[Q] [Bacon] Random Reboots OnePlus One - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Source:- Here
(Aug 5th 2014, 9:00 AM IST) I received my 1+1 phone, I was very happy until I found this weird issue and I am very depress since then.
My Phone is getting Frequent Random Restart since I started it. I made an factory reset when it was out of the box and battery was around 30%.
After that I ran an OTA update [Jul 02 Built] and installed all my Apps from Google Store , it was fully discharged after few hours and I think when battery was about to die <3% it restarted 2 or 3 times own it own.
I put it on charging(first charging) when battery level dropped to 1%, While charging I got 4 Random Restart till 100% Charging and it took around 5-6 hrs to get a complete charge.
I have also noticed some heating issue at Top part of the phone.
After That I tried connecting and copying some data from my PC to Phone but it gave me 3 Random Restart in 5 min interval.
I again made an factory reset from Recovery and Cleared Cache also, but even after doing this I am getting same issue.
It's getting Restart in between calls, on charging, off charging.I am fad up now as it has restarted own it's own for more than 10 times now in a Single day.
Just Now I was on call and it restarted again and I see that all of my Accounts "Google, WhatsApp, mail, Facebook ,Viber etc" GONE?????????????????????? Saved wifi password gone.
What the hell is happening to it....
Update 1:- (Aug 5th 2014, 6:00 PM IST)
Also I noticed one more issue and it may be related to restart issue. After 2nd Rest When my apps was getting updated and installed, some of the Apps icon didn't showed on App drawer, I had to restart my phone to make them visible.
Update 2:- (Aug 6th 2014, 01:00 AM IST)
I have tried every way to resolve it (factory rest, Cache Clear, Re-Flashed CM11S ROM [Jul 02 Built] ), but still getting Random Reboots.
Update 3:- (Aug 6th 2014, 4:00 PM IST)
I have done the Cache wipe and Factory reset every time I install any ROM. I observed that evrytime it was rebooted my wifi was ON and connected.
I have now Installed the fresh ROM [Jun 19 Built] from this link, after Wiping Cache and Factory reset from Recovery ,I have not turned ON the Wifi after flashing this ROM.
And Now it's being 2:30 hrs , I didn't noticed any random reboot issue. Will give it a try till morning, Till next random reboot or Till get reply from Support.
Update 4:- (Aug 07 2014, 12:05 PM IST)
Currently I am using CM11S ROM Jun 19th Build (cm-11.0-XNPH25R-bacon-signed.zip), and I flashed it from Recovery only. [No random reboot since I Flashed it (20 hr) without Wifi, Need to check With WIfi].
Before that I had flashed CM11S ROM Jul 02 Built (cm-11.0-XNPH25R-bacon-signed-fastboot-Offical.zip) using ADB only and after that flashed Custom Roms [Mandi and PA ]from Recovery. [Had Random reboots with These Roms]
Let me First Turn ON the Wifi and use it for half day at least with this currently Installed ROM , That will Clear all doubts, that whether it was faulty filesystem, Modem etc issue or Actual Hardware Issue.
If turning on wifi goes well, I will first Flash CM11S ROM Jul 02 Built (cm-11.0-XNPH25R-bacon-signed-fastboot-Offical.zip) from Recovery. and will observe it for one day.
Update 5:- (Aug 07 2014, 12:15 PM IST)
Turned On the WiFi, Hopefully it will not reboot this time, fingers crossed .
Update 6:- (Aug 07 2014, 04:40 PM IST)
Ok Guys, Here is an Update on Random Reboot Issue. And I guess it's Gone... Much relaxed now. it's been Total 1 day till last random reboot (after Flashing OLD Built of CM11S ROM Jun 19) [20 Hrs without WiFi and 4 Hrs. With WiFi]
Note:- My Built ROM is old. Jun 19 and feel very stable, and I think new OTA update [Jul 2] has lot's of bugs. One can switch back to old ROM built for stable version of CM11S.
Update 7:- (Aug 07 2014, 07:00 PM IST)
Just Had an another Random reboot on my OPO after 30 hrs [First 20hrs without Wi-FI, next with Wi-Fi]. , My WiFi was ON, Downloading Game from Play Store was in process, and Was Playing with Advanced Wi-Fi Setting[Wi-Fi optimisation and Wi-Fi Frequency band].
Note:- Before this Random Reboot (around 10 min), I had changed the them pack to "MAHDI-ROM OFFICIAL THEME".
Update 8:- (Aug 07 2014, 07:20 PM IST)
I have Uninstalled The "MAHDI-ROM OFFICIAL THEME" at around 7:18 PM IST, and got another Auto reboot at 7:20 PM IST [again I was in Advanced Wi-Fi Setting], but after this reboot I got Message in boot screen "Android is Updating 1 out of 1".
Again I am confused with this problem, whether it is Wi-Fi issue or ROM issue with themes and other setting ?????
Update 9:- (Aug 07 2014, 07:30 PM IST)
Had another Auto reboots at 7:30 PM, This time also was downloading something from Google store with WiFi Connection and I Was in Advanced Wi-Fi Setting option.
Looks like I need RMA.
Update 10:- (Aug 08 2014, 11:05 AM IST)
Came to conclusion that it's faulty Wi-Fi Antenna, As I had many(5-10) Auto Reboots after update 9 [Had Installed Fresh Old Custom ROM CM11S Jun 19 Built and With Wi-Fi Getting reboots]. You can also see from Bug Reports below that just before Reboot Wi-Fi Drivers stopped working and crashed. (Search with "Rebooting" Keyword in below reports).

http://paste.ubuntu.com/7981220/
http://paste.ubuntu.com/7981278/
http://paste.ubuntu.com/7981296/
I have raised RMA on 5th Aug but Still after 3 days No response from 1+ Support. Very disappointed with the service, wasted my time, money, efforts and lost faith in 1+.
Update 11:- (Aug 09 2014, 11:40 AM IST)
Ok Looks like it's the Wi-Fi compatibility issue with my laptop Hotsport, as When I connect Wi-FI through Portable Hotspot(Tethering) from my old phone(Galaxy Grand), it works fine and give no Auto reboot, but if I connect with Hotspot connection from my Laptop(through Connectify or mHotspot), it give Auto reboots issue.
But I have a question, I was using Hotspot connection from my Laptop(through Connectify or mHotspot) on Galaxy Grand for around 1 year and didn't faced any issue on that, then Why it's happening with OPO? is it bad hardware or it's compatibility issue?
Update 12:- (Aug 09 2014, 06:36 PM IST)
Flashed CM11S Jul 02 Built, Installed MADHI Theme, and two more Auto reboot with Normal Wi-Fi Connection as well, Earlier I was thinking it's my Laptop Hotspot (Connectify) causing the issue but reality is something different now.
Whom to blame now? (A) Faulty Hardware (B) Bug with Both CM11S Jun 19 and Jul 02 Built (C) Theme's Compatibility with these ROM'S ?
I will now again Flash CM11S Jul 02 Built and try not to use any theme and see how it will work with that.
Update 13:- (Aug 10 2014, 05:15 PM IST)
OK, Final Conclusion. It's Hardware issue or Wi-Fi Driver Issue(Will be looked as Hardware issue only as I can't Change Wi-Fi Drivers).
How I came to this conclusion is because I tried 6 Different ROM's (CM11S Jun 19 Built, CM11S Jul02 Built, MAHDI, PA, Slim and Gummy) with Themes and Without Themes and getting reboots while Wi-FI is connected (even with Wi-Fi Direct and CastScreen).
http://paste.ubuntu.com/8006662/
http://paste.ubuntu.com/8006684/
Not expecting any reply from 1+ support for my RMA so raised Dispute on Paypal.
Wasted my money for such a crap phone and very disappointed with the service.

Is the phone always hot when it reboots?
Has it been overclocked?
With stock CM11 you mean CM11S?

Yes, I noticed that it get hot on uper side of the phone when it reboot own it own.
I have not Overclocked it and yes it's CM11S (One that come pre-Installed).
But I have tried Rooting and Flash Custom Recovery and Roms, but Issue was there.
As per my last update on main post, I have again Flashed the Stock ROM CM11S and has not started Wifi , it's abount 3: and half hrs now, I didn't noticed any Random Reboot.

Can't help unless a last_kmsg is provided.

I've been having random reboots for a while. They always seem to hit me while I'm commenting on a post or downloading something. Extremely strange. I've also contacted support but not looking for a response any time soon.

Its a problem with the Rom. I experienced one today as well. There was no quality control whatsoever for cm11s. It's very half assed

I haven't had a single reboot, and I punish this phone every day. I don't think it's something with the ROM, my guess is it's something with your setups causing the reboots.

Did you get chance to look into this.

I just rooted mine last night and it was fine. Charged it overnight and about 4am this morning I unplugged it. Went back to sleep and woke up around 8:30am to a dead phone. I had to hold the power button for about 10 seconds for it to restart it was kind of strange. And just about an hour ago I was watching a YouTube video with my Beats headphones plugged in and the phone frooze and shut off. Again had to hold power button for 10 seconds as it wouldn't turn on. I contacted OnePlus but knowing the number of complaints I highly doubt they'll get back to me quickly. I'm contacting Paypal tomorrow.

Get some bug Report and see if it's wifi driver that stopped responding just before the Auto Reboot, In my Case case I found that wifi drivers stooped working.
Looks like Wi-Fi Antenna is faulty.

Not using any them, it's issue with hardware (Wi-Fi)

Ok. But there is a bug present with the 25R build of CM11S, where if you're using a certain theme, it crashes when turning on WiFi. So sometimes what may seem to be a hardware issue isn't the case.

Random reboots when between 25 and 35 percent battery?

Hello everyone. We own two HTC One XLs, rooted and running CyanogenMod 10.2.1 for evita. About a month and a half ago, my phone randomly rebooted, and when it came back on, the battery had dropped to 25 percent. I can't remember what it was before that, but I'm inclined to say it was 32 or 33 percent. I thought the sudden loss of remaining battery was very strange, but this is the only time that's happened to me. After that it continued to operate and discharge as normal. My wife frequently lets her battery run low before she charges her phone. Well, yesterday afternoon her phone suddenly started rebooting. Sometimes it would get past the boot screen to the desktop, other times it wouldn't. My first thought was our messenger program. During the troubleshooting process, I plugged the phone in. I finally got it to stay on, and I noticed the battery was at 30 percent at the beginning of the charge. Well, today her phone did the SAME thing, but this time I noticed it was down to 25 percent before I plugged it in. I finally got it to power off and stay off, and after only a couple of minutes of charging, I turned the phone on and it has stayed on ever since with no problems, albeit it's still charging. At first I thought it was an app, but given that I've had trouble on both my phones when the battery is around 30 percent, give or take 5 percent, I'm beginning to think it could possibly be a driver-related (or whatever the android equivalent to a driver is) issue with Cyanogenmod 10.2.1 or Jellybean 4.3.1. So, my questions are:
-Are we the ONLY ones having this problem with their HTC One XL devices? A google search reveals random reboots are a common issue with these phones, often software related. I do not believe our problem is related to a specific app, but if their are apps known to cause reboot issues, please reply and let me know what apps these are.
-Is their any fix for this besides trying a fresh install of Cyanogenmod, or a different version of Cyanogenmod?
-Is anyone reading this part of the Cyanogenmod team, and if so, is this an issue being addressed in Cyanogenmod 11?
-Lastly, is their a link that I may submit a report to the Cyanogenmod regarding this issue if nobody here is part of the Cyanogenmod team?
Thanks, I look forward to your answers!

The first thing you should try is running an RUU. You'll need s-off so if you haven't got that you'll need to do that first. Run the RUU, leave the phone stock for a few days, see if the problem still occurs or not.
I'd be really surprised if anyone from CM is reading through the q&a section of a legacy device, the correct way to submit a bug is through Jira. But you first need to completely rule out your phone or your firmware as the problem, and completely isolate CM as the definite cause before you even think about submitting a ticket on Jira.

Already updated my RUU to the one recommended in the tutorial in the forums here. Couldn't update to 10.2.1 without updating the RUU. I am trying a few things, like clearing data and reinstalling some apps. Figured it couldnt hurt. I guess its wait and see.

Ok. But the point of running the RUU I suggested is to see if the problem still occurs while running a completely stock setup. It's standard practice when troubleshooting.

Right. I'm opting for simplest possibility first. I am awaiting to see if apps were indeed the cause before I take a more drastic step. So far the phone is performing as normal, was around 80 percent charge still at last check.I don't look for the problem to occur until I drop below 35 percent anyways.

Turns out it was an app. Problem appears to be solved. Apparently Chomp SMS became corrupted at some point.
Did a reinstall and cleared all data from the default Messaging app of good measure and the problem is gone.
same issues on CyanogenMod 11
i'm having similar problems except that i'm running CyanogenMod 11 and the phone restarts only when I have an incoming call.
does anyone have a solution to this?

If you are on CM 11, you are using a nightly or snapshot build as no release candidate or final version is available at this time. It's probably a bug in CM 11 and you'll just have to wait until it's fixed. You should stick with CM 10.2.1 final until 11 has a RC available.

[Q] Nexus 5 WiFi issue

Hello everyone.
So, the wifi problem on my N5 goes back some time ago; it happened for the first time about 2 weeks after i got it, middle november i'd say:
i always keep my wifi connected while at home and sometimes it just refuses to send data anymore. The signal bar doesn't drop, but the data just stops working. I don't remember what i did the first time it happened, but it just started working as intented after a few days.(I was on 4.4.4 back then).
Now I'm on 5.0.1 and it had been working right for some time, until 2 days ago i unplugged my router then plugged it back it. Later that day I noticed the issue is back. I have absolutely no idea what to do about it and it is irritating as hell.
Did any of you guys experience this before? If so, how did you fix it?
Also, is it possible that this is a driver issue on the phone side? All my other devices work just fine on wireless.
Thanks!

you may also try forgetting your network and re-logging back in. also check the wifi frequency band and of course rebooting your router can’t hurt.

I tried all that but with no success. I think the router might be the issue since it does have some glitches where it loses connectivity and it fixes after a reboot. I'll try with another router and report after.

I have done a full factory reset on my phone due to this issue, and it still happens. It doesn't just happen at home either, it happens everywhere I go. I am assuming at this point that it is a bug in 5.0/5.0.1 and hopefully it will be fixed in 5.0.2 (if the N5 ever see's this update).
If anyone has had any luck with this bug, please let me know.
I'm having the same issues. I'm now on my 4th router in as many months and I can't figure this out after testing just about every possible configuration of channels, frequencies and settings. We have about 10 devices connected in my home and the Nexus 5 is the only device with this problem. I'm at the point now that I just use LTE at home.
Yeah it's a 5.0.1 issue, if you've found your way to XDA you should try a custom ROM. Most are branched from the aosp 5.0.2 commits.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using XDA Free mobile app
Did Lollipop rid the wifi options of "wifi optimization" and "avoid poor connections?" I used to keep those options unchecked for a more stable wifi connection.

But I had this same problem on 4.4.4 for a little while, that's why I was inclined to think it was something to do with my router.
Ahhh okay, yeah it very well could be.
I just had to replace my logic board due to faulty wifi, I got the always 'WiFi turning on' bug.

That setting checkbox was missing in advanced wifi settings since 5.0 (and the option was forced to "on")
According to this post this has been fixed in 5.0.2:

Random reboots

Hi guys, I got my G920i from an ebay seller that everyone here has been talking about. The phone was in great condition and everything was fine with the phone for the first 24 hours. Ever since then , my phone has been constantly rebooting after a few hours on it's own. I have not installed any apps that I normally don't have on my other android device , the oneplus one. The G920I is not rooted or anything. The only app I can think of , that is different this time from the OPO , is the samsung push service update. I checked around and could not see anyone else who had recvd the Push service update and was facing the same issue.
Please help!
same
I have the same issue. I also bought the international version off of eBay. I didn't notice anything for about two days, but have now had the phone restart on me three times. All three times I was not actively using the phone and the screen was off.
One thing that I tried was to reinstall the Samsung push service update. That worked for 3 days as I didn't see any more reboots. And just 15 mins ago it happened again while the phone was in my pocket. Hope this gets fixed soon.
It has happened to me twice. I just disabled the auto update feature for my apps to see if that actually works. Will let you know if it worked after a couple of days.
I've had the phone since last tuesday and didnt notice any random reboots until this app updated and now i have 3-5 a day

Im only around open networks at work and it does the soft reboots around my house which is secured
My random reboots started shortly after the Samsung Push Services app was updated. I force stopped it, disabled it and uninstalled the update and I haven't had a reboot in a while.
My phone was rebooting several times every day before that.
Edit: The random reboots are back. This is very frustrating.
reflash the firmware fix the problem for me. No reboot since 24 hours. 5 to 6 reboots per day before. Hope it will continue.
I also have the same issue. It has happened 2 times for me, today and yesterday. I had the phone in my hand and suddenly I see the Samsung logo. Within 5 minutes it reboots 2-3 times. This sucks =(
I have the same problem, it only happens to me when I open Play Store or when I update something.
Edit: I have the F model.
I have had my 920i for almost a week, and I haven't had any random reboot at all. Everything works as supposed to.

I bought my 920i from Breed on Ebay. Everything has been great for the most part, but I do experience a random reboot at least once every few days. It just happened to me while sitting on my desk.
I am rooted, but I don't have any crazy customizations and I applied stock recovery after root. Only one app is frozen and it's that Samsung Security Agent process that was draining my battery. I also have it connected to a Gear S, but I'm pretty sure that's not the issue.
I wiped it twice yesterday and then set it up. It's definitely not a ROM/cache issue. I'll be interested to see if anyone figures out what this is. It could just be a bug that we'll have to deal with until the next update. Fortunately, the phone restarts super fast.
I also believe this is a software issue. I am not rooted and don't see myself doing that any time soon.
Which network are you using on your 920i? I am on AT&T network

AT&T here, also.
I'm using the G920F with an european carrier, so I think that is a global problem.
It happened to me twice today. That's a first. The only thing that's different is that I have a Gear S connected full time.
Didn't Android 5.01 cause the phone to reboot after some time due to running out of available memory?

April build it already out.... no, it is not an April fools joke...

Build PQ1A.190105.045
I'm on Sprint, and never got the March update. It is letting me download the April update
Sent from my PH-1 using Tapatalk
Didn't believe at first lol had to check thx.
If you look at Essential's builds page you'll notice that there is not a Sprint version of the March update. I suspect that Sprint would not approve / accept / allow the updates. I'm hopeful that the April update will fix the Bluetooth issues introduced by the Jan or Feb update. I've also experienced significant loss of signal strength since the Jan and Feb updates, which I believe are tied to the modem security patches in those updates, and I'm hoping April fixes that as well. If not, I'll be downgrading back to December's update. I have LITERALLY gone from "bulletproof" data connections all over my City to routinely losing data connection, and my average speeds at home and work have dropped significantly. I know it's the build and not the network because I have another PH1 on Sprint that has none of these issues after being downgraded to the last Oreo build...
Edited to add: The April update is taking much longer to install than the monthly updates normally do. It took over 30 minutes to complete the app upgrade process today. Fingers crossed that this means there are some big fixes under the hood.

Uodate: after installing the April update and rebooting once to get a fully "clean slate", I ran Speedtest... WOW!
So, good news and bad news for me, and likely anyone on Sprint. When I ran speed tests last Friday (same app, same location, same phone, on the February Pie update) I was getting download speeds of about 12mbps and upload speeds of about 10mbps on average. After the April uppdate I am now getting download speeds averaging around 75 to 80 Mbps (!!!!!!!!!), but my upload speeds have dropped to an average of about 2.5mbps....
So, whatever the April update contained has helped and hurt. Now, to see if it has fixed my intermittent Bluetooth problems... Fingers crossed.
The speed test at the very bottom was last Friday. Everything else above it is today, after installing the April update.
Yes, upgrade (74MB) installed & working, but took forever to optimise the apps, I was sweating a little since I'm in Australia & can't send phone back to Essential if major issue.
Update includes improvements to minimum brightness & volume which is good ... especially if you like to use your phone in the middle of the night without waking your beloved! ?
Note that for Sprint users the file size (if received OTA) is about 96mb (approx, my recollection may be slightly off). My wife's is on AT&T and I noticed the size difference when updating her phone. Hers also seemed to optimize apps a lot faster than my Sprint PH1. It would appear that Sprint bundled something else in with the update (BT / modem fixes? March's Android security patches that we missed? Who knows...)

Can't shutdown with April '19 update
When I tried to shut the phone off to swap SIMs with my other phone, the PH-1 got to the part where it bumps the vibrator and hung vibrating for 2-3 seconds and then re-booted. Argh! Bluetooth is still borked... I have to shut off Bluetooth and restart before my Jabra 65t's will connect and even then it's iffy.
That's weird. No shutdown problems like that with mine. I've not noticed any Bluetooth problems either yet (but don't really know what I'm looking for with that, last build seemed to work OK for me too, I only use Bluetooth for pairing headphones)
And as usual I still don't have any of these weird problems. Oh well maybe the next one.
I had to go back to the original slot.
The new update breaks WiFi and data.

....and LED notification still not working....so sad
Hmm my led flashes blue when I get a notification. My wifi and Bluetooth work just fine. Is this with bone stock or rooted and fettled devices?

It's stock but rooted with Magisk (no TWRP), just happened since Jan update, it was ok last year.
Someone said it's hardware related, maybe true....but if I go back either Oreo or early Pie then no problem.
The max volume is quiter than before..
Anyone else has this issue?

Any time you have an issue and are rooted and running apps or software that fettles things I would say the best test of is it software or hardware is to flash back to stock unrooted and see what's what.

Thanks for your suggestion, unfortunately, I did flash back to stock without rooting, and still had no LED notification.
To be honest, it only shows up one time after fresh stock ROM flash, and never show up again.
There's no LED notification when missing phone call, SMS/MMS, but......the LED is blink ONLY when I have voice mail waiting....that's pull my hair off.

T-mobile update

Just got an update. June 1 security update. Fixed my FP sensor issue (had to push, release, then push again to recognize) but once again, auto brightness bug fix has been skipped. Ugh
Fp sensor?

My finger print sensor seems to be working better as well. Thanks for posting about the update.

Yes, it would not react to single touch. I would have to put my finger, release, and then put back for it to recognize. Now it's single touch like it was in the beginning.
Agreed. I received the update and the fingerprint sensor seems to be working better. The auto-brightness however.... WOW. it's terrible. Slow to react to changes in light, and dims far too much. They should add a way to control the dimming. Something like a percentage of the current profile they have e.g. maintain the max brightness, but if the coding would reduce brightness by 80%, then I would want to select a 50% setting, so the effective reduction in brightness would be only 40%. Trying to read my phone in a store or a restaurant is a royal pain. Who did the real-world testing of this functionality? Some cartoon character that has flashlights for eyeballs?
Anyone having issues sending or receiving MMS after the new update. I can reset my device and is okay for about an hour and then stops sending or receiving MMS messages. I have not wiped with this new update and that is my next step, just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this by chance.

Are you using the private DNS feature? I had this problem and it turned out to be a T-Mobile issue

Interesting, it had been on automatic from the time I got it and never had an issue. I did a reset and got it all set up and turned that off. My wife's phone we just turned that off and her issue has gone away as well. I remember reading about that DNS issue a while ago here, but never thought about it again since I never had an issue. Thanks for the reminder.

It's a huge network flaw that T-Mobile has. You either have to turn private dns off, or use Google messages. Either one solved the problem
Well the update broke the floating bar mod that I had. No longer does the screen record, screenshot edit etc. Only has quick contacts. Anyone else?
I used to be able to video chat with my friend with a S9 phone, after the update , today she tried to video chat with me and she couldn't, I noticed the native Video chat icon is no longer on the contact , it now has the Duo Call instead. Ugh..
Update? My phone still says it's on the April 1st update.
Placebo effect for Fp sensor. Back to having to double touch before its recognized. ?
Anybody on the April 1st security software having 5g connectivity issues? I have been having issues for over a month and a half. Got them to send a new phone after factory reset and new sim didn't work. Got the new phone today and everything was working great until it updated to the April 1st security patch. It hasn't updated to the latest update yet, but I had that update on my previous device and the issue was persistent still even after. So something on that specific software is screwing up my 5G to where I can't use my phone unless I'm on Wi-Fi.

I'm in June patch now, but I had no connectivity issues when I was in April. If you turn 5g off do you have data in 4glte?

That's pretty much where I'm at. I'm having to run with no 5g. They sent me a new phone again, and when it arrives I'm going to try to avoid the update for as long as possible.
Did they pull this update? I got it right away on my first phone but I had to exchange that one and the new one still hasn't received it.

Possibly, I have it. But it's not listed on the T-Mobile update page.
T-Mobile latest firmware
Does anyone have KDZ file of latest firmware (10R)?
I can not perform OTA update.
Mine would also not pull down the OTA. I had to use LGUP.
