For those using the stock ear-buds what are your settings in voodoo sound?
All options ticked (aside from mono and bass boost), with analog volume between -10dB and -5dB (phone volume higher to compensate) will give best results in regards to sound quality. Lower analog volume will lower any hissing which won't increase with software volume.
Speaker EQ optional, mono if you want mono, bass boost if you want a more bassy sound. Some seem to have had problems in the past with hifi recording, but i've never witnessed any (and this has nothing to do with earphones).
Hello,
I just purchased Samsung Galaxy Core DUOS mobile. Everything is great but the audio output is too limited (or controlled).
I love to play with high bass and treble but it controls audio output whenever I increase bass and/or treble.
It looks like there is built-in volume control that controls it. If I decrease both bass and treble than it increased audio but when I increase bass or treble than it decrease audio output. I think this is to protect ears for high volume but I like it. I am always hearing high music on other china mobiles and they are working great.
I tried to increase music by Speaker Boost plugin and also tried Equilizer plugin but nothing changed.
What I want is to disable the automatic controller which is decreasing output audio when I set high bass/treble. Is there any settings?
I am playing my MP3 in default player provided in mobile.
You can wait for the custom roms which will have beats audio which will be a please to the ears.
*PRESS THANKS IF I HAVE HELPED*
Why So Serious?!
Hi!
Xperia MiniPro (PowerAmp) I used so far with AGK headphones. It sounds so loud and clear.
Now, my new Xperia L is inaudible and i cant heat that powerfull bass.
(With the same app and headphones.) I tried the same options, and tried to boost in equalizer but still crap.
Any solution to make it more loud and clear bass?
Only solution is to get a pair of headphones that are more sensitive. Xperia L has much worse built in amplifier that MiniPro had. I experienced same issue with my old headphones and solution was to get new ones with at least 106db sensitivity.
You could try that amp boost in PowerAmp but it kills dynamic and makes sound flat and dull.
Viper4Android Bro You can make the headphones, loudspeaker and bluetooth device sound a 6 db louder or if you install both Viper4Android and Viper4Android XHiFi you can make headphones 12 db louder (In my case I only have 6 db louder as I set a eq to be more bass than everything and by making + 12 db theres to much bass and headphones ale quieter than before). But give it a try. btw. this need root.

PowerAmp app that OP is using has built in software amplication but just like every software solution that exists it kills dynamic and sound quality.

He's asking for SPEAKER profiles.
EXTRA LOUD : effect strength- extreme, max output 0db.
MASTER GATE : output gain - 6db.
This will give a boost in overall output sound from speaker.

Really powerful convolver for a bass. I'll check in every level of it
HOW TO INSTALL V4A NOT WORKED ON android 10 NITROGEN OS
What's the best profiles for op7pro and where can I get them? Google and search is no help
Mostly just for YouTube on the phone and Bluetooth speakers for music and Android auto music in my car
The Best profile will be subjective. What I like my settings you may not. The profiles can be created by you, by changing the settings yourself. You are going to need to experiment with each setting and yes there is a ton of them.
Viper settings are really subjective and based on the type of speaker/headphones you're using. I have a general setting that works well in both my car and on my Apple AirPods. I prefer punchy bass and clear mids and highs so this may not be the best choice for you. I also know that with my Bose bluetooth speaker these settings actually made it worse. It's best to play around with them on your own but here is my profile:
Playback Gain Control:
Effect Strength: Slight
Max Gain: 6x
Max output: -1.0 dB
FIREqualizer:
-4.2 db
-2.3 db
-5.7 db
+1.0 db
-1.3 db
+2.7 db
-2.6 db
+4.5 db
-1.8 db
+2.5 db
Field Surround:
Surround Strength: Slight
Mid image strength: Level 5
Reverberation:
Room Size: 25m2
Sound Field: 5m
Damping factor: 0%
Wet signal: 0%
Dry signal: 50%
Dynamic System:
Listening device: High-end Headphone v2
Dynamic Bass: 50%
Viper Bass:
Bass Mode: Pure Bass+
Bass Frequency: 55 hz
Bass Boost: 12.0 dB
Viper Clarity:
Clarity Mode: OZone+
Clarity: 8.0 dB
I am honestly just looking for something better than stock and I liked the deep bass that came with nolimits but didn't really care for nolimits in general but I put in the settings listed here and I'll definitely try them too

It doesn't drain any more battery. I have FIREqualizer set to small speakers, reverb on with same settings as above and extra loud (slight, 4x, -1.9dB)
