Hello XDA! I've been watching you since long time ago. You've always helped me and all. I'm very grateful, although i have a huge problem. I've got a new phone that calls (MobiWire Gemini)...I can't root it, i can't find any information about it.
Can you guys help me with it? Is there are any way to root it? Or can you tell me some tips to make my phone work better.

I've gotten fed up with the screens getting bigger and bigger, so I went against the stream and ordered me a Z18 Mini.
There's nothing on it in any western country sense so if it'll work on arrival is still surprise!
However, if and when I get the phone I still want to root it and eventually perhaps install a custom rom.
Since there's nothing on the device on the forum I figured I'd have to sort it out myself, so my question to begin with is this:
How do I figure out how to root it?
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Glad your excited! Getting a new toy is definitely fun. But you're right, there's nothing about it on XDA. So whether or not you even can root it is unknown and how just as unknown.
All I can suggest is you ask for help here and maybe someone knows something....

Hi,
I found a Samsung SCH-R740C near my apartments dumpster about 3 months ago. After due diligence of trying to return it to its owner (flyers ect) I've given up and decided to mess about with it. Returning it was made more difficult by it not booting past the Samsung logo. I've tried getting into both Download and Recovery mods via all available guides but I cant access either. As far as everything Ive read goes, thins is either not possible, or people give up at this point and warrenty exchange.
Basically I'd like to know where I go to find out just how bricked this is.
Recap of basic info:
Phone: Samsung SCH-R740C
Able to access Download/Recovery: No, not sure if it ever could.
Question: How much of a brick is it?

Unfortunately these lesser known devices very rarely receive any development, purely because there just aren't enough people using them to make it worth a developer's time. Hello guys.
I hope this is the right place to post, anyway, I have a 7" chinese tablet with the RK2928 chip.
I tried to change it's ROM and now I can only get the touch screen to work inverted or not working at all.
Anything you guys can help me with?

Hello I usually have an apple device for my phone but I had to switch plans and all and now I have a Droid Mini. I am new to the android community and rooting and all and it seems very different and harder then jailbreaking. I am really scared that I will mess something up and from what I've been looking through there isn't really a guide to rooting a droid mini 4.4.4. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great. I almost used kingoapp but then heard it wasn't very trustworthy. I really don't want to screw up and "brick" my droid mini. Any help is appreciated this is my first android device and I want to root it correctly.
