Hey lads,
I just found a nice tool, with which you can theme your G3. All you need is root and xposed.
Open xposed installer, search for "Holo Themer", install it and restart your phone. After restarting, you open the app and choose for example "Settings" and give it the "holo dark" theme.
Since this module worked fine for the g2, it seems to work pretty well on the g3 aswell.

Be sure to also have it enabled in the Xposed application under Modules.

(Before trying this method make sure you have backup rom from clockworkmod recovery)
There are some people who are interested in locking app in memory. I found a way which can do this easily You need following mods
1) Xposed framework
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
2) 'App setting' app based on xposed framework
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2072081
Installation procedure -
- First install xposed framework (its very easy. Please refer xposed framework thread).
- After that install "app setting" app and enable this app in xposed framework module section.
- Now open "app setting" app and choose app which you want to lock in memory.
- After that enable application setting option.
- Now you will see lots of options. Just tick 'resident' option. And finally save it. I have attached screenshot for more info.

Thats it. Your app is locked I have checked it on dhiru's cm10.1 alpha 8 rom by locking opera mini app which gets easily killed when too many apps are opened. But after locking it by this method its not at all killed by any way
NOTE - Dont lock too many apps. It may affect badly on memory management.
Good trick, thanks.

Hey guys. I am on 4.4.4. Stock using xposed with gravity box, unicon etc. I also use nova and whenever I sorry select a wallpaper through nova shortcut I get this issue as in the screen shot. I have disabled all xposed module one by one and nova launcher but no luck.
Any help please. Thanks a million.

that looks sick a Fuuuuuuuuh
well besides having a bad ass looking phone, you need to debug your modules
they are likely conflicting or not compatible..
whats your FW version, what modules are you using as in all of them..
id turn them all off and try one at a time....
Thanks for your reply and compliment. ?I have quite a few modules screen shot below. I tried disabling unicon and few others but there was no impact. I understand that it's extremely user specific issue, but I do appreciate your time to help. Cheers
Actually I've had that same issue being 100% stock. I'm not sure why it occurred, and if this is the only way to fix it but...download this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ogqcorp.bgh . Set your wallpaper using this app. Somehow I randomly tried it and it worked.
Have you tried setting wallpaper with gallery or g+ photos app?
Thanks guys. Seems like it happens with launchers only. But if I use quick pic then it stays put. Not sure how to resolve this, but thanks again for your help.
Every time i turn data off, that notification appear, is there a way to delete that permanently, make it not appear again or edit build.prop to solve that?
Or there is a file that I must delete from the system?

Root your device
Install Xposed framework
Install this module
Restart

I knew that. But there is no such module in the latest Xposed framework for 5.0.2
Maybe you have KK.
So apparently it's not that simple.
And Sony gave a different name for this file, I can't find it in System/App like it was in older Xperia devices, like com.sonyericsson.dataTrafficDisabledNotification
UPDATE
I did download the .apk but from the official website.
In Xposed I didn't find it.
It works.
Thanks.

Hello guys.. I have been searching for solution to this issue since a long time, still no luck.. There is this ugly dark filter on lockscreen which ruins the beauty of the wallpaper, which of course can be removed by rooting and installing xposed modules (bright lockscreen). But unfortunately Xposed is not that stable on Samsung roms and i don't want to go through all those bootloops. It would be a delight if somebody knows a workaround for this....

What dark filter you talking about? I don't face any. And xposed is stable you can use it.

Can you by any chance update it to the One UI 2.0 edition?
the app is not patched, i'm from Argentina, installed fine and after try install modules it give error is not avaliable, better take out the chip, use any VPN and connect to USA, after that go to Configuration-Apps-Galaxy Store or Samsung Store and delete cache, now back and open Galaxy Store and search for Good Lock, install it + modules, configure your phone and after finished, go back the chip and use your phone, the process is done, is not necessary take out chip, now it will work fine, tested in my S8+ 5 minutes ago, hope this help to anyone, leave some caps of proof, if you check in the left corner VPN Hub running there.
