Hello, Someone HELP ME please! Since a couple of days when i connect my sensation to computer via USB cable, it doesn't give me any option to turn on usb storage, have tried wipe and reflash of rom, nothing helps, than i tried a different rom, same result, than i reflashed latest 3.33 firmware, didn't helped either, also tried mounting usb storage from 4ext recovery and ClockWorkMod recovery, no result. And ..yes, i tried other computers. I tested the USB cable with a ZTE Blade and it worked, so i don't think it has something to do with this. What should I do??
Thanks.
Sorry if this comes off douche-y but this doesn't belong in android development. Should be general or q&a.

You need to use a command in terminal to enable mass storage but I can't remember it

Try another sd card on your phone. Test your sdcard with a cardreader on a phone, if it works on pc, then format it. I think the problem is sdcard not the phone

Firstly this should have been posted in the Q&A section where you probably would have got more help. Sounds like you dont have the drivers installed on your pc/laptop.....what operating system have you got ?....try installing this http://www.htc.com/uk/help/htc-sensation/#download and see how you get on, if that doesnt work try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1161769

This happened to me yesterday on SmartDroid Berserk 2.3. I can't say I blame the ROM though because it worked at first, then stopped the next day.
I unplugged everything from my USB ports and restarted the computer along with restarting my phone and that did the trick. I realize though you tried restarts and reflashes so I'm confused why it worked for me and not you.
Have you tried turning off the phone, pulling out battery and SD card, then reinserting and restarting? Crazier things have worked in the past...
Good luck though.

Are you able to mount to windows when connected to usb in recovery?
Also what happens when you power it on holding both power + volume (bootloader mode)?

reinstall drivers and check that when u plug it in, the pc is seeing the nexus go to device manager and see if its recognized mand doesnt have an exclamation sign, if there is one, while plugged in, reinstall the drivers
to learn how to install drivers and getting the correct files: http://nexusshacks.com/nexus-s-root/how-to-root-nexus-s-or-nexus-s-4g-on-ics-or-gingerbread/
or try to flash stock via fastboot (maybe u will need to reinstall the drives, just check if its recognized under device manager):
little tutorial i made for another guy once (sorry my english and accent): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10_N_vV-7NQ&list=UUTsL8yOHOK7IUQl2tsKId5A&index=1
xda tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1572307&highlight=stock
eventhough in the thread they say u need java sdk and all that u only need fastboot file and the rom image donwloaded the google dev website

Well I hope when u say "it doesn't do anything" that u weren't expecting something to pop up on the screen. If it mounts u can only tell by clicking.... My computer then drive "___" its probably drive f or g.
If it pops up then ur good. Add the ROM & gapps.
But worse case do what the previous post suggests.
Good luck

Looks like you can't boot into system due to bad frimware. But gladly you've TWRP.Just boot into it flash the rom of your choice.FYI,you can use OTG to transfer rom or flash directly from OTG or Twrp supports MTP so you can connect to pc and transfer files as you like.Adb also works to push files.

Does OTG works in TWRP? If yes, you can use that to transfer rom of your choice and flash or flash the rom directly from OTG.

Replace the USB connector on the motherboard wouldn't be so difficult and expansive.

I thought of doing it, but I fear that it is something burned into the motherboard, however, on Monday ordered the USB port and try to change it as a last chancebut if charge and does not communicate I doubt that either the cable or the micro usb port, I'm pretty convinced by experience that is something on the motherboard, but now I try and keep you updated
I WILL SAY IT AS Short story
I own a Nexus 5 red limited
I used till yesterday
Inorder to install Kali nethunter I just deleted all my old back ups and os zip for flashing
While installing it stucked so I just rebooted my mobile now no os present in my phone

Sounds like it may be a hardware problem. I wouldn't think software would cause the phone not to be detected unless something is wrong with the bootloader.
You are sure the replacement usb flex cable is okay?

Maybe a problem with the motherboard connection? I'm not sure at this point.
I had a similar problem once. Fastboot would recognize every other device but not the N5. This solved my problem, https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3236946
