So I have a complaint and wonder if anyone else has noticed. We have very little ATT signal in our home but mostly on my LG G Pro we can make a call anywhere in the house, on my G3 however It will often show 3 bars of signal when it should only have 1 and will not make a call at all in the same spots as the G Pro. What's up with the wonky weak radio?
Can't help you, mines working fine here. I can highly recommend the micro cell. In my old house I couldn't get signal in the house at all, micro cell solved the problem perfectly

My signal was horrible with the ATT G3. I returned it for the TMO version, and still using ATT, the signal is noticeably better.

In my build.prop there was a comment put in front of this line entry. Remove the the # from the front then you'll be able to put 12 in. Hope this helps

After watching ridiculous Antutu benchmarks on the week I owned a OnePlus One (38-39K), the G3 results are awful...even my old Nexus 5 could beat these scores.
While benchmarking is not the "end all be all" standard of rating super phones, these results are puzzling to me.
Are these scores (25k - 29k) due to the thermal management controls the LG has placed on the G3?
I have rooted my devices and removed almost all bloatware; nothing remaining runs in the background.
The battery life on the device has not been as I hoped so far and I am watching my wife's AT&T HTC One M8 cream this phone in almost every way (except for the super crazy good screen resolution, lol).
Any input is appreciated!
I got 35k from my G3, but I can't figure out how to upload screenshot on mobile XDA app..
Sent from my LG-D850 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Yes the scores are lower due to the thermal throttling that the g3 has on by default.
You can turn it off if you want to, but scores are dumb and you should judge the phone on its real world use which is fine for about 99% of the use you might put it through. Only some power hungry games may benefit from the higher speeds IMHO.
