Anyone know of any applications or custom ROMS etc. for the mes that would allow control of the haptic feedback settings? I.E. Default Option The only setting I have is enable/disable, never seen any as noted on that site.
Any advice is appreciated!

When I get a text, i dont feel it at all, its like a weak haptic feedback. Anyway to adjust the notification vibrate strength or length of vibration?I have it set to always vibrate..and Im on eagelsblood 2.3.5 (Awesome rom).
I don't know if there is cyanogen based settings in there cuz its based off cm but if there is go to cyanogenmod settings, then input, then haptic feedback tweaks, if not grab go SMS pro from the market its an awesome SMS app and free u will definitely be able to mess with haptic feedback with that, u can make it multiple short spurts, (vibration) or long spurts, etc
thx
I checked every single settings page and there isnt an option, I want to change the notification vibration not haptic feedback. And that sms pro app replaces the whole stock sms, I dont really want to do that, just want stronger vibration for stock sms app. I would think that it shouldn't be too hard with a rooted phone...
Try Light Flow. I used it for a little while to change the amount of vibration and number of vibrations for various notification. The one thing is that you have to give it permission to intercept your messages and such, since it must detect it to send out the 3 short, 2 long, whatever vibrations. I decided with my work phone that I shouldn't do it. Ignore the part in the review which talks about how LG phones don't work- yes they don't work for the LED, but it works for the vibration.

Hi there,
I just installed Sky ICS 7.4 for my Rogers S2 LTE. Every time I get a new notification (i.e. sms, e-mail, etc.), it uses the haptic feedback vibration settings.
Is there a way to get the phone to use the Notification vibration setting again? Of course, I can just increase the haptic feedback vibration setting but I want it at a lower setting for regular use while still being able to feel the vibration from notifications.
Thanks a lot!

Try easyreminder in market, that may help
I can add sound to basically all touches but not haptic feedback. In system settings i have vibration on but i still dont get the vibration when i tap home screen icons or when i click on something in a website. Any ideas on how to add haptic feedback to all touches
This is all I can find on the subject matter. If you ain't a developer, then this might not be for you. Its a start. I didn't find anything on XDA.

Out of curiosity, do you want this so that when ever you touch the screen, it would provide a bit a feedback for say 5ms, or so that it provides feedback for as long as you touch the screen?
Yes, I would like some haptic feedback on all touches
I have no idea, sorry, but wouldn't that get very annoying. Oh well, personal preference I guess.
No, it would not be annoying at all. Knowing that you pressed the correct app or with a little vibration or a reticle (tap locator) would be quite satisfying. That reminds me anyone know how to get the tap reticle (tap locator) to appear?
In any ICS ROM go to settings -> development -> show touches. I don't know of any mods or apps that will make the phone vibrate whenever you touch it though.
This might actually be able to be done in a similar way to Screen Filter, but I'm probably wrong.
thanks harbb! I am one step closer because of you! Still looking to make every touch have haptic feedback!
Anyone by chance
Does anyone know of an app or mod that will allow for a quick toggle of ALL vibration settings? I hate how each app has its own vibration settings. I just want to be able to turn them all off on the fly without having to go into each apps' settings. I've searched all over Google for this solution many times in vain, but I guess I never posed the question on xda where the pros are.
My Device doesn't have any option for enabling haptic feedback, for the touch sensitive keys[emoji17]
Is there any way, like init.d script or build.prop editing or a mod, anything that I can use to enable haptic feedback?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
