I tried to install new firmware for my lumia 820 then my home's electric is going down when it installing , My phone stuck in installation screen so i put off battery then it not boot anymore but when i connected my phone to pc my pc say it have usb connection but in product support tool it not see any connection. It cannot press volume down + power button too
Please help me to fix it , Thank you and sorry for my bad english

Hello ... my story a little problem ... I unlock the bootloader , install a custom- karnel , root and all perfect ! 15.3.A.1.14 received the update , the download and install flashtool wanted to try to solve few hiccups ... the problem was when connected to the pc in Flashmode only the green LED is lit for a few seconds, turn off and nothing happened , from that moment on, try conecterlo the wall charger and the same thing happens and green LED turns off, the pc Coneto and achieve to recognize it as a USB input device while another device as defined by the HID compliant provider ( as 2 different devices ) and if I connect and I hold the keys precionado volume up and down is connected as Qualcomm HS- USB QDLoader 9008, pass 30 seconds and reconnect as the 2 devices ... it is clear that attempts to repair the software with Sony PC Companion and Update Service but enters as Flashmode I could not do it , I can not connect in fastboot mode .. try to be as clear as possible thank you very much beforehand ! hope can help me . sorry for my English , I'm Argentinian

Did you try to connect it to another PC? Because from what I can understand, it's a driver problem.
Today I also unlocked my bootloader to try Kit-Kat and I had a massive problem with drivers. Thankfully I solved it by installing the universal driver pack by Doomlord.

Keep press the vol- or hold the vol- to detect the phone driver to laptop
try this
if u encountered a problem where the led are lightning when u charge without battery and;
there are no light when u charging with battery,
try this;;
when u start the flash tools..
plug in ur cable while holding power sound + and -...
then put the battery and wait ur laptop detect ur phone and flashtools will start flashing your phone..

i have the same problem guys and i've tried every possible way in this forum
please let us know what youve done on your phone before this things happen.
you have to force your pc to install your phones driver so wmshua can detect your phone.
try to connect your phone to computer via usb cable without backcover then hold the power and volume down, while holding press reset button of your xperia c, don't release the power and volume just wait to your computer response, if you see installing driver then that's your lucky day if not try it again.
and one last thing you can try to turnoff your phone by holding power/volume+/voume- for couple of seconds, when you successfully turn your phone off try to connect the use cable to the computer first then while connecting to your phone hold power and volume- and wait if your pc install the driver.
hope this may help you guys.

If install mi-flash is tool installed and the phone is connected to the computer,

(i guess the mi flash tools comes with some qualcom drivers)
when i try to flash it i get this error
(reached the end of the file.(0x80070026: receiving hello packet))
i badly need this device to work, if there is anything i can do please guys let me know
