There have to be some settings you've missed.. since mine looks nothing like this! The top is stock, the icons are stock (yes ive installed and applied the android l theme), the bottom is lighter than the notification background itself! someone plz share a better detailed description!.

[APP][MOD]Screen Off and Lock Transparent Status bar Icon. Have [CRT] on [Sense 4.0]!

Greetings.
So like many of you I enjoy having CRT animation on any ROM that I run. I also really enjoy the Cyanogenmod option to have a shortcut in the Notification bar to put the phone to sleep.
The app Screen off and Lock is free in the Play Store, and does exactly that. It allows you to place a shortcut on your notification bar and when used, can also provide you with that CRT animation that hasn't been added to Sense 4.0 ROMS as of yet.
So why post this? Well, I'm not too big of a fan of the Status bar icon that this app puts there when you choose the option to place a shortcut on the notification pulldown.
So, I hit up my buddy @akashptl and said, "Wouldn't it be nice if someone would just remove that icon on Screen off and Lock?" 10 minutes later, he sent me the apk with no status bar icon.
So what's here?
Screen off and Lock apk with a transparent icon in the status bar.
FYI:
The process of removing the status bar icon resulted in a transparent icon for the app itself. The text is still there and if you use ADWEX or Apex Launcher (or any other launcher that supports custom icons) you can actually modify the app icon to your liking anyhow, while keeping the transparent status bar icon.
Thanks:
First and foremost BIG THANKS to Katecca for designing the app and putting it out there for all of us to enjoy.
akashptl for hooking up the mod.
Support Katecca!
If you enjoy the app, please consider supporting Katecca and buy the Donate version of the app here: http://goo.gl/bqk19
And please visit his Facebook page for more info here: http://www.facebook.com/screenoffandlock
If you do buy the donate version and would like the transparent Status Bar Icon, Send a PM, and we'll see if we can take care of that for you.
Here's a couple screenies to illustrate what was done.

3.32? You mean ics? I'm running it is sgh-t989 and ordroid 1.8.4 both ics roms. That's strange I just installed it like any other app. What rom exactly are you using and I'll see if I can get it to work.
Make sure you have "Unknown Sources" checked in the security settings in ics and in the "Applications" section in gingerbread.

Okay then
nice mod
The S4 status bar isn't fully trasparent. It has a unique gradient look
(Screenshots from my S4 attached, on the Super Amoled FHD display you can see the gradient much more)
EDIT: I uploaded another screen where you can see much better the gradient effect

yes i know , but its not easy to make it to look just like s4 , xperia e has only 160dpi and s4 is FHD and resizing icons to fit in status bar on xperia e makes the pictures low quality and it cant look good like on s4

Maybe you could try to use the icons from Galaxy Young's SystemUI , it has the same icons of S4 but resized for MDPI.
For the gradient effect you could use the Tinted StatusBar Xposed module, i remember that there was a way to make it transparent with the gradient effect only on the homescreen

thanks for advice, I'll try that
To make gradient status bar with Tinted Status Bar, set the color to #66000000 - exactly like S4.

FEATURES:
POTATO GESTURES MOD
First, what this mod does is allow you to use gestures within your status bar. JUST SWIPE AND DOUBLE TAP ON THE CENTER OF THE STATUSBAR. ONLY FUNCTIONS THAT WORK ARE MUSIC GESTURES. SET DOUBLE TAP TO PLAY/STOP, AND SWIPE ACTIONS TO SWITCH TRACKS IN THE POTATO STATUSBAR GESTURE APP IN YOUR APP DRAWER. DO NOT REPORT SYSTEMUI FORCE CLOSES IF USING ANY OTHER FUNCTIONS. NOTE YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO SET STATUSBAR COLOR TO TRANSPARENT FOR THE GRADIENT APP TO WORK PROPERLY.
WHAT DOES NOT WORK:
CUSTOM STATUSBAR COLOR
SHOW AVAILABLE MEMORY
SLEEP
STATUSBAR GRADIENT MOD
What this mod does is allow you to select up to 4 colors for your stausbar. Transparencey is supported, and you can choose which direction the gradient goes
POTATO STATUSBAR CLOCK/DATE MOD
This mod allows you to put the clock and date wherever you want in the statusbar. You can choose multiple different formats including text clock. If you know java you can create you own display style! NOTE: IF YOU USE CENTER CLOCK THE TICKER TEXT WILL OVERLAP THE CLOCK. UNFORTUNATELY THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT.
MIUI BATTERY BAR
Yep, its an MIUI battery bar. Select different colors for different battery levels or go one solid color. Adjustable width, and animations.
CPU SPIED
Shows realtime CPU info. Toggle info and governor on/off
POTATO INFO
Shows realtime phone info in drop-down
NETWORK SPEED IN STATUSBAR
Sorry this one has no controls. Its purdy though
ADDED 1% BATTERY
ADDED 3MINT QUICKLAUNCH

[TUT] Make Statusbar Colourful in each app Easily!

>Requirments
1. Xposed Installer
2. Tinted Status Bar Module
3. Little Brain & ur phone of course!
>Changing The Color Of The Status Bar
With Tinted Status Bar up and running, you can now find it in your app drawer like any other app. Best of all, you can make any changes you want and they don’t require a restart.
Some apps, like Google+, already have a defined “Action Bar” color and will change the color automatically — but most will not. To manually adjust them, find your app under Per App Tints, make sure the slider at the top is set to On, and select “All activities, below settings override this”.

}
From here, you can choose if you want to link the status bar and nav bar colors (if you have a nav bar on your device) and if you want the status bar to stay the same color even if the action bar goes away temporarily within the app.
You can then tap on one of the four colored squares to adjust their color and their opacity. If you’re having issues, make sure the opacity slider is all the way to the right. You can then adjust the value or type it in to reach your desired color.
But what if you don’t know the color code for Facebook blue? No problem. That’s where Color Picker comes in.
Once you download this app from the Play Store, you can take a screenshot of the app you want to know the color of (in this example it is Play Music) and then open Color Picker and select the screenshot. Simply tap on the screen anywhere on the colored portion of the action bar, and it will tell you the color code.
>Troubleshooting
If you’re using a custom launcher that allows for a transparent status bar and/or navigation bar, you may run into an issue where the bars turn black instead of transparent on your homescreen or lockscreen. If this happens, the fix is surprisingly easy. Set Max HS[V] for Black icons to most high as possible.
>Result Before & After
Home screen status bar is not transparent even after setting HSV to highest value.
