increase RAM??

is it possible to partition my SD card to increase my RAM?? :O
i am running CM7.1 Music Edition...

Ya why not.I have an idea.
Why not we all buy a 32......no 64 GB SD card and give 10.....no 12 GB to ram,some 20 GB to internal memory(though possible),some 10 GB for CPU acceleration ,10 for GPU acceleration and sit over remaining 12 GB thinking how smart we are......

you can use app2sd or ungaze script or link2sd annd many more

i didnt mean transferrin apps to the sd card
i have done it through adb and settin installLocation2
bcoz widgets and launchers are not transferrable
i think u got my point

[Q] Partition doubts

I wanted to create a partition and as i have a 32gb card i did one with 4 gb but aperantly a etx4 partition is not supported can u tell me how can i create one with 4gb, supported by this device?

Can somebody help me?

Magic:Increase Internal Memory

Hello....
Before some day I see magic ....
I partition my 8 Gb memory card.& Make 500MB partition using CWM recovery 5.0.0 ext4.
then use app S2E [email protected] app to move all data.
Just check all option including Application ,Application data & caches.
& reboot phone.....
& the magic ....
All apps moves in extended sd card 500mb partition .
Inaternal storage just 5.95mb.
By doing this now i able to use lots of App.Just see Attchment.

I think devs must add this so called "magic" in their posts

Dude listen there is no such thing as magic wen it comes to android developmnt u have knowledge u know the code u can workout anything..now as per ur discovery, everyone here knows about s2e and its functn..so stop posting such things and start learning..if thats difficult atleast search before posting...hope u understood

Bro! Don't u know internal storage refers to ROM i.e. Read Only Memory & RAM is Random Access Memory (~280MB).

Under any Circumstances you want Internal SD as External SD and vice versa....Just flash this ​

one gig of ram is plenty enough, swapping ram is not worth it anyway, you dont get much and you decrease the life of your micro SD card.
