I installed alcatel ot6012x original ROM (from this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50712669&postcount=418) and I didn't like it (my phone is an Orange Hiro). When I tried to backup the recovery files, the phone entered into bootloop (stuck in logo phone).
I can't enter in recovery mode because I did a factory reset, including TWRP Recovery Mode files.
I can't install the driver MTK, I dont know why because I have all drivers.
I dont have recovery.img and the others imgs.
Can anybody help me? I'm desperate.
Hi,
Can I suggest you to go here => Chef Central > Android > Alcatel One Touch Idol Mini 6012X (aka Orange Hiro)
And you can find all sources for your device here... => http://sourceforge.net/projects/alcatel/files/OT_6012X_20131213.tar.xz/download
and here => Alcatel One Touch support
I hope you will find some help about your problem, good luck

I installed TWRP on it and tried to flash a a new recovery(it had the stock one). unfortunately it seems that It flashed out the former and itself didnt go in(basic english). Now my phone hasn't got a recovery image. But has no problems starting.. Attempts to get into recovery power+vol+ kinda Jumps the recovery mode and proceeds to normal booting. where its supposed to enter the recovery mode, The phone shows a blank screen the proceeds to booting. Its current Rom has multiple issue but Now I cant flash that too since I got no Recovery. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated

Sounds like a hard brick.
If neither recovery mode nor flash/download mode works, you can't do much yourself.
Check this thread about CWM on a similar device: [ROOT] [GUIDE] [CWM] For Evercoss A7A MTK 6572 100% Working Root Guide.
Maybe you find a way to get your tablet recognized on a PC so that you can flash back a working recovery/firmware.
If you are registered xda, you can also post in the Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Good luck !

I was trying to install a custom rom for my device, but failed, when I boot up it's stuck on the booting screen.
Because I needed to delete everything, now I don't have TWRP and can't recover my backup.
I now have the normal boot up where there are delete cache, apply update with adb, sdcard, internal.
But I don't have the original firmware for the phone.I tried looking on their site but can't find anything.
Please Help,if you can find the original firmware so I can recover it with adb sideloader. :crying::crying:

Unfortunally there isn't a specific thread for your device, but the best way to get an answer is to ask over here > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
