You need Android Debug Bridge version 1.0.26 or newer I think this is the newest so far.
I could use the drivers.... The only thing I could find driver wise for the Vibrant was Samsung PC Studio, and ADB will still not detect my vibrant.
Thanks.
I could use the drivers too. Where did you find them?
I need the usb drivers too.
The drivers provided in the google sdk dont seem to work. My device is showing up as SAMSUNG_Android in the device manager, but i cant update the driver.
Came across this thread, t=728929 and the drivers worked for me. Im too new to post the entire link

Can someone please zip and upload these from the newest SDK with secure USB debugging (4.2) so I don't have to download a full new SDK. [Got these already]
I could also use a new adb binary for use on-device from terminal or script (or is it the same one?).
Thks
[Edit]
That would be 1.0.30 or above for the on-device adb. Can someone on a 4.2 ROM shoot me this file?
Thks
[Edit]
Guess there were too many bricks this week _that demanded attention. No biggy, I just downloaded the new SDK but I still need adb 1.0.30 or newer for on-device use. If someone gets a chance I would appreciate it. I will zip and post the API 17 (4.2.2) versions of adb and fastboot for anyone else that may need them.
Thks

So I want to flash stock rom back but when flashing my laptop freeze and I cannot do anything....tried many times and same problem..try run adb command in platform tool and adb device list not showing my pixel..how to fix this problem?
The first time I got my pixel I had to manually install drivers from the official android developers website, after that my PC detected my phone when in ADB and fastboot.
Make sure you also have the latest platform tools (28.0.2), get them from here
My adb detect my pixel in fastboot command..but in adb command cannot detect "adb devices"

The latest is actually 29.0.1. They haven't been updating the changelog. Try to download it now, and you'll see.

I'm really having a hard time getting ADB drivers to work on Windows 7 so that I can connect my Android phone to my computer to run some ADB commands. I've tried three different packages; I guess the latest ADB MSI installer and another couple various packages. And I can't get any devices to show up when I type ADB devices. I need something simple if somebody can help treat me like a newbie although I have some experience with Linux and the command prompt but I really need something dead simple that will just install ADB on my computer so I can run a command on my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While plenty of people know adb better than I do, I can try to help you where we need to start at the beginning I think, which is to state that there is nothing to "install" on either Android or Windows, other than the one adb.exe executable on Windows.
However, you do need to enable a few options in Android settings.
With that, you can get Windows to talk to Android over adb as shown in my screenshots below, whether over USB or completely over Wi-Fi.
My first question to you to help you is to ask a basic question.
Q: Did you turn on USB debugging in Developer options?
A: ?
Yes I have us debugging on on my Android phone. I've installed USB drivers before on an older phone to allow me to use my Android phone for an internet connection on my PC and it was pretty simple and word flawlessly.
