IMPORTNANT: The screenshot app made the green area on screenshot.
Description of this launcher:
This mod, moreover application, helps you to navigate through your games.
its something like a library where you have the shortcuts to most of your games.
unfortunately not every game will appear because it need to be XperiaPlay optimized.

To launch the Xperia™ PLAY Games launcher:
From the Home screen, tap the Application screens icon. Then find and tap Games.
Mods by me for HTC devices:
- Changed Xperia Play labels
- Resized to 800x480
- Changed Xperia Play logo
TESTED on RCMix3D Runny 4.0 on Desire HD

thanks for the clarification

i don't understand what this does. does it detect on its own what ALL games you have? or only a few ones?
what exactly does it do? some detailed infos about the mod you post would be useful.

Manually extract the zip and put files in relevant folders setting permisions accordingly making sure the apk file goes into system/app and reeboot.
This app just basically puts the games that are optimised for the xperia play in one place. It's a bit like the iPhones equivilant to the game centre. But bear in mind not all games are shown in the launcher.

its a lil bit difficult to describe the exact function of this application.
fans of this feature know what it is...
and i followed the other thread which i linked in my post.
there was also no description so thought not necessary.

It would be more usefull if ALL games were showed in that launcher, and cuz I've had Xperia Play I know it's possible.

[APP] Play Store 4.0.25 (Blue Themed)

Hey
So I kinda didn't like the new Play Store look. Too much green, red and orange within the respective sections. So, thanks to forum member jugg1es' encouragement, I themes the whole thing so that it has a Holo Light look. I've not themed the arrows, check marks etc to maintain the subtle difference between apps, books, magazines, movies and music.
Instructions
- Open your file manager
- Navigate to /system/app
- Rename Phonesky.apk/vending.apk to Phonesky.bak/vending.bak
- Paste the downloaded file here and rename it to Phonesky.apk/vending.apk
- Set permissions to rw-r--r--
- Reboot

I just uninstalled an app and downloaded it again.. no problem here.. may be clear data and a reboot?

Make sure you've installed it to system files. I wiped the playstore from my phone then reinstalled as user app and started getting force closes. Converted it to a system app using titanium and every thing works sweet

But in stock play store the Books category is blue, too. How did you manage to seperate apps and book? Or is every category blue?

I had trouble as well but then got access through parent directory. OP UPDATED

If you with that mod don't want notificaions for sms and calls on lockscreen, in one other thread @ [email protected] say to freeze com.sec.android.app.keyguard and you dont have anymore that sms or call notification

Are you sure? Download it again. This module is also available on the Xposed repository inside the app. Make sure you have Xposed Framwork of course.

Did it work fine on yours?
Mine can capture fine, but after I tried to save it, the progress bar are either stuck on 95% or 98%, then I got black screen when I leave it for a while, the picture is saved though, but as static image..
Do I need on stock rom? I'm on CM10 btw.

The file is saved as .gif and CM gallery can't play .gif animations and shows them as static images. View the file from some app which can play .gif animations e.g., Xperia album app. You can get it for CM also. Search here in "Android apps and games" section.
