How does it work?
1 - You press the share button in any app for anything
2 - You choose the recipient from your contact list
3 - Enter a brief message and press send. *It's that simple.
How does it really work?
When you press send, Send It takes what you want to send, uploads it to the cloud and sends the recipient an SMS with your message and link to it. *They will recieve something like the following:

They are similar but the difference is firstly the Google drive integration, not everyone has dropbox but almost every Android user has a Google Account associated with their phone and therefore Google Drive. And secondly the overall experience is smoother, imo. Obviously everyone has a preference but I wanted to develop the most universal application I could, Google Drive + SMS achieves this

Seems to be stuck on "Authenticating" when trying to send a picture taken with the camera. How can this be avoided? I'm using a Galaxy Note II int model.

Great concept, I'm really looking forward to trying it out. I'm constantly uploading files to drop box or pogoplug. Though I'm stuck on the authenticating process as well.

I really like the ease of use for this app; however some options would be nice:
When I open the program, I would like to see at least which account is being used
I would like to be able to change the upload location (different folder in Google Drive)
I do not see how many characters I have in my sms; most people probably don't care anymore, but when sending an sms, it is polite to show how many messages are occupied
Just for the feeling of the app, I would make sure that you 'see something happening' (chose account, message 'logging in',...), the first time you open it. Also, I would add an action to the 'menu' button: even it if it just shows 'choose upload location / change account / about'.
Apart from these smaller comments: very nice work! Simple, easy to use, does what it needs to do; there certainly is a market for this.
BTW, for those stuck at 'authentication', just try sending a file; it will ask for permissions to log in.

I went to click on a picture to send to give it a shot. Then I saw the authenticating. It never got to allow me to sign into Google drive. I'm running ics on the razr maxx

I only get the message when trying to send a file. Could it be related to me having 2 step security set up on my Google account?

hmm yeah it could be.. it should either ask you to authenticate or it should fail.. shouldn't get stuck, I'll look into it

I can't promise that will be implemented in the future but I will try my very best to implement it. Because MyColorScreen doesn't provide any API for me to use. I have to "code" my own "api", fetching data from the server itself. So.yeah I will try and do it!

I think the force close happens when you are linked to dropbox. Try unlinking account and the fc's should stop.
Excellent app by the way. Thank you. If you could set it up to use Google Drive it would be great.

Great app, the only problem I'm experiencing is when adding "marvel agents of shield" it gives me the error in the attached screenshot.

Thank you for spotting that bug. The problem is the "." needs to be removed from the search string.
As a work-around you can try searching for "shield" and the show should show up.
Will release a fix soon.

Nice APP, looks very clean.
What is the "collect" - Option?

Interesting. I've been using Twee for managing my TV-mania haha, but the design of this really talks to me. After some testing I've the following feedback.
- It would be great to be able to multi-add new shows. I've watched closer to 100 shows, so having to add each one would take forever. Don't know if this is possible to do though.
- Be able to view the viewing progress of each show directly in the main tab. Perhaps a progress bar of some sort on the bottom of each frame that holds the show.
- More layout styles. Perhaps cards, grid and full edge-to-edge list view or something.
- Perhaps move the trending shows icon in to the activity that opens upp when pressing the FAB? Seems more logical instead of having two buttons (Toolbar button & FAB) for adding shows.
- Theme options.
- Archive section for shows that has ended.
- To be watched list of some sort.
- Stats. E.g total time spent watching, genre.
That's my initial feedback. The app is really fast and looks great with Material Design components in mind. Great job and looking forward to future updates!

The collect option signifies whether the episode is in your collection. That is, whether you have downloaded the episode and have it saved on your hard-disk.

1. Don't think it would be possible as you do have to search for shows individually. But, you don't have to wait till the whole progress is complete, just tap the add button and press the back button to add more shows. The shows will be added in the background and will reflect in your list soon. I'm also working on integrating Trakt.
2. Need to figure this out so that it goes with the design.
3. Might add this in future versions.

1 - Yeah, noticed that after a while hehe
4 - Okay. It just felt kinda unnecessary to show the icon att all times, at least for me, as I only watch like two shows listed. Perhaps create a unified add-section to the app that holds both search functionality as well as the trending/most popular shows to select from.
5 - I like the dark theme just fine. More theme options is never a bad thing, but no rush at all.
7 - I think I explained it pretty bad. I mean if I add a show to the app but not planning to watch the series in the nearest future, it still would be listed in the watch list section. As for how it is now, if I add a show that I don't plan to watch at the moment it still shows up in the main tab. That makes it kinda messy with lots of shows. I'm seeing it like a "remember to watch"-kind of feature haha.
Another thing I noticed is that shows that has a later release date is placed at the top of the list. For instance some of the shows has a air date of not until two months, like late in September and October, but the current shows that has an air date for the next week is placed below. It doesn't feel very logic honestly.

The middle Shows tab displays the information of the next episode to be watched. So to get the next air date of an episode to be displayed there, you would have to mark all the previous episodes as "watched".
Do tell me if you have a better idea of how this could be done or any other feature requests.

That makes sense, however, I don't really want to have to update the app every time I finish an episode. I just want to see when my shows are coming back for a new season mostly.
I do love it though, wife is going to love it as well.

FAQ ? WIP

Looks phenomenal mate!
I have yet to put any time in the app beyond the initial few minutes to check it out but I am confused about few things:
1) I see duplicates of app on all screens. See attached pics.
Might have something to do with the fact that I have selected all the repos?
2) Sync log - What exactly does that mean that the following failed: 06, 12, 22, 23? They are always failing. Tried to sync from multiple networks.
Is there an retry attempt happening? Where can I find the reason for failure?
3) Any way to make the sync notification to show progress like how it is happening for F-Droid now + Can we make it go away after sync has finished?
4) Suggestion: Make it possible to see somewhere from what repo the app is displayed.

Add "Pull down to refresh / sync", so that we no need to sync everytime by going into the setting.

I think I love you... The Fdroid app is ass, and the alternative apps aren't much better.

Works great so far. Only thing, it would be nice if you could copy/paste a repos info.
Most of them have the url and fingerprint together. The F-droid app works that way.

There is an option to do so, go to repolist & at the bottom click on 'Add Repository' you can either add repos manually or scan Qr to add.
You can also share repos, long press on repolist its to view info and share option.
Will write FAQs with such details soon.

I'm not sure why you would require logins in Aurora Droid.
And in case you are asking about Aurora Store, you can login with 2FA enabled account, you just need to generate app passwords and use the generated password to login.

I want to share 2 of my latest findings with you:
1) Search results do not display all of the possible results - I was searching for a specific manga app that I downloaded from F-Droid but I couldn't find it via Aurora Droid.
From what I can see it is because you do not search within the app's description for matching keywords while f-droid does.
I've attached few pictures for reference.
2) Icon loading times when browsing / searching are extremely high - Sometimes they will not be loaded at all.
Entering the apps displays the icon instantly.

Amazing app! Can I disable the view of apps from Google Play? I want find only from F-Droid ones.

Great app, more like what F-droid *should* be.
Couple of things tho:

Fixed ! Wait for next release

Search function is still not up to par with official client.
Dunno what the reason this time. Attaching pics with the search term of "manga".
Thanks again for the app, it's a very cool one

Refreshing applications lists oesn't seems to update the repo applications.
So, in order for a application update to appear in the update section, you need to manually resync the repos. Well, It's he case atleast for me, would maybe be better to replace what the refresh action to directly resync the repos if it doen't already do that.
Issues aside, Aurora droid is as good as Aurora Store, very happy by both overall applications, and really appreciate its design (which has support for AMOLED screen which is a plus for me)
