WWE country code error on English MDA

Hi, newbie so apologies for any stupid questions that follow!
My MDA compact has somehow killed itself and just comes up with Serial 1.02 which I gather from other posts is the bootloader.
When i plug it into my PC serial changes to USB and then i've tried running
WWE_11200_172_11200.exe
and
WWE_11200_186_11210.exe
but get a 120 country error both times. The device came from T-mobile UK and was certainly in english before it all went kaput... what can I do?

Before giving up on the existing setup, try resetting your machine totally.
i.e. try hardrestting by pressing camera, on/off and resetting with stylus at the same time!
no luck?
-try removing the main battery and drain the backup battery overnight. reinsert the battery and try normal boot
never heard a software totally to be destroyed!!
btw.: What actually happened to screw up your system???

I am a student from China.On 17th March,I saw a message in the BBS"口袋数码（in English means "PDAfans"）" showed that I could use my phone-Dopod 828+(=O2 XDA MINI) with WM6.1 ROM。There was a link in the message that connected to the ROM file.I couldn't imagine it is ture.I downloaded it quickly and freshed it from my PC to my phone.Really?MY GOD!It was working now!
I was very happy.But I found some problems:
1.The Activesync and Bluetooth was not working.
2.Not support Chinese.
I hope you can solve them in your next ROM version.
Cheer up！Please remember there are many Chinese users in your ROM's users.I'm stand for them to support you!I hope you can bring us more and more good ROMs.
Maybe my English is not very well,Please don't laugh.

And today I found another problem:
When I fresh the ROM into my phone and use it with 2 days,If I restart my phone, It will display a message on the screen :"The backup bettery's power is low."

er...
Sorry,the word "restart " in the above message is wrong,the correct one is"reboot".

i don't have the problem
maybe your backup bettery really have low power or will be breakdown
because 818 828...are 3 years ago. maybe the backup battery is too old.

but when i hardreset my phone,the power message shows that the backup battery have 100 percent power.

Keyboard problems

Looks like i'm the only one who has this problems.
1. My TyTN II is searching by itself in contacts till reaches C word.
2. When i try to write a message is writing itself EDFC EDFC EDFC till i close the application.
3. Its recordering itself till memory is full.
I changed rom\radio and still the same problems, is very annoying and i don't know what to do.
If is there someone could help me please do it.

Error upload ROM hw6515

Hi.
when uploading hw6515 an error occurred (error occurred after 0.1%)

on the display shows the hp logo and words "Serial v0.21".
After 2 hours without the battery starts but after calibration message appears:
"It will automatically customize your device in 3seconds.."
After this process, the device reboots and the screen appears with the HP logo and words "Serial V 0.21"
what to do?
The update comes from hp.

Please help, really need it... bootloop

Basically what is now my phone is catch and display the image of "WARNING; BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED" and it restarts constantly, only to arrive there and restart again... like a "bootlop"
GOOGLE SEARCH FOR ALL SOLUTION IN FORUMS IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH, no case ...
Apparently my mistake was to install an official ROM on my device MOTOROLA using fastboot way...
It do not recognize charger or usb, I can enter the bootloader menu (which lets you choose factory normal startup, recovery ... you know which one) but by choosing an option that quickly returns to the same pattern discussed above (I select, and automatically jumps screen "warning, bootloader unlocked" and restarted to reach this constantly ..)
Do not recognize the USB or charger by simple selection, because I could not turn off the phone because they did not respond to any command, even if i use physical buttons, and obviusly i dont have acces to digital buttons...... .
However I can go to the "Fastboot" where would the bootloader menu, and there does not even recognize the charger or usb mode ...
is not recognized by selection, not because my port is broken or something, because I notice it because I could not do anything, IT WAS CONSTANTLY RESET DURING HOURS, overheating to the point it ran out of battery and I connect ... and I get the typical image of charging (battery symbol with 0%) and a second later (1% estimate when loading ...) happens again, without notice or other visually perceptible signal it restarts and does Just what i explain in the beginning ....
it doesnt recognize usb or charger... even when restarting or fastboot or bootloader mode menu NOT ACKNOWLEDGE DECIDES NOT RECOGNIZE IT, THE USB PORT ISNT NOT DAMAGED ...
I wonder if anyone could come up with the solution to have had this problem since I see that I'm the first to commit such stupidity to install an official rom via fastboot .....
And I can not find anyone with the same problem as me, nor the solution, even after having googled quite ..
could anyone tell me more or less to do?
not recognize in any way the usb connection, and the charger all ...
so it seems that the phone is broken? I doubt they can give you something that you can only destroy via software, although it is not impossible ... i didnt did so much, i just install something that i shouldnt.. should be any fix for it, and i must not be the first having this problem!
I hope you can help me, since the phone is relatively new and is to me a shame to pay now AR$4500 (1 usd = 8,50 AR$ ) i live in argentina, third world, thats why the price is high... and why i dont talk english so good, but i really really need help...
or in order to have another decent phone i will need to pay a high amount of money... hope you can help me, i know in this forum you can find very smart and helpfull people, youre my last chance
