Starting from Xposed Install - install/update it
Then go back, Check for Modules and Tick Mark on it. Then Reboot.
Similarly Downloads options is there where you can find and access stuff if you tick mark it under Modules and Reboot it.
You are done
Hit Thanks if I Helped You.

Hey Bro, Dont move any apps.
Uninstall Framework, then remove Xposed Installer app, Remove all modules. Reboot Handset.
Then Reinstall the Xposed Installer app and install framework. Reboot and install modules and check them in Installer box, Reboot again.
Everything will be normal.
Sometimes the framework becomes unresponsive and causes lag. I've faced this issue once.

Yeah. Just missing the check box.
actually you don't need to install any additional apk. I simply go to xposed installer and download/update 'GravityBox' module. and then start 'Xposed Framework'. it should work fine after restarting device (it did for me.)
hope this help

Its clearly written on main thread that install gravity app on internal storage...
if done tick it from xpose app reboot and your done.............
Just ran into this exact problem after my Nexus 5 was upgraded to 4.4.2. Step by step uninstall/reboot, reinstall framework/reboot, reinstall module/reboot didn't work. Installing the Gravity box module from the apk did. Thanks OP.
This took a few tried, but I eventually got it working doing the following:
1. Install the xposed installer from the apk file.
2. Reboot
3. Install the gravitybox apk, the hit Done. Don't hit Open.
4. Reboot.
5. Open xposed installer, go to modules, tick on gravitybox module
6. reboot
That worked for me, nothing else did up until that point.
Also Gravitybox is sweet, has all the tweaks that I've always used custom ROMs for.

Here's a helpful tutorial for newbies like me:
Work only in Internal Memory
Only if both the apps are installed DIRECTLY (not moved after) in Internal memory... the issue will be resolved. other wise... it will be a problem once in a while...

Thanks. Proper rebooting each step of the install/enablling is the key
Just realised this: worked with GB2.7.6. The solution doesn't work with GB3.0.1 - could not even check the module in xposed
The latest version that does not exhibit this problem is version is 2.9.6 - xposed allows the checking of the module, and after reboot, I am all good!
Final edit: apology - I was on custome rom. under .254, xposed (2.5) and gravity works ( 3.01)! But I can't find the "quicksetting tiles" menu in gravity...(?)

to unistall xposed you should first go to xposed /framework and click uninstall.. then reboot.. then clear xposed data and uninstall xposed app..
and if you know which module gave problem, just untick that module in xposed/modules, reboot and uninstall that module (with clear data).
If you have not done so reinstall what you have unistalled and do as above.. see if it works..
I have just recently installed an exposed module on my device, I installed the multi window sidebar, unfortunately it didn't work well on the Z3.. Maybe it's just me, I don't know. So I disable the xmulti_window module, then uninstall it at my homescreen.. I could had have uninstall it at the xposed installer.. But instead I do it at the homescreen like uninstalling normal apps.
Could this effect the device in anyway? I did reboot after the uninstall though.

Hello. I use xposed for youtube downloads and the like. I found after lots of troubleshooting that xposed causes massive battery drain on my specific ROM. Getting it installed is a quite an ordeal.. My question is,is there any way to disable xposed when not using it, without uninstalling it, and being able to turn it back on when i want to DL a youtube video?

Xposed Is Just a Framework ,In Simple Words is A Small File In System Partition .. It's not Even an App to Run In Background.. I'm Sure The Some Apps You Are Using Is Causing Battery Drain ,or Any Specific Modules..So First See That On What's Running In Background..
And For Your Other Question ..You Cant Disable Xposed , Its A Framework Mate ,Not A App To Disable it OR Enable it Anytime..Only Two Options Either Install It or Uninstall it.. You Can Uninstall it Using Uninstall Zip .. You Can Only Disable Modules ,When You Don't Need It Anymore ,Not Xposed ..
