Hi All,
I have got the 4.4.4 download update in my Moto G. I have downloaded the update, but not installed.
I want to take backup of the downloaded file to use in future, without download again.
Model: XT1033
Kindly advise from which path/directory in Moto g i can found the file using file manager (like ES file explorer) and provide setup re-use same file in future.

Hi All, I am new to this forum and android world. I have a samsung galaxy wifi 5 android device running froyo 2.2.2. This is basically equivlent to IPod Touch (I guess). I am trying to make this device detect ad-hoc wireless connection so that i can connect this with my windows mobile phone. After some research I found that wpa_supplicant file needs to be modified. I have already found the patched and complied zip file here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=754961. I just need to know how do I flash this file in recovery. So far I have rooted my device, and installed ROM manager. Alos do I need any flash cards? Your help would be much appriciated. Thanks
Same boat here. Google hasn't seemed to help either.
How do you "flash" a zip file in Recovery?
Thanks
First you need ClockWorkMod and know how that phone's version works. Move the zip file that has the new ROM onto your sd card. Boot into ClockWorkMod. Then choose the zip file with ClockWorkMod.
yes google is your friends
but first insall recovery and after use it, choose the downloaded zip file and update your phone with it...
Per suggestions from the forum, I have use the command prompt to back up the pds partition as a precaution. Now the file is sitting in the download folder, but my PC cannot see this file, only the es explorer on the Moto G will show the file there. What is the next step to store this crucial piece of data outside the phone in case I will need to use it?

hi guys
i have a huawei g6 rooted , i had a problem with voice and video call in Line and viber and ...
so i find a guide in xda that can edit the audio_policy.config and the problem solved.
after that i flash my phone and this time i replaced the audio.config file with an edited version in that post . after that my Bluetooth has a problem , i can pair it with all devices but when i want to transfer audio to them , my phone will crash and reboot
is there any body there that can give me the original audio_policy.config file .
you can find it in device memory-> etc -> audio_policy.config
and i think you need a root explorer and root device .

Hello to all i have been trying to search for the 5.2 ota image file (wi_fi only version) that gets downloaded to our root/data/data/com.nvidia.ota folder; is there anyone that has a copy and can upload it please?
I deleted mine and I cannot re download it as there is no such option.
The one i downloaded from nvidia download centre does not install via TWRP.
Thanks for your help.
