Using GSAM Battery Monitor for my average screen-on time, I get right about 5 hours. I also do lots of texting and messaging so I am fairly pleased with this time.

Got mine on Saturday. Just opened it last night, fully charged and unplugged late late/morning 10hrs 5 mins with 61% battery left screen time is 36% but been using it like crazy the last 3-4 hrs. So far so good, kinda letting the battery settle in and I expect better results in the next few days. Stock root with TWRP still on 4.4.2 but will probably flash 4.4.4 later tonight.

Plus I used a customized configuration set up for Franco Kernel

How do you disable wakelocks entirely? And does that mean you don't get notifications from anything?

I do get notifications. Just have your phone deep sleep without any apps preventing you from deep sleeping (wakelock).

So how can I go about doing that? Disabling wakelocks I mean. I'm on PA and I get about 5 hours of screen on time.
EDIT: I did some research and using WLD I found this. Is this because of Google Now voice recognition?

You have to check if you have wakelocks or not using a app such as Wakelock Detector. 5 hours on screen time is pretty good though.
Search for it on google, im not here to lecture about wakelocks you have to do some reading on your own.

It seems like my battery is draining very quickly. Android is the highest on my battery list. I don't have anything weird installed or syncing and my screen is set to 50% brightness. Any ideas?

If you have root access you can install Better Battery Stats (Free here: http://goo.gl/EjdB8) and choose partial wakelocks since unplugged. That will tell you what's keeping your phone from deep sleep.
Nothing is standing out in partial wake locks. Every bar is pretty much empty. And that app isn't free anymore according to that post.

Op, are you rooted? I noticed my battery goes a little quicker since I rooted and flashed cm10. I also noticed you are on 3g, did you disable 4g, is 4G available in your area? Maybe the phone constantly searching for 4G is draining. Not sure how that would show up in battery usage stats though.

Yes I am rooted. I noticed the battery draining faster after I flashed Google Wallet. I am stock rooted though. I turn off NFC when I don't need it, and the app doesn't sync often.
I'm not in a 4G area, but that has never drained my battery before. I can't imagine Wallet would be draining my battery..
I should also note that my brightness is set to full at all times. What's of interest to me is the fact that it isn't draining so much when the screen is on, it's when the screen is off is when it drains the most it seems. I'll leave the phone off for at least 20 minutes and when I turn it back on it'll have lost a few points.
Can't seem to figure it out. Like I said, it seems like I started noticing the battery draining quicker after I installed Google Wallet.

Hey Guys! Post your Battery usage here! Lets see some stats... Specify if you have SM-900 or 9005 also. If it's first cycle, say so too...
Cheers!
- SM-900 (Exynos)
- Phone is Rooted
- Greenified all apps except WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and Twitter
- I got my 2 emails syncing automatically
- And of course the above apps running in background the entire time!
- Disabled many bloat, including Maps (I almost never use it)
- Google Now also turned off. Brightness set to Auto '0'
Here are my own stats!

It shouldn't matter too much, li-ion or li-poly batteries don't have a memory, or shouldn't... I usually run it dead then charge to 100% the first few times ( no top offs) of course with my iPhone that's like 2 or 3 hrs

How much do you use email n calendar?
Sent from Note 3 (The beauty & beast)
Wow, what is the total time spent on calendar storage out of 7h11m?
The percentage doesn't mean much. Ideally, we like to have the awake time very close to the screen on time. That means, the device was working only when we actively use it (screen on). If the awake time is much higher than the screen on time, that means the device is doing lots of stuffs in the background while the screen was off and therefore consumed battery.
so for example, if mine gets 80% : out of 10 hours, mine slept for 2, awake for 8, screen on for 8. Mine is doing much better than your 20%, if yours awake for 2, slept for 8, but with a screen on time of 1.
Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk 4
What you say in your example is right, but we still need a way to represent that in terms of efficiency.
That can be defined as:
Deep Sleep / (Total Time Measured - Screen On Time)
Click to collapse
This means, for every unit of time (ie: 1 minute) where sleep is possible, how much of it was actually spent sleeping?
Which is also the same as saying inversely:
Awake time, while screen off / (Total Time Measured - Screen On Time)
Click to collapse
How much time was spent being awake, (while screen was off) for every unit time where it is possible to be sleeping?

I've been having absolutely insane drain as well––nearly 50% of the battery. I went from stock to Elementalx, now on Bricked w/ Greenify and I can't get around this outside of swiping it away and then Greenifying the app every single time. This happened randomly after a new app update about a week ago for me. Any help appreciated.
I've had this happen one time, after which I greenified it and it hasn't occurred since.

I don't know about BBS being approved, I just remember people moaning about it on the Note 2.
Wakelock Detector got a write up on the XDA Portal:
http://www.xda-developers.com/android/defend-your-battery-with-wakelock-detector/
I use Gsam and wakelock detector. Always have. Gsam is just laid out way better, and much easier to read. And wakelock detector just gives a more indepth look at wake locks.
I never recommend BBS when trying to help anyone with a battery issue....its not near as user friendly and easy to understand.
But to each their own....everyone likes what they like. At the end of the day, they're mostly all the same.
Except the stock battery usage screen.... It tells you nothing useful. Yet people always post screens of it for others to help find issues. And they always get told, download gsam or whatever and try again. Lol.
