2. How can i get cwm (bootloader locked)
3. Are there apps like xPosed installer cause it´s not working on my device

I slightly laugh when people say "Make it yourself" some people aren't that great with development so they can't do it. Hence why they ask. You should understand that.
And the roms will be released when more developers get their hands on the device, so it shouldn't take as long. Just have to wait.

Hey guys, i am looking for a cheap android phone that xposed framework will work the best with. What i have understood xposed does not work so good with huawei, at least the cheaper models <100usd. Therefor i am asking if anyone can give me a tip for a cheap android phone that works flawlessly with xposed framework.

not all, exaple for cheaper huawei phones as i wrote in the post...
My question was what phone workes the best with xposed, for example with my sony Z3 it does not work at all, it crashed. But with my S3 it works fine
