[Q] Radio FM Tuner - AT&T LG G2

I am not seeing that my device has an FM tuner (I mean the physical one) that doesn't require a live connection to DATA.
Is there any way to install it on this device?
If not, is there a custom ROM that I can install to fix this?

[Q] Samsung Galaxy Stock radio app

Hi i recently flashed the insanity rom to my device and i must say it is the best fastest rom i have used to date, i discovered the other day the only things missing that i use are the fm radio app and the live wallpapers app.
i tried putting the stock apk files on my phone and running them in app installer but it says application not installed and will not let me go any further, i tries adb and sideloader wonder machine and they both return install_failed is there any way you can think of that i can easily install the files on?
Thanks in advance.

[Q] Which hacked rom supports Rom Manager?

Anyone run Rom Manager on their Gtablets?
Moved to general
Be careful with ROM Manager, as it updates you to a newer version of clockworkmod that doesn't play nice with some of our mods (or even the stock updates) - might give you the dreaded magic value mismatch.

[Q] Looking For GooglePlay compatibility method

Hello,
I am using a device with Android 4.0.4 ICS, is there any chance to resolve this issue with compatibility?
I was trying to change build.prop device info, manafacturer etc. but it didn't worked, yeah it was visible in device info as other but in market i had issue with compatibility (maybe i have to change more details or to other 4.0.4 device??)
I can't install many apps/games through google play but i know it should work with my device perfectly ;/
Is there any chance to resolve it? Maybe change build.prop for other device (WITH 4.0.4 SYSTEM) ?
Gmail, Facebook, Twiter didn't working for me now too ;/
Thanks!

[Q] Radio app

I just installed Cyanogen in a Sasmung Galaxy Ace 2. I didn't find the FM Radio app, that was originally in the stock ROM
I've searched some radios in Google Play but they are all via IP... Does someone know how to get the radio back? and not only for this smartphone... including others
Thank you

its easy!
Open your stock backup and goto /system/app and search there the radio app. Copy it to your current rom and reboot! (if crashes then open with zip and extract the library files in /system/libs) :good:

Head unit wont install APKs

So I unfortunately have a unit with crappy wifi and bluetooth hardware that only works 10% of the time. I have sound a hopeful solution here https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=78204931&postcount=70
the problem is it seems to need a rooted device to run those scripts. So I have been trying to update my device to the Hal9k or malaysk ROMS. My device wont install the ModInstaller.apk no matter what I try. I click install and it just show package installer in the top bar for a sec then goes away and does nothing. I made sure the apps had access to install apks, I have tried moving it into data/apps. I jsut can get the unit to install the APKs to backup and install a new ROM. If I try to run the rom updater from sd and not with the apk backup it gives me an error: 21. not sure if either are related.
Or if someone knows a way i can run a script from the above url fix without updating a whole new rom and just whitelisting it would be so happy! I just want wifi and bluetooth
Please help
Thanks!
Still no luck,
any help?

How was your device determined to actually be an MTC(D/E) device?
These are the settings from my system. I have sense upgraded the firmware to the newest version i could find, I think it was 2.94 XRC.
This post is also the same issue as me. https://forum.xda-developers.com/an...e-xrc-v2-941-px5-wifi-bluetooth-wake-t3871755
No one else has had issues installing APKs before?
Is install enabled in factory options
Yup, now I feel silly, looked through all the settings and install apps was OFF in the factory settings. Thanks for the help, didn't even know to check there. I was able to update to hal9k and hopefully the script fixes the bluetooth and wireless issues.
