whistles and proprietary stuff'. i tried miui. will post about it in that thread.

Im on MiUi now....had a week off so thought whats the harm in flashing...lol...
I buy usb otg cables for 15 bucks lol...Manish Market....Mumbai...
I was a fan of gravity box on my Canvas 2...buh it was too much for me to handle hehehe...
And last...i guess we r the only two guys bothered to reply here lol.

me a fan of gravitybox on canvas 2, canvas hd, xolo a500s, and now xolo q3000. enjoying the experience....
sad, really, that not many folks post experience/suggestion/appreciation/advice etc. badly need that for the community to grow.
even criticism (constructive) should be welcomed by users/devs.

Flashed and used it for 2 days
Flashed it over stock kitkat ROM which had a 4GB internal partation, using CTR v2.5
I respect ur developments and hard work bro.
ROM is awesome, feels so vivid to use,
I'm really impressed with
Vivid look
Smoothness
And for my favt galaxy apps
Battery back up (gives same as stock kitkat rom)
GPS locked with in 5 min
USB otg working
Air gestur and smart scroll working
I don't find any problems with WiFi tethering, it works
No problems with Bluetooth and WiFi
Bugs I found so far
Touchwiz launcher fc or laggy when we use whether widget
Now I can use this ROM daily

U can try wanam xposed which is gravity box of touchwiz.
Now if u follow this and make flip case with s-veiw cover and s view app its totally samsung.

Thanks for trying the rom.
The air gesture is working only on home screens.
If u move ur hand near front camera and speaker the home screen will scroll to next screen.

Since 2 days i am using this rom and m very much happy tht u have provided us a smooth and stable rom, better than Xolo's stock rom.
I got bored with xolo stock rom so rooted and started using ur all roms with interval of 5-6 days. MIUI i tried which is also good. Will wait for more wonderful things from u.

Stuck at Samsung logo
Well i've tried to install this Rom, however my phone is always stuck on the samsung logo, i've followed the exact steps as mentioned in the OP but still nothing. I know that thefirst boot always takes more time but i'm sure it don't take 15 minutes.
I'm using an BQ Aquaris 5.7 (xolo Q3000 spanish rebranded, the exact same phone) could that be the problem?
What do you think avi?
EDIT: I've managed to get it booting by wiping dalvik cache after rom install

I'm using an BQ Aquaris 5.7 (xolo Q3000 spanish rebranded, the exact same phone) could that be the problem?

U can just flash xolo Q3000 sp flashable rom on ur bq and use all roms here without any issue.
Is ur storage and wifi working properly with this rom.
U can take tips from nuno1982moreira as he owns bq.
He flashed xolo rom successfully and enjoying all roms here.:laugh:

Well i postes it way too soon, i've passed the Samsung logo, however it gets stuck again where it says upgrading android apps. It upgrades everything and then it says starting apps and puuf, stuck.. More than 20 minutes..
EDIT: I'm back to KK stock with root done, since I don't have another phone to use while playing with this one xD

Battery drains so fast
Clean install with TWRP: Performance is really good. No frozen, flickering,FC.. i have not faced yet.
But battery drains very fast.
I had also used Kylon's open source CM11 and its battery perfomance was better for daily use. Is there any diff?

My battery is half dead so i can't be sure of real state of bat. drain...
Can you check if with Save power option ON (Settings -> Battery -> Save power) things are better?

Well, kernel is a bit tuned-up (1200 MHz) on active display usage, those CM11 one is @1024mHz...

great ROM, thanks for your work
Question: I have a little problem with LED notification.
Normally it works perfectly, but if I connect my SAGA to the usb charger the LED doesn't blink in case of notification. If I disconnect USB cable it starts to work properly.
In a previous ROM (MK44.4-saga-201408091429-UNOFFICIAL) I haven't encountered this probem .. I have to change some settings?

At first thanks dev for the great work. I observed a few bugs:
1. fc theme when install a new theme pack.
2. some times touch screen not responding.
3. The patched google play give fc some times.

Well, i've just solved all of issues within sources (saga manifest)!!!!
Now will be much easier to customize the builds and solve a lot of issues!!!
Also, now is possible to build everyday nightlies! Be patient... please.
Thanks to OpenDesireProject (forked CameraParameters.cpp & some other stuff...)
Some features which will be included into next (WINTER) build:
RadioFM app...? (awaiting response/permission from original app dev.)
TextSecure messaging (recompiled from source)
Enabled CallRecorder option in stock dialer (testing now)
Lot of Serbian language strings added/translated in UI
"Calm" kernel as default (1024MHz)
Some more icon changes (white dialer&sms icon)
Updated busybox&su

Is the boot.img attached the same as the one we get downloading the build from main page? if not, what's the difference?

Default color for notification LED was set to the white color but saga doesn't have it ...
I have changed the value in framework... will see in latest (REFLEX BOW) build if solved...

1. It happens when ROM.zip isn't completly copied to the SD card.
Please, try again to copy .zip to the card...
2. Update your recovery to one that is compatible with new recovery functions. See the list below.

bt i m experiencing low call quality.also the call volume is much higher.could you plz fix this.

Sometimes battery drop 2% instead of 1%.
I have noticed this two times. First time while using it goes from 98% to 96% and now from 73% to 71%.
Maybe it's just graphical issue.
Otherwise battery backup it's good.

The way to get this done is to select the report button on the OP and request the thread be moved. The report goes directly to the Moderators assigned to this device forum and is much more efficient than simply mentioning a random Moderator who may not be at a PC (like now).

Why do you think I took on the challenge to bring something that isn't as easy as inserting in the command line:
sed -i 's/lineage/viper/g' *
mv lineage.mk viper.mk
xD ?
I could have chosen to bring another 'bugless' ROM like this, then I'll get peace without people complaining without logs. But that's not the whole point. My point here is not to make your phone cool or anything, it's to bring open source to a next level.
Makes me feel sad that people nowadays are searching for results and not what happens during the process

Sorry nich if I offended you any way. I too compiled a few roms so I know the process and I am willing to assist you in any way, but I'm pretty noobish. I was trying to figure out where the problem is, because no error appears in validus and tesla so I don't know how would empty logs help you. If you have any idea what I need to do to help you, please let me know.
