my usb port is broken and i went to samsung service but they couldnt fix it and now i cant root my device with pc so i have to root it woth out pc. what shuold i do? please help

i just buy it and when i connect it to my computer, it charging but unable to connect to pc, just only charging, i try kies, mass storage and usb debugging but it do not work, there is only kies ver 1.5.1 acept my phone but when i use some application in kies, it say: m100s does not support.., , i also installed ss usb driver. I hearded pc will acept my phone when update firmware Froyo 2.2 (my phone use firmware 2.1 enclair.de24) but how to upgrade when unable connect to pc. I am a newbie at this, someone know about it please tell me, i very confuse

Hi i want to root my mytouch4g by LG. Can i do it via sdcard cause everytime i connect my phone to my computer using a usb cable it charges but doesn't connect

Hi everybody i figured out the problem i was having with the usb
I went to devic manager, deleted all the usb port hubs, restarted my computer, it started working
now can somebody please give a step-by-step guide how to root my mytouch4G by LG (E379)

and install latest drivers for samsung
or as said install kies

And I had it all ready but it seems like i can't connect to my PC
I mean it's charging and all but it's not connecting

And I installed the drivers
Which btw aren't showing in the Device Manager (If they're even suppose to...)

Never ming I already understood the problem..
I tried connecting my sisters's I9105p and it worked apparentely I need a new dock so I oredered one from ebay
