Could you post a full media info of a sample video that doesn't work? Also if possible, could you share a sample video somewhere (Dropbox, mediafire, etc)?
If MX is crashing on playback, run MX Log Collector immediately after app crash.

What video player do you use? I use mx player and it works just fine. Before that I used vlc and it worked too.

Ho un hdd USB collegato a Nvidia shield pro, ultima versione del lettore MX e ultimo codec.
Quando guardo un film a 1080p tutto funziona bene ma con il video 4k ha micro scatti e a volte si blocca se seleziono hw + il video va bene ma l'audio diventa stereo.
Con la stessa situazione non succede con Kodi o VLC, ma preferisco mxplayer
Qualcuno mi aiuta? Ringraziare
