Hi. My friend asked me for an advice for his next phone, since his HTC Evo 3D just broke. He would like a good (possibly Android) phone, but he cannot spend more then 250-300€ (let's say about 300$)... Keep in mind that I'm talking about unlocked phones only. I don't know which phones are both pretty good and such inexpensive. Any ideas? Thank you.

Moto G - $179, Nexus 5 - $350. I'd pay the extra $s and go for the N5 but the moto g is a very nice phone. Huge upgrade from the Evo.

If you want a really new one even if it doesn't have the best specs you can get the moto e, but if you want a really solid phone that isn't exactly supported by google but is capable of a ton for ~$100 then the galaxy nexus is a great phone and you can get them new for about that price unlocked.
note 2 verizon
Note 2 verizon can be found for $150 on ebay if you watch watch watch.

I live in India and i am planing to buy a new smart phone within a week or two . my budget is 22,000 Rs = 350$ . The current issue is i am really confused in two ways .
The first one is choosing between two phones i initially thought about buying Asus ZenFone 2 ZE551ML but then going through all the review stuff and comparisons i had another phone in my mind " OnePlus One 64GB" .
Then i decided to go for OnePlus One 64GB variant. so then the second glitch appeared ,
When i come to know about the upcoming cool smartphones in June . i was really confused i another way weather its going to be worth buying this phone now or wait for another two months and see those upcoming phone are worth waiting . So please help me to decide weather to buy a smartphone now or wait for another two months

I live in the US, and I use MetroPCS. Looking to get one of these new flagship killers everyone is discussing. My budget is around $300. I've tried the Mi A2, looked into Poco and Honor play all though I'm not sure of their compatibility with my provider. Any thoughts? I like to have a good camera, processor, and ram.

Lots of mention of some very out dated phones in that thread.
I got the Blu vivo Xi +. $300 dollars at best buy. Wireless charging. Facial recognition. Finger print scanner. Nice 6.2 inch screen. Android 8.0. Expandable memory. The only draw back is no NFC or 3.5 mm headphone jack. I'm pissed that new phones like samsung note 9 and iPhone want to charge $1000 and over. I won't be doing that anymore.
