Hi, i'm new in this forum.
I have a problem with Termin ROM, i have installed correctly this ROM, but my phone was enter in bootloop... :crying:
I waited but he continue to restart...
Do you have a fix for this problem?
Or do you know a stable ROM for my device?
I have a Sony Xperia E (C1505).
(P.S.: I haven't post in Termin's discussion because i can't post in developers' forums)
(P.S.: (2) Sorry for my bad english, i'm italian )
I have tested TurboICS, but i have an infinite loading...
Now, i'm installing stock .ftf.
Did you format /system before installing? You need to do that, or the install will fail.
Did you mount system or data?

To wipe /system, go to Mounts and Storage in CWM and choose "format /system". Choose yes, /system will be wiped, you can flash the ROM.
Camera not working in CM11 is a known bug.
To change signature, go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/usercp.php (the Control Panel link on the top of the page) and choose "Edit Signature" on the left.

TurboICS is faster, but Termin is Jelly Bean and got more stuff-thingies. Depends on what you want, really.
I'm not sure, but maybe new members can't have signatures. Try sticking around a bit, maybe you'll get it soon.

Ah, sorry for not answering that before. Yes, if something bad happens, you can flash an FTF to get everything back working.
And you're welcome! Glad to help.

Hey. I have this Xperia E C1504 (currently using C1505 stock). I installed CM10 on it some time ago, and I noticed that the battery level was stuck at 100%. This even caused the battery to be used beyond capacity and I had to get my phone fixed at the Sony service center (I relocked the bootloader for the trip).
Why did this happen? Why was the battery stuck at 100%? Anybody? The ROM I used is this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2330638
EDIT: Forgot to mention this, but the battery works awesomely in stock.
Bump. Nobody? Please? I really want CM10, it was awesome while I had it.

I am experiencing the same problem. Using jim34 version on a 1505 single. The FXP version caused my sim card not to be recognized.
What version does work for you now and how did you manage to eliminate the battery problem?

As said above, format /data and /cache before flashing the ROM. Also, try the kernel from hsr0's ROM (what this means, is that you need to download hsr0's ROM, open it with WinRAR or 7-zip, take out the boot.img, and flash it with fastboot).

CM10 has some problems with GSM; try this. Flash CM10 and the Nandroid. Backup everything with Titanium Backup. Flash the stock FTF (I know, I know, you've heard this before, but do this). Now boot the stock ROM once, set up your phone, blah blah. Now turn the phone off, and flash hsr0's kernel. Now in CWM or TWRP, do a factory reset, wipe /system, then install CM10 and Gapps. DO NOT FLASH BACK THE NANDROID! Restore from the Titanium backup instead. You're done!

cyanogenmod does it too just not as mutch it happens only like one or twice since I changed the file system. Sometimes not even once or twice. I Switch roms alot though. If you want to try this just hit me up and I will give you instructions on how to do it. You have to have a rom ready to flash and go when you do it.

use what ever recovery you want. If you run into problems you can use twrp to fix or repair certain things.
Why there is no INSTALL ZIP in CM Recovery only INSTALL UPDATE?
Is it the same?
Regards
RJ
PS.
I try both CM and TWRP Recovery, and phone stuck on CM logo.
Try re-downloading rom from cm site and put on sd card then go to recovery and do a full wipe by clicking advanced then check mark all boxes except the sd card box. Then flash rom. Your install scripts are in meta inf folder. dont tinker with it.

I have done all those instructions before, but it always stuck at the CM logo.
I have even tried format /data/ partition on f2fs (I have found such solution on this forum) but no results.
Maybe I should try older CM ROM?

That the newest version lollipop should work on it. Try changing system to ext4 but swipe factory reset first then click data then change to ext4 then swipe factory reset again then flash rom. Try a a different lollipop ROM. I'm currently using DU. But they all work if you can't flash anything I have been working on stock version of the last 4.4.2 and finally got it to flash via twrp 2.8.6.0. It has root and xposed and app ops adblocker and just got init.d to work just need to do a quick rebuild so init.d sticks via kernel auditor. You can flash it just to get your device going if all else fails.

My stock 4.4.2 is now running well , but I have some restarts of device some times,
that why I would like to try CM 12.1. I flash it 3 or 4 times and always stuck on CM logo.

Mine doesn't reboot and has been optimized. Also try a different ROM to flash but like DU or Mokee there's plenty of other ones. But try changing system to ext4 first. Then flash. I gave you directions on that in post few minutes ago. Try it and see if it works.
Returning to the main topic of this tread.
I have noticed that when I have MOBILE DATA turn off
the restarts do not occur.

Is it possible to flash CM 11 via twrp 2.8.6.0?

I have found the solution of this issue.
The problem is with the FAST DORMANCY service.
When it is active but provider does not support it
it causes problem.
It should be disabled in the file /system/build.prop
ro.mot.ds.fastdormancy.disable=true
