First of all
Galaxy S duos GT7562 is running on Android 4.0.4 coz i own this device..
Here is the simple rooting and CWM installing method
1) Search "Poot.apk" in google and install it
2) Open the app, it will prompt you to Playstore to download Ministro II, download,
3) After downloading Ministro II, go back and click on "Click here to root"
( it will root your device permanently and will install Superuser)
4) Reboot
For CWM,
1) download and install "Mobile Uncle Tool" from playstore or from anywhere

[TUTORIAL] How to Install TWRP on ZTE Blade C V807 (V889S)

The ZTE Blade C V807 is an MTK device that has no official TWRP and thus users can’t flash it easily through Goo Manager or TWRP Manager. However, TWRP has been compiled for this device and I shared it in this thread.
I saw it more useful to share the procedure on how to install it as well, as it would help another person with this device in case they wanted to install it more so in an attempt to flash custom roms on their phone.
Procedure:
Download TWRP from this thread and put it at the root of your SD Card (Not in any folder)
Rename TWRP image to ‘recovery.img’
Download and install Mobileuncle Tools and install it on your phone
Open Mobileuncle Tools and grant it root permission (See this thread to root phone)
Scroll to ‘Recovery Update’
Select ‘recovery.img’
Tap ‘OK’ to confirm
Done.
You can boot into recovery mode (Start phone while holding the Volume Up button) to access new recovery.
Enjoy!

9. ???
10. Profit. Now you haver permanent root and SuperSU as root manager. If everything was done corectly, RootCheckerBasic should show that the phone is rooted.

TWRP Recovery
You need to be rooted to try this.
