Hi I mange to upgrade my C-Rom to the latest version as well as upgrading my firmware but now I can't disable ads like last time before upgrading I was using C-Rom 6.6 and my firmware was 4.4.2 with AdBlock and it works like charm until last week when ads starts popping up again. So I though maybe if I upgrade it I can block ads again but I can't find AdBlock and I'm also lack of certain functions. What did I missed?? Where did I go wrong? Please help. If possible can you share the files please? Thanks

well i wasn't sure about the problem its nither the galaxy s2 problem or the roms
so recently i installed the version of Resurrection ICS ROM v2.0 for Galaxy S2 i9100
on my phone before i had a 2.3.3 android version rooted phone so after i did so the rom itself didn't make any problems but whenever try to play gameloft hd games it just crushes without a reason i tried reinstalling or any other type of this games but they neither crush on the start of the menu or after playing for 2 mins or less in this games so my question is is there a way to fix that I'm now really good with android i only got my galaxy s2 recently or maybe its because i installed this version before unrooting the phone but normal games do work on him and there's no other major problems besides this 1

I was on Ripper Rom v3 and I have suddently noticed the problem, so I have flashed to Stock 4.2.2. After this upgrade I thought the problem could have been gone, but it's still here. I have tried over roms like SungSonic HD v5, MicroDelta Stock 4.1.2 and CyanogenMod 10.1 Android 4.2.2 ! Still the same thing
I NEVER INSTALLED ADAWAY, ADFREE OR WHATEVER SIMILAR !!!
PS: I always flash BlackHawk Kernel v2.1.5 or PSN Agni PureStock kernel for P3110 even on stock rom.
So, could these kernel include adblocking features ?

Recently I install cynogen12.1 unofficial nightly lollipop 5.1.1 rom but this rom lot of problems not support browser show unfortunately browser has been stopped. I installed apps like imo , uc browse etc. on my SD card but not work apps. And also show unfortunately Google play service has been stopped I flash different gapps but it is same result I flash open gapps packeg , pa gapps packeg but not work . Any one know solutions please tell me. Please help.

There are so many threads on Resurrection Remix that I can't make heads or tails on how to update my ROM. I've gone into settings and went into Configurations > Updates and it tells me that it cannot check for updates. I am currently downloading the latest nightly from the official resurrectionremix.com website. Will this nightly be compatible? I don't want to install the wrong build.
My device is a Samsung Galaxy S4 Canadian i377m running v5.6.6-20160401-jfltetmo.
Can someone help me maneuver through all these threads?

I found a way around the problem I was facing. I own a Samsung Galaxy S4 i337m Telus (jfltecan) and had problem updating from v5.6.6 to v5.7.4 because there wasn't an upgrade anywhere. But I located a another one for a different device and flashed a different TWRP, rather than using jfltecan, or jfltemo or jflteatt which none of these would flash...I ended up using jfltexx (https://dl.twrp.me/jfltexx/twrp-3.0.2-0-jfltexx.img.tar.html) instead and it worked. Then I searched for a RR ROM that was compatible with jfltexx with the version v5.7.4 and it worked flawlessly!

My problem is that my Tab is really slow when I use basic apps (chrome, office apps).
In order to get a bit more power from it (removing the Samsung layout, but I know it's a 2012 tablet...) I am looking for the most stable ROM I could use, and if possible running under a quite recent android version.
I am quite new to this kind of manipulations, so I am also looking for a tutorial to instal the ROM you could advice me.
I know I have to root my tab before doing anything. Does the tutorial available here (https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1657056 - by Weltwon) work with 4.1.2 android version?

Lineage OS 13.0
You could get a Lineage OS 13.0 nightly, and from my experience those are fairly stable.

For starters if you want to get rid of TouchWiz you can remove all of the bloatware and Samsung apps (like TouchWiz home, AccuWeather widget, Samsung Apps, Group play).
But I recommend just install custom ROM. Maybe cm11 or cm12.. I am using Dhollmen 4.4.4 on my tab for 1 years and it is working very well for me.

@orionboughton: are nightly versions if lineageOS stable? I have heard that these are update vert often, and some Android functionality can be disabled
Its a ROM based of SlimROM.. I am running it on my galaxy tab 2 7.0 p3100
Lineage OS 13.0
Lineage OS is basically an updated version of Cyanogenmod, so i guess that's what it's based off of.
I've been running a nightly of Lineage OS from their website at https://download.lineageos.org/espressowifi , and it's really smooth compared to touchwiz and the ram is managed much better. The camera works, the gyroscope works, and I've only had one or two problems (like root not being enabled out of the box, and needing to flash a supersu zip to get that running), and besides that it's all good. If you have a problem, rebooting usually fixes it and I've rarely had to do that in the past few weeks I've been running it.
Another plus is it runs android 6.0, which seems to be better in every way. Great standby time, 4h or more screen on time, etc.
However if you do decide to get it, make sure to flash with the latest version of twrp, and if not you might softbrick your device.
