Keyboard keeps switching to default SGS5 Kb - Sprint Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

As the title states. I flashed a flashable Google "L" keyboard from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2796129 and now I keep getting reverted back to the sgs5 keyboard. I'd just like to have a fix. I'm on MOAR 1.0

[Q] DAS_BAMF 1.4 NTE Tranistion Animations and Minor Tweak

Posting here since I can't post in the dev section yet.
Recently upgraded to BAMF 1.4 and loving the speed of the rom, but there are two things I'm hoping to change:
1. How can i get back the old fade transition that came w/ stock Sense w/o having to switch to an alternate launcher? (i like the Sense widgets)
2. Noticed there's some slight theme-ing of buttons in certain apps, like Gmail for instance, that kind of messes with the cohesiveness of the stock sense look. It appears as if the buttons are bolded. Anyway to remove that?
Thanks!
+1 on the fade-transitions! They're smooth and subtle. The standard ones feel so iPhone-ish to me now!

Aroma v3.0 at 176 DPI - Need to change Samsung keyboard to match this resolution

Hi all,
I very much like UpInTheAir latest update of his Aroma ROM (i.e. V3.0) on my P6810 32GB.
I wanted to change the DPI resolution so I have more room, mainly in landscape mode as at 213 DPI it feels like the whole screen is just a keyboard when you type in a URL or else.
So now I am at 176 DPI and it is a lot more useable (again the issue is mainly in landscape mode) but the keyboard is not using the whole of the bottom of the page. I don't recall this being the case in the Bodivas stock ROM so I assume a different version of Samsung keyboard is being used in this ROM.
I haven't looked for the keyboard app yet but I was wondering if it would be possible to replace the app with the stock one and if so could someone tell me what the app is?
Many thanks.

RQ: [NO ROOT] Google Keyboard 5.0 with full emoji display for JB 4.3

Hi! I have an Xperia M w android 4.3 and i installed various versions of the google keyboard (I tried several versions, beta, edited, official..etc) I installed GK bc the stock keyboard i have isnt possible to update and doesn't have emojis. When i'm going to use them it looks like this:
core0.staticworld. net/images/article/2013/11/emoji_notonkitkat-100067872-large.jpg (Sorry for the link, i can't embed images atm )
(My phone displays all the JB emojis in B&W. And i can see all the symbols emojis in the triangle section tho).
I installed GK too in my Mobii 7" tablet w 4.2 and it looks like the same. The question is, why having emoji support the kb only shows that ones??? Im kinda desesperated bc i installed some emojis material keyboard and 1, they only have the dark theme, they have unnecesary ads, or the prediction doesnt work etc.
Does exist a edited version of the KB that looks like this on JB? (Thats what i'm looking for *No ROOT solution PLS:fingers-crossed:*
cdn.androidbeat. com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Google_Keyboard_AndroidL.jpeg
Also (in case is possible too,) i would like to have *Only the JB emojis* being displayed in KK color on the KB. Bc there are a lot that arent visible in JB

shortcut system
customizable themes
Devices that I tested it on: Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900W8) Canadian model, Samsung Galaxy Tab S (8.4), Galaxy S3 i9300, Galaxy tab 4 (7.0), LG G4, Galaxy S7, Sony Xperia Z3, Galaxy A5

Have fun typing. It will be frustrating in the beginning but it's really worth it. Stick with it for a day or two and you will get a hang of it, you will learn fast that's what makes this keyboard brilliant. Once you learn how to type on it, Swiftkey, Google Keyboard, A.I. Type, Fleksy, Swype, Touchpal X, and even your computer keyboard won't compare to the speeds you can reach on this keyboard.
If the dev updates the beta I will post the updated link here

Looks good

i looked as well and i cant seem to find it either, sorry i didnt mention it before. maybe the next beta will have this option. if i do find out how, i will be sure to post it
Playing with it today.
I can't find a sound off option either.
Emoji-anything crashes the keyboard (no error, the keyboard just goes away for a minute).
Shortcut swiping is giving me a head-ache. Going to look for youtube video shortly.
Is there basic macro/shortcuts (ie, if I do "t " it expands to "the" ?)
I somehow messed up my topbar - it only shows the last words I typed, can't seem to go back to suggestions.
No clue on the slide-up flicking thing.
In settings, back pushes out of settings instead of back 1 menu (pita when trying to go through all the menus)
...BUT
For an early work, especially when he is concentrating on iOS - this is very, very promising!
i dont know about the basic macro/shortcuts i dont really use them. to reset your topbar i looked around the app but i guess the fastest thing to do is to reinstall the app. the flicking up thig u mentioned i think is the word selection after you type a word flick up from the spacebar to see other words you might have wanted to type intead of the one the keyboard displays. and yeah, the back in the menu pisses me of a lot.
I also agree. pretty well done for a beta. keyboard works for the most part.

Dev responded to me on twitter - no way to turn off noise at the moment. Says new version may come out in a few days.
If you are rooted, http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/mod-app-settings-v1-9-2014-05-14-t2437377 can turn off the sound of the app.

How's the new beta working for you? I have more problems with the sound. Jormy said he will start working on android version in the nearest future
Still loving the beta. Wondering when I'll be able to throw some money at a Play Store version.

[Q][REQ] Floating Messages for Lollipop 5.1.1 ???

Is there one, I like LP more than MM cause I can turn on and off grayscale mode at will and of my own chosing but I'm on HyperDrive RLS7 B and I see only Popup Messages but want the old Floating Chathead Messages back anyway to do that?
I found this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-edge/themes-apps/reqedge-service-t3136383 but it clearly doesn't specify which version of android it's for and the author just abandoned the thread and stopped answering questions.
