help me every time i connect phone to pc it wont recognize it when i dont have internet connected but when i do it does can someone help me fix that?

I have ipaq 500, hang on welcome logo.
I made it in to bootloader mode. When I connect to PC (XP), its detect as USB DEVICE and ask for driver.
Pleaaase can someone help me to upload the driver here?

Hi my phone is stuck in emergency mode. It's an LGp705g. I believe I could fix my phone if only my pc would recognize it. Every program i try to run to recover or reinstall the firmware on it, can never actually connect to my phone. So my question is, what do i have to do to fix the usb connection issue?

Hi guys, I can't undertand why my PC now does not recognize my Nexus, is like I haven't the driver, but it is ok because it always worked fine until now...
Now, if I connect it, PC charges my Nexus but not for USB storage...It's as PC can't see the phone...
The problem is not PC because I tried on 3 different PC...I also tried to change cable and USB port...
USB debugging into developer option is on.
So I tried to install again PdaNet, but when I should connect the device, I have an Error 103, like in the picture below.
Anybody has got this problem or know a solution? I don't know what to do, help me I'm hopeless!!!
