Does anyone know when the stock rom will be upgraded to 4.4.4?
Thanka
Have you searched? It's been discussed quite a bit.

Android 4.4.4, version and upgrade give far too many results to go through.
Perhaps you could point me in the right direction?
It's ment to hit any day now according to CM's statement not long ago. But you never know.

Quite right, sorry to pollute the thread!
The best I can offer now is that I was experiencing issues with connection and stability, and I thought an upgrade might cure them.
I was happy to see that there are nightlies available for the O+O, and downloaded the latest. When I tried to install in TWRP, it gave an error stating that you cannot install on top of incompatible files (bad memory).
Later, I found the modem-problems thread and flashed the new modem file - so far so good...
Thanks!

Hi,
yesterday I was on racetrack Nürburgring and tried my new OnePlus One.
Everything was cool except one thing.
Most time, when I took the OPO out of my trousers, the screen was on and an app was open?
Is there a setting for that, that this never happens? Don't want to share battery lifetime to my pockets and don't want to place calls to the whole world.
Is anyone having same problems or could someone help me?
Settings/Interface/Gesture Shortcuts, disable everything.

You forgot display -> double tap to wake
It is scheduled to be fixed by OTA-update xnph28s; before unlocking the proximity sensor checks if the device is currently in a pocket.
See bugreport: https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/BACON-16
Good to see, d4fseeker.
Do you know, when this update is ready for download?
Don't want to disable the Oppo features on opo
They say the update should be released in the next week or two.

Typically when its ready, it was posted a week ago in 2 weeks time but no promises as they want to get it right in this OTA.
If you can't wait, you can flash custom ROMs as they already have this commit where it checks the proximity sensor. If the proximity sensor is blocked then gestures will be disabled until the proximity sensor is not blocked.

Like I said before, I don't use Paranoid Android. Go into the thread and search for the keyword "lockscreen" ... if the ROM is based on CM for the OPO then it will have the gesture controls.
Edit: Heres your answer, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=53677403&highlight=gesture#post53677403 next time just search
Not only as stable as CM is, it includes all device specific features of CM like offscreen gestures, Quickboot, Soft/hard buttons...

This is CM inc's chance to show what they can do.
You know they have a One Plus as a test phone but they let it go out with low call volume and sub par signal strength. As well as touch screen problems and more. Just look at the bug reports. There no hiding them.
Software makes the phone work so to me that is what I have to look at.
All in all its a great phone I just expect more from CM inc.

To be fair the phone is still in its infancy stages and is invite only. So in a way you can say we paid for the phone to be "internal beta testers" and when the phone is not invite only thats when its out for the masses.
I agree with you though, these major problems should have been addressed in a hotfix rather than having users wait for the next OTA. Luckily for the most of us, we're able to fix it in our own hands but for those who aren't then they'll just have to wait.

Yes, I'm under warranty but I've bought the phone from China and I'm from Italy, only the ship cost will be more than the repair.
There's no place to repair a china phone here, nobody even known the phone
But it's a problem that has a lot of OPO and the manufacturer said that, they're good enough and, even N% has yellow screens...
But I'm really not happy with this phone, not only for the yellow line.
There is no way to fix it, with usage and time it gets slightly better. 99% of phones have this, so you should not have bought the phone, if you think this is a deal breaker.

I have never had that problem
The display stopped working 2-3 days ago. On booting i can see the google logo for 2-3 seconds before the screen goes dark. The phone works and i can hear dings of messages, but i cant access any of it. Once i kept shut it for a day i was able to see the screen for 10-15 seconds( i used this window to remove the screen lock so that i can use the usb transfer ). Now keeping the phone shut for long duration has no effect.
I can see the fastboot screen but not the recovery screen throught it.
I also bought a slimport so that i could see the screen on my pc. It works (not for the fastboot or recovery), however the touch doesn't work and the volume and power buttons response is too sluggish. I can connect the mouse but it is of no use as i can't see the screen on PC and use the mouse at the same time. I tried adb ( i have no experience of it ) but i cant touch the allow pernmissions key on the screen for the above reasons. Also what advantage would adb be in this case?.
Any advice ?

Same issue I had pretty much, it died about 2 months ago. I was still able to copy all of my files, phone worked perfectly but the screen was black. Had it replaced it no time. Is that by any mean a 311k? I've seen another thread like that pop up lately.

I don't know yet, I'm just trying to figure out whether it's a particular batch that started failing or it's completely random, just curious. The two replacements I was sent were 403K. Build is perfect, but they both had some light bleed issues. Looks like every batch comes with some good and some bad, QC definitely hasn't been too great on this phone.

They're not really built in batches. Manufacturing was continuous. They just changed the serial number every time the month changes so I dont think this would actually mean anything
I know but I'd still use it as a milestone more than anything, I mean there have been some differences in the units (eg bigger speaker holes), this way it's easier to track them along the timeline, because they definitely do change something in the manufacturing process from time to time if they have to make up for issues or something. They also did it with the N4 if I remember well.

Speaker holes is a bad example because even the latest built devices it was still a lottery whether you got bigger or smaller holes. That's down to what you mentioned earlier, QC

I was able to unroot and flash the stock image. The problem still exists though, so it has to be a hardware issue. Fortunately the phone is still in warranty.

Seems to me the battery needs to be recalibrated. I'm not familiar with this device, but you could try deleting the battery log from recovery, recharge to 100% and let it run down to 15% before recharging. If the battery log isn't there, I don't know what to tell you. (Like I said, not familiar with this device).
Hi there,
My battery life was never good, even on kitkat, but a few days ago I received an update to lollipop, android 5.02, since then, the battery became much worse, it drains so quickly, even when the phone sleeps. (4-5% an hour when it sleeps, and when I use it- 1% per minute)!
GPS is off, very low brightness, and very moderate use. No games songs or videos. Just a little bit of surfing the web. When I look at the battery use, Android system is taking quite a lot. |(The CPU). My phone is not rooted.
Google play services wakelock are disabled.
SOT- only 1:30-2:00h!
Any suggestions what can I do?

It's CM11S.
Easy way to revert back from any lollipop based ROM.
Have you wiped the cache from recovery? Sometimes a new update can cause issues, whether its files left behind it can help to wipe cache.
You could also backup your data and try a factory reset on Lolliopop to see if that helps before downgrading.

Flashing back to KitKat is a pretty extreme suggestion, especially seeing as no investigating has actually been done to see what's causing the battery drain.

Alright, understood. You're kinda getting screwed there though because this device is intended to be unlocked and rooted. The way I see it you have two choices:
1. Leave your phone the way it us and deal with your battery drain issues. You can't go back to KitKat without at last unlocking the bootloader, and if rooting voids your warranty then unlocking the bootloader surely will too.
2. Root the device, find out what's causing the problem, and fix it.
