Anyone know of any applications or custom ROMS etc. for the mes that would allow control of the haptic feedback settings? I.E. Default Option The only setting I have is enable/disable, never seen any as noted on that site.
Any advice is appreciated!
Any way to turn off the haptic feedback? Can't find it in settings anywhere, or in the manual. Thanks.
Settings>Sound>Vibrate Feedback
I was too lazy to search. LOL
Thanks.
I can add sound to basically all touches but not haptic feedback. In system settings i have vibration on but i still dont get the vibration when i tap home screen icons or when i click on something in a website. Any ideas on how to add haptic feedback to all touches
This is all I can find on the subject matter. If you ain't a developer, then this might not be for you. Its a start. I didn't find anything on XDA.

Out of curiosity, do you want this so that when ever you touch the screen, it would provide a bit a feedback for say 5ms, or so that it provides feedback for as long as you touch the screen?
Yes, I would like some haptic feedback on all touches
I have no idea, sorry, but wouldn't that get very annoying. Oh well, personal preference I guess.
No, it would not be annoying at all. Knowing that you pressed the correct app or with a little vibration or a reticle (tap locator) would be quite satisfying. That reminds me anyone know how to get the tap reticle (tap locator) to appear?
In any ICS ROM go to settings -> development -> show touches. I don't know of any mods or apps that will make the phone vibrate whenever you touch it though.
This might actually be able to be done in a similar way to Screen Filter, but I'm probably wrong.
thanks harbb! I am one step closer because of you! Still looking to make every touch have haptic feedback!
Anyone by chance
I read many reviews about this phone that say it has no haptic feedback feature (vibrate when touching the navigation bar's virtual buttons). The reviewers said that because they didn't find any setting to enable/disable this feature. Well, the feature is there, only the setting to enable/disable it is missing. To enable this feature you may need to use a 3rd party app. It's not a specific app but this one will do. Just run the app and go to Power Optimizer>Other>Haptic Feedback.
Notes:
1. My device is rooted. I didn't test this trick on unrooted devices.
2. The feature gets disabled after reboot sometimes. You need to re-enable it again then.
use this

Hello
Does it work for you the haptic feedback for gestures when you have it activated on the system options?
On settings > sound and vibration > haptic feedback
it says that I should recieve tactile response for gestures and system comtrols, but I don't. It works for notifications, but not for gestures or inside some apps that says that should use haptic feedback when clicking on some menus or typing on gboard
any idea?
nevermind, I'm a moron and it was disabled on accessibility settings
