A few of the apps I previously used on my galaxy note are being reported by the Play Store as incompatible. The most recent is Office Mobile.
Any ideas?
Office Mobile works fine for me

Due to the resolution of the screen a few apps are showing not compatible. People that used Titanium Backup are getting their apps back but other than that side loading the apps you want works.

Well if no one is gonna toss you a thanks for that tip I will.
I just grabbed the apk's off my M8 and sideloaded them, works, but sometimes the apps look a bit weird like they aren't scaling correctly.

If you changed your DPI, then that is probably it. I faced the same.
Use "Play Store Fixes" module for Xposed and set the fake density as 360. Would solve your issue.
I get that option and I'm not rooted. Oh and btw, "notest" love it. Well done.
Edit: ignore me. Wrong device. Doesn't do it on my note 3.

Seems that there is an issue with playing movies I've purchased on Google.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try installing xposed and rootcloak. You must add the app into rootcloak once you got it setup. I dont have any issues with mine, but this might help.
Have you tried the root cloaker module in xposed? I'm not sure if it will work with Google but it works with the Isis app so it's a possibility.
Just tried rootcloaker with no luck.
Not a deal breaker, but just a little annoying
Does it get stuck loading one you've pressed play? That's what I'm experiencing.

I see the same thing guys. I do remember reading somewhere that unlocking a phone might remove the DRM installed. If that's the case an unlocked device would have trouble playing anything that is DRM protected which I'm sure Google movies are. It'll be interesting the see if this is the issue and if a fix can be found.

I don't know if that is true, as I am currently S-Offed, unlocked, rooted, have installed Rootcloak, and am having no issues with Google Play Movies.
EDIT: Keep in mind, I have never opened Google Play Movies until just now, so that may be it. Perhaps clearing the app's data/cache might reset it into thinking you don't have root?

Uninstalling the most recent update fixed it for me.
Get an error when trying to play. Uninstalling update lets me play the first 13 seconds only...wtf...

I am having the same issue with s off non-rooted. It says an error has occurred, touch to retry. Worked fine before s off.

Hi all, just wondering if there is a method to downloading multiple apps from the play store under the apps that I have either installed before or purchased? I have a ton of apps I've installed or purchased from all the previous android phones I've owned but its a pain in the ass to keep having to install one by one and it always brings me back to the top of the list of my apps. If anyone can shed some light on this I would be much appreciated, thank you -Cory

I haven't tried this but I think if you sync your phone settings to your google account, it'll automatically download all the apps when you do a restore to a new phone?! or does it only work on iOS only? I had to download the apps from Google Store myself but I don't have that many so I don't mind really. That's all I can say so far, mate.
Figured it out last night. Just hold on one of the apps in my apps/all and it allows to multi select

Hello, I just got my G3 from AT&T on Friday and I've noticed some issues with the Play store showing apps that should be available. The AT&T Visual Voicemail app says that its not compatible, but if I download the apk from XDA, it works fine. Also, I can't locate the Amazon app (Regular Store App, not App Store app). Its almost like the phone is not an AT&T phone. When I put Visual Voicemail in the Play store, it shows TMobiles VV and allows me to download and install it but not AT&T. Any suggestions?
mine had vvm preloaded on it. i'm not seeing amazon app either, maybe a compatibility thing for the screen res?
Just find the att vvm apk online and install it. Working fine on my g3.
Same with the Amazon app apk. Not to be confused with the Amazon app store apk
Sent from my G3!
This is because of our screens. The play store restricts what it shows you based on your screen size/resolution. I believe there's an xposed module that fixes this not sure though

A friend of mine actually found an older apk for Amazon and installed it. It works fine, but Google Play says it incompatible. To me, the mobile Amazon page is very similiar to the app.

I actually prefer the visual voicemail app that came preloaded on my G3. I had nothing but problems with the AT&T app on my M7 and had to switch to YouMail to maintain that functionality. The "stock" app is speedy and clean.

This is true
I simply went to www.amazon.com and installed the Amazon App Store apk. Then from the app store I downloaded the Amazon apk.

Is anyone else continuously prompted to enter their password before they can check visual voicemail and download the messages? Mine prompts me quite often, then gives me an 'cannot perform login due to error in connection' message.

I found the google voice widget to be terrible with my last phone. I wouldn't get messages for long periods of time. I haven't tried it with the g3, but the stock visual voicemail works fine.

Yeah, some apps won't show up because of the dpi of the device. I am rooted, and I am using the "Play Store Fixes" module in Xposed, and now all apps are showing up. You might want to look into this as well if you are rooted, or plan to root.

I installed Amazon this morning with no issues. Rooted. No dpi fix.

Go through Amazon's own Appstore
I had noticed the same issue as well. I end up using some apps I got for free on Amazon Appstore, so after I got those apps, I just thought of trying for Amazon app. Turns out, it works just fine.
Here's the Amazon Appstore download instruction, and once you have that, you can either search from the appstore or get it through app download site.
I just installed it aswell. maybe they updated it.

At the rate Google and all the other apps update the TBO guys do a hell of a job!
I use a ton of their apps and if there is a new feature one of those version updates brings they're pretty quick to theme it.
A great deal of the app updates are just minor silly things and when they open up the apks to theme they'll even say in their thread how that version update was nothing major at all!
TBO all the way!
