Hey guys I need some help i did the AT&T ota Update after putting the stock rom on the device, i have all roms of liquid smooth
Im stuck in CWM Bootloop no matter which rom and gapps install I dont know what to do Please help ive wiped factory/data/reset
Ive done Wipe cache Partition
And then dalvik cache what am i doing wrong all roms will install and act okay as if its about to boot and as sooon as it gets past the LG logo screen it shoots right back into CWM and for some reason in my phone i also have TWRP dont know if that helps what i need to fix this
This would be my 3rd phone from AT&t And 2-300$ is getting expensive
Please help I know im a noob and ive tried everything i can comprehend , I hope someone could do like a how to dummy tutorial on CWM and TWRP of how they work and what each selection does rather than the basic run down of quick installs , cause for people like me thats complete retards i just might need a full walkthru and im sure im not the only one thats had this problem, Any help will do thanks guys

Users from Mexico can easily root their Samsung Ace with SOC 1.9.1, I did it without any problem. Here´s my device info:

Base band version: S5830LUMKA1
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9-perf
Build Number: FROYO.UMKC1
Now I want to do a NANDROID backup before I mess with the phone, I´ve been searching the forum for a guide to make this backup but havent found anything :S theres a guide but it is for the HTC G1.
Can someone help me in making a nandroid backup in a samsung galaxy Ace S8530? Thanks a lot in advance!

I think I´ll wait for another way to do the backup file. I´ve read about Rom manager, you can make the backup with that app, but... theres a lot of posts from people who have bricked their phones while making a backup with Rom Manager.
Why you need a backup? did you bricked your phone? :S Tell me more, maybe I can help you in another way.

root and flashing instructions for galaxy ace
hi,
a bit of an old thread, but in case anyone lands here looking for more info about rooting this fine phone; you can find it here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1034145
as mentioned in a previous post, and I believe the Super One Click method above is totally valid for the SGA with 2.2.1 firmware, but you'll need another method if you've already upgraded to 2.3.3 (as I have).
Now I just have to figure out how to unroot from 2.3.3, but that's another topic...
thanks,
David

I found the following guides how to unbrick your device:
[GUIDE] Recover 2012 and newer XPERIAs from SOFT-brick
[TUT]How to Unbrick almost all Xperias
Maybe one of those already works for you.
If not, please ask in the [HELP THREAD][XPERIA S, ACRO S & ION]Ask any question. NOOB friendly thread.
Good luck !

Hi All
I recently got into the flashing community and I have tried a few time to flash my Doogee Mix, I overcame most of the problems but this one I am not able to understand, has anyone seen this before?
Here is the log:

I'm assuming DA means Download Agent. DA mismatch probably means the file you selected is incompatible or you having a folder placement or selection issue.

Solved
Hi All
So the issue was due to myself trying to flash the 4GB/64GB Image onto what is actually a 6GB/64GB Device.
There is no easy identifiable marks on this device to denote which one it is and the existing rom had memory as 4GB, so all good now.
Hope this helps others.
ayuda!!

No, I don't own that device.
Try doing a Google search for:
"Unbrick (your model number)"
If the tools and files exist to fix your device, that will find it, it won't be easy and you won't find a quick and simple answer. You re going to have to do a good bit of research and reading, do not attempt to fix your device until you understand the information that you find.
