As you can see on our banner, we are not a support forum, so I'm really soory to cannot help you but I can give you a good direction
And I can suggest you to post your issue to the OP of your guide or here Samsung Galaxy S III I9300, I9305 > Galaxy S III General > [How To] Create your own QMG boot animations [must be rooted]
Maybe it is same guide
Good luck

hi! i'm a newbie and i have a samsung galaxy tab with gingerbread 2.3.3. I was hoping someone can give me instructions on how to root it, or maybe direct me to the thread, if it has already been discussed. I saw this thread: [11.05.2011][CF-Root v3.3] JJ*, JM*, KA*, JQ1 - su+busybox+CWM3/RFS, but i'm not sure if this will work on my tab since it has JPI version.

Hi,
As you have multiple questions about your device, I suggest you ask in the Q&A section for your device....
> Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 > Galaxy Tab 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Also, try a more accurate title for your thread, as it will get more interest... ?
Good luck!
Ok Here the thing my S2 GT-I1900G was broken well my mistake because during installing a rom in recovery it failed and i just reboot it like that and another thing is there is no backup/stock rom in the internal sd because my brother deleted it.Later on,the phone became soft bricked but i used the same method to fix it with using odin but doesnt work? it stuck at boot loop and stay like that,i flashed stock rom and alot of things to try to fix it based i found on google but still doesnt find a way.And delete dalvik caches also doesnt work i hope u can help me figure this out.
Hi,
You can ask for help here,
> Samsung Galaxy S II I9100 > Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Just be sure to specify your exact model number, as that's the forum for i9000. But yours is covered in that section too. And don't ever flash anything that wasn't made for your exact model also.
Good luck!
Thank you. Thread closed.
Hi, i have a mega i527 4.2 jelly bean with straight talk using att towers. I am trying to enable tethering. I know i know i can get caught and have my service shut off etc..
So i rooted my phone i have downloaded sqlite i went into settings.db> global> tether_dun_required and changed the value to 1 and then back to zero ( I saw forums for different models doing this) but when i try to turn on hot spot it still says there is a temporary problem with my network please try again later. If anyone has any advice on that it would be GREAT, but my question is whether anyone knows of a CUSTOM ROM that is compatible with MEGA 6.3 I527 ( maybe even a different mega 6.3 at the very least?) . If anyone has any advice on how to get tethering to work without a custom rom im all ears, but i have downloaded many apps. This att phone will not let me delete its apn settings either. Not sure if theres a setting in my straight talk apn that would enable tethering.. seems too simple lol.
so anyway, anyone know of a custom rom for this phone model?
REALLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP TO ENABLE IT/ COMPATIBLE CUSTOM ROM! thanks!!
Hi there,
Please ask your question in the dedicated forum for Mega device here:
> Samsung Galaxy Mega > Galaxy Mega Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
FYI: here you can find some custom ROM for this device: Galaxy Mega Original Android Development
Good luck

Have you already tried this: [BOOTLOGOS] GT-I8190/L [modified param.lfs]?
Maybe it works for you.
If not, you can ask in the ROM's thread, or just in the Galaxy S III Mini Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting.
Good luck !
BTW ... you may want to flash official Carbon ROM for your device, which seems to be Android 4.4.2: [ROM][4.4.2] Carbon ROM 20140104 [DAILY] [FULLY WORKING].
