[Q] Stuck on fast boot - Moto G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
I just got a Moto G 4G.
So I wanted to root it and so I had to start by unlocking the bootloader.
Then I was going into fastboot and now, a few minutes later, I'm stuck here.
The first few minutes it worked (I could move using vol+down).
Now I can't control anything and neither does holding power 5 seconds work.
Anyone can help me please?
Or should I just wait till the battery dies and then start over?
thanks.

please help! 3.2 update problem

i updated and now it wont fully boot up. i get to the screen where the honeycomb is going up and down and it just stays there. im having trouble getting it into recovery from adb so if anyone knows what to do please save me.
How long are you waiting because the first time mine booted in 3.2 it took about 10 mins.
Long enough for the xoom to die. I just want to be able to boot into recovery but when I try to from fastboot it doesn't do anything. I hope it's not bricked and there's something that can be done.

Do you have CWM installed? If so, boot the Xoom and at the Moto logo wait about 2-3 secs then press the Vol Down button. This will give you the option for recovery, press Vol Up to get in.
i do have it installed but it wont let me get into it through fastboot or those instructions.
do you think this is bricked?
Hmm. I'd keep resetting it (hold power and Vol Up) and trying to get into CWM. I can't see why this wouldn't work. To reiterate, you want to press vol down after about 2 secs of the Moto dual core image.
awesome, i didnt realize i had to press it down. i kept holding it and getting into fastboot. thanks for the help guys!
Glad to help

Well I would say plug your phone to the pc for charge phone is off. Hold power and.volume down at the same time, for a few seconds and let go of power and still hold vol down it boot into hboot then select recovery mode and once you do so go to advance or mount for USB that will allow u to get to the sd card to add a Rom and flash

Are you trying to update from settings>about>software update?
Or take a look at this I used it for my friends to unroot and go back to stock out the box.

[Q] i just bricked my moto x

Hello. Yesterday i unlocked my bootloader and tried to install kitkat with the t-mobile version on my moto x
However rsd stop at step 6/10 and my moto x is now complete black. When i tried to turn it on, it just vibrates. When i plug it to the charger, it just vibrates too. I can't enter to fastboot or anything.
Its something i can do?
thanks in advance
UPDATE
I keep pushing and pushing power on + volume down and after a few tries the phone starts in fastboot mode. However after a few minutes it shut downs. What can i do?
I havent tried anymore, I just left the phone pluged to the charger hoping the solution is the battery.
Plz excuse my poor english.

Stuck at Google logo

Hey guys,
My friend has a nexus 5. He had it rooted and had cyanogenmod installed. it was working fine since a couple of weeks, but then it suddenly developed problems last night. The ROM would then immediately reboot and then after a point it got stuck on the CM boot logo. Now it doesn't even get past the google logo. The logo comes, and the device reboots again. Is it that the device needs to be charged a little more before I can use wugfresh's toolkit to push it into recovery/bootloader to recover the device? Any help appreciated. Thanks
So I got it into bootloader, but even in the bootloader, it reboots. I get about 2 seconds during which the toolkit is unable to help me. COuld this be a power button bug?
Okay it was a power button bug. I took out all my life's frustration on the power button and voila, cyanogenmod booted. Off to replace the button.

[PROBLEM] Loop bootloader after root

Hello to everyone, i've had a problem with my motorola moto g 2015, i've rooted it and everything was working fine, but sometimes when i turn on the phone it goes in loop during the boot, then i've to restart it in holding power button+volume down for 10 seconds, then i've to start the recovery (TWRP) and from there i've to select reboot>system. After that it usually turn on again and everything work fine but when it switchs on it needs to upgrade all the apps to let them to work better with android, and it takes a little bit too much time which is very annoying, what can i do to have no booting problem yet???
