at&t stock com.android.phone package - AT&T LG G3

hey I hope one of you guys could upload your phone apk? mainly those of you who have Deodex already?
trying to compare differences between the vzw dialer and at&t to see where they have stripped most dialer code functionality.
also anybody think they could post their qualcomm FM radio apk? it's probably under /system/app or /system/priv-app - if you are deodexed I don't need the odex files otherwise they will definitely be handy.
thanks for helping!

Second link is APKs
I hope this helps some of you that might delete some apps that now you need or want back
Dropbox link is dead - Any chance it could be re-posted?
My wife and I both got Samsung Infuse 4G phones recently and I have been customizing mine and am quite happy with the changes (Serendipity, REDROM, and many fun addons cooked up in the kitchen) but I still love the stock Samsung Camera.apk and would love to get it back - I suppose I could get it from her phone but am not 100% certain what the best way to do this is... just browse to her /system/apps and pull it out and put it on my phone?
Thanks!

YO,your link is dead dude ..

[Q] two questions regarding odexed and deodexed

Hi all xda-dev experts
I have two questions regarding odexed and deodexed roms and apps;
1. If I have deodexed rom installed on my phone, and I want to replace one default deodexed apk with one odexed from an odexed rom, can I simply copying the .apk and the corresponding .odex files into /system/app/ ?
2. If I have odexed rom installed on my phone, and I want to replace one default odexed apk with one deodexed from an deodexed rom, can I simply copying the .apk into /system/app/ and then deleting or leaving the corresponding .odex files?
I'm no expert though, but I don't think you can.
There is an app call "OdexMy" that convert all apps in system/app to odex, but for one application ? i'm not sure.

How about Xperia S ICS rom? there are some apks that are odexed while the other apks aren't, the files inside framework folder too; some are odexed and the others aren't.
P.S.
I'm not asking about deodexing some odexed apks or vice versa.

Hi Guys I have decided to port this mod from a great dev in the I9300 forum called HyperX (Thank you)
This is VERSION 1.52 for DEODEXED ROMS
Extra options compared to the stock Sg3 Cam
also
Dont worry if you dont see the pause button when recording, I was told note 2 took out the soft button, So to pause Press Vol down, Resume Vol UP.
Good thing about this is it uses hard keys for different things Eg; the volume up key also acts like the optional camera clicker. Like a real camera There are more visit the original thread for more details
Here is the details in the original thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1691145
Again thanks HyperX
Instructions very simple:
Simply copy the zip to your phone
Reboot into recovery
choose the zip file & flash
Reboot & DONE
whats the difference from his to yours? does HyperX version does not work on I9305 and yours does?
Its not mine its his i just made it flashable simply changing partition location

No imeant to download it so you can extract the camera apk from it and use it. Its also good to have that bckup incase you have another problem like this, all the stock apks are in that

gotcha..cheers :good:
If you are on a stock odexed rom then you will need to delete the .odex file for what is being replaced in both system/app and framework.
So looking in the zip you will need to delete samsungcamera.odex from system/app and seccamera.odex from system/framework.
If you don't want to remove those two files then you will need the samsungcamera.apk and seccamera.jar from a stock odexed rom not a deodexed rom because that is not going to make any difference because when the rom is deodexed it combines the .apk or .jar together with the .odex where as an odexed system has the .odex and .apk or .jar seperate.

Just to check, is there no way to install this hacked camera on an odexed rom? I tried what i thought i needed to do to install it on odexed rom, delete the apk and odex files and put on the new apk but when i rebooted my phone it was stuck at the samsung screen. Had to put all the old files back from recovery with adb.

Smali files

Im in the process of porting a Touchwiz rom to Verizon. im just about done except for deleting some smali files and adding new ones. I have looked in the framework,framework2,and kioskdefault aps cant seem to locate the ones im looking for.
Smali/android/provider
Smali/android/telephony
Smali/android/server
Smali/android/service
Smali/com/internal/telephony
Any ideas as to where i can find these files? Any help is very much appreciated.
Those are all in framework, framework2, and services.jar.
There are also some telephony folders as named above in the SecTelephonyProvider.apk
Those are mostly the same, it's the framework jars that differ
OP you may wanna have a look at this too

Quick Odex vs Deodex Question

I've recently gotten into Android Development and I am thinking of getting into (or attempting to) ROM development. For starters, my main question here is:
What is the difference between the two in the modding sense? I understand Odex is harder to theme, but does this also cause problems in mods like the 5-reboot options mod or the surround sound mod?
If so, is this limited to all mods of any kind and why do these errors occur?
I am not asking for flamers or sarcastic responses. I need a serious answer as I am seriously hoping to start spending my free time with development wherever possible.
Thanks for your time!
I'm just a user and not a developer, but as far as the surround sound mod, I don't think those files are odexed even in the OEM stock ROM, so I don't think it matters. I believe odexed files are only in /system/app and /system/framework, so perhaps any mods to files in other places don't care if you're odexed or deodexed..

Also, it seems like sometimes you can use a deodexed file even if the rest are odexed...... as long as you remove all the pieces of the odex file and replace it with the deodexed one. I've done it in the past anyway, pre-lollipop.
Well for you and everyone else the roms are de odexed this way u can use tools to decompile the dex files. Anything java related is inside the dex files the rest for the most part is xml configuration and image . For themes you might get away with xml modifications but some tweaks even some colors are in Java.
