Remove roaming notification and Data roaming warning - Verizon HTC One (M8)

Is there any way to remove the roaming notification which shows the triangle in the notification bar?
Also when roaming there is a constant pop-up of a data roaming warning. Is there any way to remove that?

I know this is old,but I've seen a lot of other people ask. so in case people search for this here's a suggestion.
Under the mobile data settings, select allow roaming for all trips.
When the triangle appears, long press on the notification in the notification bar until app info appears.
Click that and the uncheck show notifications. No more triangle.

disabling notification screen on toggle

When I receive a text message, the screen turns on for 5 seconds to show it and then turns off. I receive a lot of notifications and this is draining my battery. How can I disable it?
Open text message app, this is for stock app and Rom.
Hit menu key. Select settings, Goto the bottom of page, unchecked show text on status bar.
Hope that helps.

Removing Orange customisation from Huawei U8320 (Barcelona)

I've just bought an Orange Barcelona handset (also called Huawei U8320 or Huawei Boulder). I've rooted the device and used Titanium Backup to freeze all the Orange bloatware applications. However, there's a permanent notification in the notification bar.
The notification says "Data service is enabled" and it is referring to the mobile network's data service. Even when I'm connected to WiFi, it still shows. If I disable the mobile data network, then it changes to "Data service is disabled".
This is extremely annoying as it takes up a large amount of screen real estate when the notification bar is pulled down and permanently displays an icon in the notification bar on the top left of the screen.
Does anyone know how I can make this go away? Is there an Orange service I can freeze?
TIA

Annoying 'sign into network' notification

So I keep having this 'sign into network' notification for my mobile data, even though I dont have a plan. Normally I would just turn off my data all together, but this seems to interfere with me getting MMS. The problem is my carrier offers a screen so I can buy data for 24 hours, and this is what pops with when I tap the notification. I tried selecting the 'Do not use this network' option in the pop-up but the notification just pops up again later. Is there a way to permanently disable this notification with out turning off my data or buying a data plan?
Charge your phone man!

[Q] Notification bar pop-up settings

On the S6 when you get a notification on WhatsApp for example, the notification blocks the whole notification bar and stays there for an annoyingly long time
So until the bar goes away you can't swipe down the notification bar.
What settings would I need to change in order to fix this? Maybe stop it blocking the whole notification bar every time I get a message.
Sometimes I get more than one message in a row so it will be there for a long time.
There is probably a really obvious answer for this but I have yet to find it
Any ideas?

Its a feature that sadly comes by default in Lollipop and there is no option to disable it. Unless the app specifically allows you to disable Headsup notifications theres nothing to be done. We are sadly stuck until Google or Samsung realize this is a ****ty way to receive notifications and gives us the damn notification ticker from kitkat back..
I just rooted my S6 just to get rid of this stupid heads up.
I found a guide using SQLite editor.
Open folder File then: /data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/settings.db
Choose Global and find heads_up_notifications_enable and set to 0 instead of 1. Save and reboot.
Worked for me

Not sure if you are aware of this but you can dismiss the message by swiping to the side. Similar to how you would if you were in the actual notification shade.
Took me awhile before I figured this out. I'm much less annoyed by it now.
So theres no way to get the kit kat notifications without root?

Blocking notification bar when phone is locked

Hi guys,
I see that if my phone (Huawei P10)is locked I can enable/disable mobile data, wi-fi, location, basically anything setting that can be managed from the notification bar.
How can i block this, so that you cannot open the notification bar?
Like this, if my phone gets stolen, the thief can disable the location or mobile data and I cannot track my phone...
Any ideas?
