TF300T recognized as ME301 - Transformer TF300T Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

HI all, during the flashing of a rom I've made a big mistake., I've flashed a the Cyano 11 rom for ME301 to my TF300T
Everything went good, but Wifi didn't worked. So I discovered my mistake and tried to flash the correct rom via CWM
But after loading the zip CWM told me that "This package is for TF300T devices; this is a "ME301T"
Funny because I have really a TF300T.
How can I flash the correct rom?
Thanks a lot
EDIT: iwitha different recivery I've solved the problem

[Q] Cant install a single custom rom

Ive been at it all day but ive yet to install a single custom rom on my tf300t, all of them get stuck at the Asus boot screen. I started of with a stock ics tf300, i installed nvflash then tried to install Cleanrom (first flashing the posted jellybean bootloader) but it didnt work, stuck at boot screen so i tried installing the latest 4.2.1 stock jellybean which installed fine (im using the latest twrp) which i was over the moon about, but then tried both official and unofficial cm10.1 roms both to the same result, stuck at asus boot screen:crying:
I know i must be doing something wrong here but ive tried so many combinations and guides im all out of ideas. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.

I've got the same problem. I think it happened when I tried to flash the rootfs for Archlinux

Do you have a link to the stock 4.1.1?
Put a pin in this thread.
Boot-freezing when coming from 4.2.1 is because the 4.1.1 bootloader is needed and needed to be reflashed before custom ROMs would work. I just spent 6 hours dicking around the answer was right here.

I think you can get it directly from the Asus website

[Q] TF300T stuck on asus boot screen after flasing Baked bb6 SOLVED

Hi there,
I succesfully flashed TWRP 2.5 and Cromi-X 5 a while ago. That went pretty smooth. But I was wondering, is this where all the fuzz is about?
So I stumbled up on Baked, and I thought 'this is it!'.
Because BB6 was the latest full release so I tried that.
But first succesfully went to TWRP 2.6.3.0.
I checked this thread for install instructions of BB6.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2015165
After flashing BB6 and Gapps I rebooted but I won't pass the ASUS logo.
I can boot TWRP though but device is not recognized in fastboot or device manager.
I have a WW SKU 10.6.1.27.5 firmware and bootloader JB 4.2.1 . And.... a Transformer which I can't use.
Hope you can help!!
Edit: SOLVED! Transformer is back to stock rom and recovery, thanks to Buster99 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=51219798

[Q] Stuck at OMNI logo

Hello guys! Sorry i'm just new at flashing ROMs. So far I only flashed my Note II and it was successful and I tried flashing my TF300T 'coz it's very slow.
I follow a guide from transformer forums and all seems fine but when I reboot it, I was stuck at the omni logo.
When I turn off my device, I can still access recovery. Can anyone help me please?
UPDATE I fix it by wiping data but i don't have play store, not sure if the device is still rooted and still have TWRP.

Ok you are almost there ....
What version of recovery do you have ?
What version is your bootloader ?
What version of omni are you installing ?
You will need to install a gapps package and SU zips from recovery to have
The play store and root ....
Let me know, thx Josh

unable to flash with cwm

I have had flashed succesfully (from stock to cyanogenmod's last official release) my transformer tf101. Cyanogenmod was working.
Then I tried to put katkiss on it.
It was bricked.
I worked hard on it with easyflasher and several other options. Finaly I was succesful with easyflasher: cwm v.5.8.3.4 is working.
I pushed with console cm-9.1.0-tf101.zip on it.
BUT i can not flash anything! After flashing it only reboots into recovery.
Can you help me?
Thank you a lot!

sl101 with tf101-cm10.2 and cwm 5.0.2.8, but not more

hi!
after recently getting a sl101, i've decided to flash it. i'm not a total n00b in flashing, so i've thought it was easy. i was wrong.
long story short, after several trying, now my sl101 only boot with cm10.2 for a tf101, and only a roguexm 1.5 - cwm 5.0.2.8 based recovery.
but i'm totally unable to make a recent twrp working, nor any more recent rom like kiss kat working.
either flashing a more recent recovery make it stuck in asus logo (recevery loop), or flashing a recent rom with my current cwm makes error during flashing.
what's wrong? my partition table is the same from factory, is there anything to do with that? what i'm missing?
THANKS !!!!
ok, i was able to flash kitkass 4.4 (but not 5.1) (i didn't try that before)
THANK GOD i was able to find an old twrp 2.6.3.9 wich work
