Accidentally removed bluetooth.apk--bt won't work after restore - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

So I accidentally removed bluetooth.apk while debloating my phone with Titanium Backup. When I restored the backup, it will not work--not even to start bluetooth. It just crashes whenever I try to turn it on.
I removed a lot of other stuff too...all was supposed to be safe. Does bluetooth.apk depend on something else I have removed?

After restoring Bluetooth.apk wipe data for that app. Then reboot.

Thanks, but it doesn't work. "Unfortunately, bluetooth share has stopped." I get the error as soon as I unlock the screen, and also when I try to turn it on.

People on the VZW forums are saying its a 4.3 issue and going to 4.4.2 solves the problem

It worked perfectly before I inadvertently removed the file. :/
The BLE Crash Resolver doesn't work, because I cant even get BT to start.
I think I may try to flash dirty tonight and see if I can resolve it.

Please help getting server error in Google Play

Please help getting server error in Google Play . I just installed the rom Codename and I love it ..except when I go to the Google Play store I keep getting server error and cannot download anything. I've been online and looked for solutions and tried reinstalling rom, cleared cache in Google play, updated it ...any suggestions are appreciated as I cannot download anything in the store.
Thanks!!

Possible Fix
I have had issues with this in the past when moving to different roms as well.
I would suggest
Goto > Manage Apps
Find Google Play store > clear data / cache
Find Google Framework Services > clear data
Reboot
Goto >System Settings>Accounts
Make sure your phone is setup to your google account.
Open Google Play > Select your gmail account
You will have to reset up some of your settings for Google related products (gmail, maps, chrome, etc...)
I may have been overzealous in all my steps, but it works for me...
This is also fixed my issue with the Play Store on the web not being able to install to my phone or vice versa.
It basically re-registers your phone with the Play Store....
Good luck!

Thank you so much for your steps. I went to apps and cleared cache on the Google play but the Google services framework wasn't in there so I went and installed root explorer from the internet and went to system then apps then Google services framework and it wasn't installed and when I attempted to install it it said parsing error . Then I tried to download it from internet and no luck so..oops I deleted it....I now just went into twrp and flashed gapps. I do not know if that will fix it but any more assistance is appreciated and I will let you know what happens after I reboot.
Thank you

You need to be on the ALL APPS tab not the downloaded apps tab.
I am pretty sure it needs those frameworks to operate...

Well I tried again and it appears that Google services framework is not at all in apps - all apps ....and under root explorer in system - apps when I click on it I am getting parsing problem....so I hope that info helps.
Again thank you

Try going to your terminal app and typing
su
killall drmserver
and rebooting.
If that does not do it, I think you should do a factory wipe, format cache/system and reflash your Rom and GAPPS....

Tethering App that works without root and bypasses the Network.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.estrongs.android.pop ES File Explorer v3.0.2. Go to tools then to net manger then create a hotspot. Worked on my Skyrocket non rooted with AT&T. Used my tablet to confirm worked great.
Or you could side load FixFi. Used that before I even knew what ODIN was.

mrfeuss made a typo, the application was called FoxFi. The app was recently merged with PDANet+; both should be in the play store. If they aren't try googling both and going to their respective websites. They both host their APKs for free.
Edit: Here, I've gotten the links for you
FoxFi: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.foxfi
PDANet+:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pdanet
In my experience, PDANet+ gave me troubles, so I've stuck with FoxFi.
Hope that helped!
Foxfi- "this item isn't available on your carrier" ?
Edit: searched to find the solution. Get it from here if you have the same issue..

I used these apps and they do work. But only circumvent the carrier partially.
When I try to use a browser (Chrome) I get a message saying I have reached my tether limit and to upgrade to proceed. But apps like Taptu can still get data without a problem. So there is something the browser is sending that lets T-Mobile see it that Taptu is not.
Any ideas? I am specifically trying to circumvent my carrier's limit. I have unlimited data, but there is a hard limit of 500MB a month for tethering, and they will not let me go over that without setting up a separate $20/month thing for tethering.

[Q] Motorola Droid Maxx Stuck at Droid Logo on Boot

I got a notification this morning on my Droid Maxx for the OTA update that just came out. I told it to install this afternoon. After doing so, my phone rebooted, showed the progress of the update, and then about half way through showed me a form of the Android logo that said "failed" underneath. Ever since that, I cannot get my phone to fully boot. I tried clearing the cache from the recovery mode menu but that had no effect. I also cannot get the phone to boot into safe mode. My phone was not rooted so I'm not exactly sure why there was an issue with the update. Just wandering if anybody has any suggestions on what to do at this point? Worst case scenario I'm assuming I can restore to factory defaults but I would really like to avoid that if possible. Thanks in advance for the help!
Sounds like you should be able to FXZ and retain data to stock then take the update again.

Thank you for the suggestion! I'm pretty much a noob at this. Are there any good tutorials you would suggest that demonstrate how to do what you suggested? I found the following site: sbf.droid-developers. org/obake/list.php (had to put spaces in it in order to post it) I began downloading the second file in the list which I'm assuming is the correct one. I've gathered that you have to edit an XML file in package. But I'm not really sure what to edit and I'm not sure about how to get it to my phone. Do I use the Motorola Device Manager or the Android development tools?
You actually do not have to edit them you can use the xt1080 and copy them over. That's what I had thought also but you don't have to edit them.

If you are trying to not lose you user data, i would remove the line
<step operation="erase" partition="userdata" />
from the .xml file before you try to apply with RSD

You don't have to remove any lines if you are using what is already zipped up, once you run house of moto it gives you the option to keep data.
