What are you using? Any car program...or games? That's a crazy amount of space being used. Can't you open it up and see where it's coming from?

No. I flashed stock and started over. If it starts again I'll let everyone know.

No need to buy a SD card when you can just to a cleanup and get 100gb of space! LOL

Although this is showing Songbird, the issue is present on the stock music player too. I already tried removing the files from the usb storage and copying to it again but it didn't work. Also, the id3tags are fine. Anyone experiencing this? Do you guys have any suggestion to help me fix this?
edit: another issue I noticed, but since the first Gingerbread version is that cover arts never stick and tend to magically disappear
Anyone?
Clear data from both apps?
Sorry, only thing I can think of right now.

it's the penalty you get for liking the 49ers....................j/k
do you have any custom roms installed? do you have any custom themes installed? is the wallpaper a live wallpaper?
if you've added anything to the phone i'd remove it piece by piece and reformat to factory, you might have corrupted a file. if you are already at factory and still encountering it, i'd take it to the verizon store and make them give you something that isn't faulty.

[Q] Why do i keep getting messages that i am out of disk space but have plenty?

I had this issue on Nexus 7 and now i am having the issue on Droid Razr Maxx HD
It seems to only happen on games. Last night i tried to download game content for moden combat 3 and it give me the error pictures below. BUT after that i was able to download TDKR and NOVA3 (3+ gigs) through play store. After installing TDKR i get the other error message pictures below less than 1mb of free space.
As you can see from my storage screen i have more than enough. Any ideas what going on or what i can do?

I have the same issue after flashing CM10 to my LG O2X... In TDKR,this message,is always popping up and eventually it truely does not save the game progress... If anyone knows any kind of solution,it would be really helpfull and appreciated!
This happened to my gf's htc hero, I was able to fix the issue by clearing out the cache in Settings>Applications>Manage Applications. Hopefully that works

[Help]16GB partition on 32gb...

Well afaik I own a 32gb N5
I only noticed this recently because it kept complaining about lack of space, at first I was kind of surprised. But after I looked in the settings I found that I had the wrong partition.
I went on to flash back to stock image. However, that didn't do it.

^The image I just finished flashing.
Am I flashing the wrong one? If so, where can I find the 32gb version?
Good news! Was messing around in twrp. Tapped "Format Data" and this did the trick.

I had googled and looked around. I guess I'm bad at the art form known as Googling.

Hi guys, is my phone normal for taking up 24GB of system space? If not, how to resolve it?

Check your apps, see if any of them have large caches. Cache storage counts as system. Things like Photos can get pretty big.
