I too have its own question
as far as I know, there aren't any available roms for Samsung S7500
I found the stock rom for samsung galaxy ace plus
the rom are on samsdroid search on google:

Here is the guide on how to speed up samsung galaxy s duos but your device should be rooted. If you have not rooted your phone yet you can do this by following this guide:-

1. Remove all the apps that you don't want.
2. Download Seeder app from here:-

It will reduce the lag.
3. Download the KyleOpen ROM Kernel OC1 kernel from here and flash it with CWM recovery.

4. Download setcpu or no-frill app from playstore and overclock your cpu
To 1.2 ghz it will run fine but you will need to flash the kernel before
5. Download a app from google play that clears cache like clean master.

i was not able to find any information about overclocking this phone
As of now there is not even a single custom ROM or a custom kernel available for s duos 2.
