So I went and flashed the stock ADSP firmware for Verizon One M8 and not when I use HTC Music & Google PLay Music I have no audio. The Beats logo don't show or anything. So I didn't make a nandroid before flashing the updated ADSP firmware for HK, will I have to RUU back to stock for it to work? Link for the back2stock zip I used is below.

I flashed new firmware 3.24.401.1 RUU and then flashed 6.11 Rom
But doesn’t show radio 11.68.3504.00U_11.21.3504.13_2.
I still have radio 11.65.3504.00U_11.19.3504.29_2
Not sure what to do from here, please advise.
Usually radio fails to flash correctly if you try to flash the firmware package without having supercid (or having correct firmware for your cid http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1459767)
Who has the download link of the latest ics ruu for asia pacific? I need to flash ruu to save my device, or i can only it as a brick even if it can boot into bootloader. Any opinion would be appreciated and thank you in advance
You can try any of the leaked ICS RUUs, I have used the 3.12 base RUU and it all ran fine here in Aus, no problems with radio or networks. But if you're stuck in a bootloader, you can use any other RUU to get your phone up and running, not just the ICS ones.

I put Runnymede AIO on my wife's Desire and it has never worked for her - continual FCs and messages about out of memory when she launches the stock browser.
I tried using a different SD card - didn't make a difference.
SO now I need to take it back to stock gingerbread. I tried flashing the Alphparev Stock HBOOT (it was on CM7R2 previously S-OFF) and got an error in Android Flasher.
I upgraded Android Flasher - now it just starts flashing and hangs - nothing happens.
Can someone help me get this phone back to stock so it can be usable - she's killing me with the nagging.
Is there another way to flash a stock HBOOT? I put the img file on the SD card - Can i flash it from there instead of via Android Flasher? I am using 4EXT recovery.

Just flash a different rom. No need to mess with hboot.
I'm a Noob with a problem. I believe this is what happen i updated the one s via OTA 1.84.531 gave me hboot 1.140004 and radio 1.08ts.50.02.16 then i decided to Root. when I rooted i flashed to a rom that apparently broke my wifi. I did not have a nandroid backup (epic FAIL) so i found the 1.53 stock nadroid on a forum inorder to unroot and flash RUU 1.53 which should re flash the One s to stock and fix wifi. After re locking boot loader and trying RUU 1.53.531 and 1.84 get error "155" from RUU, so i tried OTA, OTA downloaded but fails on install. what i believe i need is a non rooted 1.84.531 nandroid backup to match my baseband and hboot. because my radio is most recent and Hboot is 1.14.0004 havent been able to flash radios. Please HELP hope i was clear

[fixed] one step missing when i was trying to unroot with RUU I needed to flash STOCK RECOVERY before updating. didnt even have to OEM lock. after that OTA worked fine fully updated One s and most importantly fixed WIFI.

After tried flash the sensation xe with lineageos 14 (https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rom-android-7-1-lineageos-14-1-by-ivanich-3-4kernel.3478420/), i decided to flash back to CM11/12. I then boot the phone in recovery mode and wipe cache etc but it fail to boot and only can boot into recovery mode after wiped.
Googled HTC had a RUU exe that can restore stock rom (i had re-lock bootloader for the phone), but i only can find Europe version like RUU_PYRAMID_LE_ICS_35_S_HTC_Europe/RUU-Pyramid-LE-hTC-Europe for sensation xe. This link (https://firmware.gem-flash.com/index.php?a=downloads&b=file&id=55689) seem had but cannot download.
I also tried to edit android-info.txt with the rom.zip but cannot save the edit txt 'back' to the zip file. (unzip and zip cannot work when flashing)
So where can i find a stock rom for sensation xe with CID 622 (Asia/HK)?
