[Q]Soft key backlight issue on NS4G

Hey guys, I'm running cm7 on my nexus s 4g and sometimes when the screen is off the soft key backlight comes on. Wondering if I'm the only one with this issue.

I think that is the BLN (back light notification)
It's suppose to come on when the screen is off if you have a text message or something like that.
Look for an app on the Market called "BLN" to turn it off

(Q) screen stuck during screen lock

Hello....
Im on unamed rc-2
AntonX's kernel (newest)
I was listening to youtube i looked up for a second then looked down my screen was green with weird lines but the music was still playing i could see a blurry youtube app in the background did a battery pull running fine now....
Anyone have a issue like that??

Have you dropped the scaling down. And shut off the higher oc values? Typically that kind of thing is result of pushing the phone too high.

I agree with eollie, only time I've seen what you described is when I tried overclocking to 2ghz!

i used tegrak OC back when it didn't have the run for a minute and see whether stable option. And I had set on boot, OC to 1.65 just to see what happened. It turned on and then blurry freeze. Had to clear cache, and dalvik. Surprisingly, it worked.

i love this rom.. it's got some great features...
however.. there's this little icon on the left side of the screen wiht notifications.. not in love with it.. can't figure out how to turn it off..
what's that called? and how do i turn it off - it's reall distracting from and otherwise awesome rom.

I believe you're talking about halo. Touch it to drag it out then double click and move up to shut it off.

Switched it up to a three screen setup. Using Apex launcher plus a theme, multipicture live wallpaper, uccw and simple RSS. Great setup by Droidscreens.

Has anyone figured out how to have separate/different wallpapers for the homescreen and lockscreen?

Mine works. Whenever I get a message, email, facebook notification, etc...
Did you enable it? Settings > Display > Pulse Notification Light
The only thing I miss from my S3 is that the Nexus 5 will not light up when plugged into the charger. Red for charging, green for done.

Use Ledblinker app and you can add those functions in as well as choose colours for any app notification
