I can't find "Driving mode" or "hands free mode" on CM11, there is a way to enable it or is under some semi hidden settings?

I have been using GMD Immersive mode to force immersive mode on my apps without root (I'm on T-Mobile Z3 D6616), but the blue drop down message that says "Swipe from top to exit," or something. On my previous phone with Xposed, you could easily disable that.
Is there a way to disable this message from appearing without root?
Hi there,
Last night i switched my phone to ultra economy mode. By mistake, I have also activated the "google now" launcher in ultra economy mode.
I have now , no way to leave the ultra economy mode: no switch in the notification bar, and the parameter menu is highly simplified, i don't have access to that switch.
What can i do ?
I got 2 questions:
1) How can I toggle airplane mode without a popup message?
2) How can I enable 4G without taking me to the data usage page to manually enable it?
Wonder if someone can tell me what Im doing wrong here. Im using secure settings with Macrodroid (prefer this to tasker).
My issue is, whenever a macro is triggered that uses secure settings (for example, turn on airplane mode when connected to wifi), it will launch secure settings in the foreground in order to do it.
Also, if secure settings isnt open in the background (i.e., not in recents) and the macro is triggered, nothing will happen.
Any ideas what is going on? I know this isn't the normal behavior with secure settings, but Im stumped.
My OnePlus One with Cyanogen OS 13.1.2 has for some reason refused to shut off its "priority only" notification status, pressing on the notification icon in the dashboard doesn't do anything, nor does restarting the phone.
However, the phone doesn't seem to act like it's only priority only mode, but it's preventing me from switching to do not disturb mode or the actual priority only mode.
Does anyone have any idea how to deal with this?
